His listened to her and noded, it looks like he made a new friend and wasn't that shy anymore. He clutched his fist as he looked at his hand. "I am sorry about what happened before. I am very shy when it comes to someone new." His voice was always soft, it always sounded as if he was whipereing when he actually wasn't. He walked over to her and studied her for a moment before he backed up. "Your older then me.."

"You don't have to say sorry, I am very shy myself. " "Your very kind Yuro Hajime, will you be my friend?" Naomi's voice was very soft, she said these words slowly and insecurely. She looked at Hajime, and gave a small, cheerful smile.
Naomi sat down on the soft, cushioned bench. "I think I am older than you... How old are you Hajime?" "I am 16, but I don't look that old huh?" Naomi looked at Hajime with her sparkly eyes motioning Hajime to sit beside her.

Cadence trotted into the Music Hall as a small kitten. Her round burgundy hues glittered brilliantly behind the shaggy black and red fur that seemed to be poking out in every direction; she never took care of her fur. Her tail swayed low to the ground while the elongated claws tapped in a rhythm. Cadence always seemed to shapeshift into the cutest of animals.
A flippant meow passed the kitten's lips as she bounded for the stage. Cadence had not played her flute since the first day she arrived in Ria, and had begun to miss it terribly. So, since she had not been to the Music Hall in months, the neko found it a great time to practive. Besides, no one was around to hear either; Cadence was very modest about her flute playing.
She disappeared behind a curtain once upon the stage, and began rummaging through a small pile of instruments. Her face was squished against a few as the heavy cases fell ontop of her. "Meeeeoooowwww!!!!!" Cadence cried in pain, squirming like a small kitten would, trying desperately to get her head free. She hissed and spat in anger, her claws rapping against the leather cases until she finally squeezed free.
Immeadiately after Cadence freed herself from the clutches of the evil instrument cases, she returned to her normal neko self. Tears were caressing her cheeks, and disappearing into her asian-styled dress shirt. "O-Owwie..." She choked, wiping her eyes of the saltwater before anyone saw. The neko's ears were pinned extremely close to her head, and her tail, which would normally be zooming around, was still as if it were dead.
The Neko sniffled and choked back her sobs, and did this for a few minutes. She had to regain some kind of composure before going out there to practive; if people came and saw her crying they would ask, and Cadence would feel like a complete idiot. She has a major problem with lying to anyone; she can't even lie to herself. It is nearly impossible for Cadence to live with the guilt, and one of the reasons she loses friends.
She shook the terrible thoughts from her head, and grabbed the only flute case that wasn't leather. It was a beautiful crimson with pink flowers printed all over the hard plastic. "Cadence Sasua" was printed in a brilliant gold font on the far right corner, and flashed if turned correctly to catch someone's eye if it ever got stolen.
"A-Alright...time to play.."A flippant smile plagued the girl's pink lips as she flipped open the case. Her tanned hands coiled around the silver flute with delicacy. Cadence held it as if any sudden movements would snap the instrument in two; it was one of her most prized posessions. A chair was set out in the center of the stage for her use, and Cadence took a seat with a determined expression.
Her tongue ran over her top and bottom lip to moisten them both before placing the cold metal to them. Cadence squeaked lightly at the chill, but ignored it afterwards. She blew through the hole, and began playing a song she had written a few months ago.
The song was obviously a cheery tune, everyone note light and frothy. The sound lingered in the emptied space as well, giving it a smoother approach. Cadence's eyes were closed as the tune slowed into a more serious contentment; obvious intimacy would be occuring during this portion of the music. After a few minutes of the affectionate notes, it dropped even lower. A despair and desperate sound now playing through the beautiful instrument. The sound seemed to hang heavy in the air, and it was now easier to tell that Cadence was telling a story with the music; she had that amazing ability to do so.
Her lips parted once more for a final high C, then pulling the flute from ehr mouth so she could listen to the silence left. Though no one was really there, Cadence would always picture there was a full house. The neko always did been when she visualed something like that; it made her practice more precise.
"S-Still good I suppose.." Cadence muttered with a small smile tugging at her lips. She was proud of herself for still playing as well as she did, but never in a millions years would she admit how amazingly talented she truely was. The neko had always been very modest.

A clap came from the back. Way in the back. " Bravo! Nice show" said a small figure in the back. Gordon entered when she had been playing and was carefully not to make alot of noise not wanting to be rude. He started walking to the stage smiling. " That was very good! You should be a pro or something." he said climbing up on stage.
That proved to be a bit challenging. INstead of taking the stairs Gordon had to climb on the stage and being short didn't help. He finally jumped on and blushed a bit. " Sorry about that. My name is Gordon von Strangaild" he said bowing. He took Cadence's hand and kissed it as custom of Chaos Vampire roylaty when meeting a new lady.
" Your song seemed to tell a story. Very happy at first. Then it got very sad. Tell me why did it go so happy from sad? What's the story behind the music?" he asked looking at her as if he really wanted to know.

Cadence shrieked in fear as the clap echoed through the empty theater; someone was there! The grip on her flute slipped, causing the instrument to come crashing to the floor. "Ahhhh!!!!" Cadence cried, dropping to her knees in order to pick up the peices. Luckily, flute's came apart to fit easier within their cases, and nothing was broken. Thank God.
" That was very good! You should be a pro or something."
A red tint spread through the neko's cheeks at the compliment, and she could do nothing but grip her flute even tighter then before. ""T-T-Thank...you.." She breathed lightly, rising to her feet once again. This guy was insane to speak with her; Cadence couldn't even finish a sentence with friends. Not to mention a strange guy who had just complimented her. She was so akward.
" Sorry about that. My name is Gordon von Strangaild."
The blush against her cheeks grew as he bowed, and kissed her knuckles. It seemed every guy she met did that to her; could she be anymore stupid? "O-Oh...I-I'm..C-C-C-Cadence S-S-S-Sasua..nice..to m-meet you.." Her stuttering was terrible right now, and she was beginning to hate herself for it. There was nothing she could do though. Cadence was an extremely nervous neko all the time. She just had to warm up to this Gordon fellow.
" Your song seemed to tell a story. Very happy at first. Then it got very sad. Tell me why did it go so happy from sad? What's the story behind the music?"
She seemed surprised at his sudden intrest of her song, but didn't mind. Music was one ting she could talk about without feeling foolish. "Well...two people meet..and..they have fun being one another's friends for such a long time, but then..they fall in love, and live with one another in pure happiness for many, many years. However, the young lady dies ina tragic accident..which is the sad part you must have heard." Cadence explained with a proud tone, wringing the neck of her flute as she watched Gordon. "W-Why...a-a-are you..here Mr. Gordon..?"

" Please don't call me Mister. I may be a prince but I'm not a king yet so I don't want any formal titles" he said to her. He had to think why was he here? He had to think for a minute. He then remebered. " Oh I came here to practice my favorite song. Its from a play I saw when I younger. It's called Phantom of the Opera" he said pulling out a sheet of paper.
On it was keys for the piano. " I make sure to practice it along with other songs every week. I want to become an expert piano player. I always dreamed of playing infront of a huge crowd" he said looking over the whole hall imaging a huge crowd cheering for him.
" I want to be known for something other than being a prince" he said looking back her.

"O-Oh..I'm sorry Mi-Gordon.."Cadence dropped her head, allowing her burgundy locks to hide the blush still radiating within her tanned cheeks. She felt guilty for using formal titles, but shouldn't she since he is a prince and everyting? "A p-p-prince..? W-Wow..I'm just Cadence.." Cadence lifted her back up from the akward bow, using a claw-like hand to rake back her bangs, making sure to miss the celestial blue ribbon tied within her hair.
Her ears perked at the words 'iano' and 'Phantom of the Opera' though; she loved that opera. "I-I was in Phantom for m-my school of the arts..I love that musical.." Cadence said right above a whisper, her hand covering her mouth to muffle the sound as well. She knew that if he started playing she would begin singing; the neko knew those songs inside and out.
She slowly made her way over to the piano and patted the leather seat where the pianist should be seated. "Well Gordon..let me see how good you are then." A soft giggle passed her glittering, pink lips as she watched him with sensitive amber hues. He seemed nice enough, and Cadence could see he meant well.

Gordon went over to the piano on stage and pushed it out a bit. He then went around and sat on the chair. He placed his music sheet and looked it over once. He cracked his kunckles and began to play.
It was soft and slow. It was almost alluring "Nightime sharpens, hightens each sensation. Darkness wakes and stirs imagination. Silently the senses abandon their defences. Helpless to resist the notes I write. For I compose the music of the night" he sang remebering it word for word. He wasen;t even looking at the sheet. He had his eyes closed imagining himself infront of a large crowd.
"Slowly, gently, night unfurls its splendor. Grasp it, sense it, tremulous and tendor. Hearing is believing, music is deceiving. Hard as lightning, soft as candlelight. Dare you trust the music of the night?
Close your eyes for your eyes will only tell the truth. And the truth isn't what you want to see. In the dark it is easy to pretend. That the truth is what it ought to be" He said softly knowing the words like a bed time lullby.
"Softly, deftly, music shall caress you. Hear it, feel it secretly possess you. Open up your mind, let your fantasies unwind. In this darkness which you know you cannot fight. The darkness of the music of the night.
Close your eyes, start a journey to a strange new world. Leave the thoughts of the world you knew before. Close your eyes and let music set you free. Only then can you belong to me" he said after singing loudly to go with the song and lowering back to his normal tone.
"Floating, falling, sweet intoxication. Touch me, trust me, savor each sensation. Let the dream begin, let your darker side give in. To the power of the music that I write. The power of the music of the night!
You alone can make my song take flight. Help me make the music of the night" he said softly as he finshed up the song. He got up and bowed to her. He looked up and smiled.

Cadence clapped polietely, her round eyes sparkling with a content admiration. "T-That was..very good!" She stammered, wrapping her arms around her waist as she smiled slightly. Her canine's were elongated just like any other cat's would be, but each tooth was pearly white, and perfectly straight.
"I like singing love songs personally..." The neko fell his eyes on her and found herself shaking in mortification and nerves; she had never spoke of her singing talents to anyone till Gordon. This was odd her for to open up like that. "I-If I could..show you maybe?" SHe swayed side to side in a nervous anxiety. It had been nearly three years since she had sung, and she had suddenly gotten the urge to do so.
She scuttled over to a sterio set and slid a CD into one of the compartments, and then rushed back over to Gordon. The music began to play gently, and Cadence immeadiately recognized it as "A Little Bit in Love" from Wonderful Town; one of her all-time favorite songs. Cadence hummed along with the intro, relaxing her vocal chords along with the nerves that were tingling within every inch of her body.
"MM--MMM -- I’M A LITTLE BIT IN LOVE, NEVER FELT THIS WAY BEFORE. MM--MMM -- JUST A LITTLE BIT IN LOVE, OR PERHAPS A LITTLE BIT MORE.
WHEN HE LOOKS AT ME, EVERYTHING’S HAZY AND ALL OUT OF FOCUS. WHEN HE TOUCHES ME, I’M IN THE SPELL OF A STRANGE HOCUS-POCUS. IT’S SO -- I DON’T KNOW. I’M SO -- I DON’T KNOW. I DON’T KNOW -- BUT I KNOW, IF IT’S LOVE, THEN IT’S LOVELY!"
WHen she began to sing, all anxiety and worry left the neko within one breath. She had an odd cockney accent to go along with the song, and she seemed to enjopy herself immensely. Cadence continued singing to the karaoke set of the song, spinning around and dancing slightly with the music. Her singing voice was lofty and every note lingered in the air; she sounded exactly like she played her flute, only there were words and the only instrument was her vocal chords.
"MM--MMM -- IT’S SO NICE TO BE ALIVE WHEN YOU MEET SOMEONE WHO BEWITCHES YOU. WILL HE BE MY ALL, OR DID I JUST FALL A LITTLE BIT, A LITTLE BIT IN LOVE?
MM--MMM -- I’M A LITTLE BIT IN LOVE, NEVER FELT THIS WAY BEFORE. MM--MMM --
MM--MMM-- IT'S SO NICE TO BE ALIVE WHEN YOU FIND SOMEONE WHO BEWITCHES YOU. WILL HE BE MY ALL, OR DID I JUST FALL A LITTLE BIT, A LITTLE BIT IN LOVE? "
When the CD ended, Cadence nearly fell over blushing. She had never sung for anyone except for recitals and voice lessons. "O-Oh...."She dropped into a short curtsey before covering her cheeks in embarassment. "S-Sorry.." Cadence felt awful for wasting his time with her pitiful singing, but it was something she enjoyed immensely when she was younger and even now.

Gordon was surpised. He got up and clapped again. He could she her becoming a pop star or something. Her singing was nice and rather soothing. " Wow. Your much better than me! Maybe someday my dad can hook you up with a small show back where I live. I'd know my people go crazy over you" Vamp said going up to her.
" So besides singing what else do you like" he asked wanting to know more about his new friend. He made alot of new friends but this one seemed interesting. He had never really met a neko before. He only knew his turned into one before but thats all.

He smiled and noded quickly. "Yes, I would love to be your friend." His whisper voice tried it's best to be loud but couldn't. But he knew it was loud enough for her to hear. He moved his white and black hair out from his eyes and looked at her with his milky white eyes. His jacket a little baggier then he had expected. "You are older than me by three years. I am only thirteen." Voice continued as a whisper. He walked over to her and sat down next to her as he looked over to her.

Cadence rushed over to turn the music off before it switched to the next song. Really she was just trying to keep ehr face hidden due to the amount of blushing that was controlling her face; no one ever complimented her like that. "Oh...thank you!" She squeaked, turning back to face him with a shy smile. One of her hands was intertwined within her burgundy mane, fiddling with all the strands that came into contact with her flesh.
"A-A gig?! O-Oh n-no! N-Never!! I could never sing infront of lots and lots of people!!" Cadence blurted out in a fearsome voice, her body shaking uncontrolabley. Just the thought of singing infront of a large crowd scared the crap out of the neko, and doing it was never something Cadence planned on. Ever.
His next question allowed Cadence some time to think and calm down by taking deep, steadying breaths. "I play the flute, sing, dance, and draw...sometimes." Her hands coiled about her furry cat tail, wringing it dry of any movement. Whie her matching ears twitched in all directions as it listened to all the sounds surrounding her.

Naomi nodded back. She felt cheerful and pure for the first time since she has left Heaven and went Ria High. Whenever Naomi was cheerful little snow white, Angelic wings would appear from her back. Naomi looked back upon her mini, feathery wings. "Oh and I should be telling you this. I am an Angel. Though I'm not much different everyone else. Since I am not in Heaven now, I can't fly."

He looked at her and then back to her wings. He wasn't so different as he was a fire user, so he wasn't completely human. And then he controlled something called and alter but he really hadn't figure out how to use it. He stopped up and the stepped back a few feet as he closed his eyes. His outline was covered with a colorful glow as somethings were impounded near him. Another being formed infront of him and he looked at her. "I am not Human either but I don't stray far, this is my alter. My being that I have created... He isn't much but he is strong." He looked at the girl. [Didn't post his alter yet, I will when I get the chance.]

Naomi watched as Hajime became covered in a colorful, angelic glow. As Hajime made another person appear beside him. Naomi has never seen this happen before. "I guess everyone here at Ria High has a secret of some sort." Naomi said softly as she looked at Hajime. Naomi wondered about Hajime, before she thought she was just a normal boy but now she realizes he was different.
