Content: I don't know what the hell is going on over there, but my orders were specific! All Hunters, return to Haven or the nearest safehouse ASAP and STAY THERE! We're all sitting ducks right now, and I don't want ANYONE moving without mine or Krii'Ouse's say so! As of this moment, I offically declare martial law. Any Hunter found outside of Haven or one of the safehouses after a twelve hour period will be detained, by force if necessary. Troops will be reassigned from HISSS to enforce these conditions and to safeguard our facilities. I repeat, RETURN TO HAVEN AND STAY THERE UNLESS SPECIFICALLY ORDERED OTHERWISE BY ONE OF THE RANKING HUNTERS!!!
