What I meant is something that doesn't involve the human body's needs/wants: Breathing, eating, using the restroom, sleeping, having sex, dying.
Something like...reading. The body doesn't need or even want to do it, but in 97% of people, it's done.

Nothing that involves the body. Nothing. Puking has to do with the body, so it doesn't count. Sometimes the body pukes because it needs to get something out of it, like a lot of alcohol.
