Scarlet thought about the question and how to answer it. "Well you see when i was 17 my parents died and a year before that i found out i could phase into a wearwolf. I dont have anyone and for years ive been running around trying to find a pack that would keep me. I have a slight problem of letting my shyness take over and phase me before i have a chance to get out of my clothes and vise versa." Scarlet blushed when she remeber the time when she got caught naked by the last pack that let her stay with them.

Adrian nodded as she listened to Scarlet. Another lost werewolf just searching for a home. She and Israel had many of these wanders come through thier home and always, they offered thier assistance. This girl would be different.
"Really? Well, if you need somewhere to stay and to learn to control yourself, you are more than welcome to stay with me and my brother..."
She shrugged her shoulders, as if to suggest that it was no trouble at all.

Scarlet looked at Adrian. "I would love to stay but i dont know if your brother would be to happy about that. He seemed a little uptight about you having company." She remebered his face when he walked down the stairs and saw all of them in the room.

Adrian waved her hand.
"Bah! He'll be fine with it, he was just being cranky from his nap... Really... it would be a disgrace to our kind if we did not offer our help..."
She bowed her head slightly and raised it back up, waiting for a reaction.

Scarlet tilted her head to the side. "A disgrace to your kind?"She asked in a puzzled tone. "Im not sure i quite get that statement but im sure if you want to tell me you will. so i wont ask questions." Scarlet said to Adrian hoping that she would one day trust her enough to tell her what that ment. She saw that there was one sandwich left and asked shyly, "Could i have the last one. i can half it if anyone wants it or anyone can have it. I mean its up to yall."

Delia nodded. "Nope, I'm good. Oh, and you get used to Adrian making cryptic remarks like that, its in her nature..." She smiled at Scarlet.

"Well i wouldnt call that cryptic but it is interesting and again i dont want to be nosie." Scarlet laughed and grabbed the sandwich and took tiny bites. She like these people.

Sapphire started to run untill she made it to the house. She found Stace and chewed her out. "Why didnt you tell me who he was before i went after him! I would have killed him if i hadnt have made that pact! The mouth on that guy. What nerve. He was lucky i had a tree to light on fire or it would have been him." Sapphire fumed at her friend. She saw Alex tense and come to her. He held her but she wouldnt hold him. She would burn him and soon he would feel the heat that was comming out of her. "Alex dont touch me while im like this. I can hurt you."

Alex could feel the heat but refused to let go. He was not letting her out of his sight again. "What did he want and why was he here?" Alex asked but it was more retorical then should be answered.

Anthony had been deep in thought about Demitry. He looked down at Anastatia, "Sorry, what? I was thinking about that man from earlier." he apologized.

"That man can rot in hell for all i care." Sapphire huffed as she calmed herself down and let Alex hold her without schoring him. She turned her body to plant a kiss on his lips.

Alex felt her turning her body to face him but wasnt expecting her to kiss him. "We are not done with our conversation." Alex wispered in her ear so no one but Sapphire could have heard it.

Anastasia turned away from Sapphire. She didn't tell her because she knew what would have happened. "I'm sorry Sapphire, I wasn't aware that I had to tell you everything about him." She said icily before she ran off into the woods without a second thought. She had no idea where she was going, only she was going away from those she could hurt most.

Sapphire watched as Stace ran away. "No body follow her. She needs to be alone and it is my fault. Alex let me go. I need to get the rest of my feelings out of me before she comes back." Sapphire said in a monotone voice. She knew that this would be for the best but she didnt like leaving Stace alone with Demitry on the loose. Instead she undid the death grip that Alex had on her and ran off in the opposite direction refusing to lsten to the yells behind her.

"Sapphire! Dont run away from me! Stay damn it!" Alex yelled at Sapphire as she watched her go. He started to follow but felt Anthony grab his arm.

Anthony shook his head, "In one hundred twenty years of this unnatural life, I have learned many things. One of the things I've learned is that when girls are having a problem, let them talk it out." he said, "Don't interfere, you will automatically regret it because they will both try to get you on their side. Also, she told you to stay." he stared after the girls, it hurt him to let Anastasia go like this, but he had to. She didn't belong to him.

Alex hated this more than anything. Leaving Sapphire to be by herself. "Your right. I need to stay. Have you ever wondered why they do this? They must know that we would do anything for them. So why do they act like this?" Alex said in the sadest voice he had ever heard.
