Hanabi stopped running after a while. She calmly walked down the street, deep in thought.

Sangre heard him coming and looked over her shoulder just in time to see him lunge for her.
"WAH!" She ducked, his arms passing overhead.
Twisting to face diagonal left to where she had been previously facing, she broke into a mad dash across the lawn, her lycanthrope blood gifting her with long legs and a swift stride.
"I DON'T THINK I DO!!!" She yelled over her shoulder as she ran, sprinting away as fast as she could.

Summer laughed. "I think she wants you to chase her Kyle." Summer said she saw Sangre start running.

Kyle eyes turned redder and his fangs became more sharp. "Aww! Come on Sangre, I just wanna have a little chat!"he teased, "come back!". He continued to chase after her.

Summer decided to give Kyle a hand and dashed in front of Sangre, "He just wants a taste." she said.

In no time, Hanabi made it home. She walked in and made some lunch for herself.

"WAAAH!" She exclaimed as she dashed across the massive front lawn through the trees, trying to get to the front gates and flying around Summer. "FEEL NO NEED TO CHASE ME!" She called over her shoulder, her bag pounding against her thigh. "I'M JUST DOING THIS FOR EXERCISE! REALLY! I DON'T WANT YOU TO CHASE ME!" She glanced over her shoulder to see how far away he was, and when she looked in front of her she gasped.
"TREEEEE!"
Acting purely on her lycanthrope instincts, she leaped upwards and set her palm on the protruding branch, vaulting herself over easily due to the excessive power in her legs.
Then her messenger bag strap caught on a smaller branch jutting out of the bigger branch, and Sangre gave a yelp as her arm was nearly dislocated and she was thrown off balance, tumbling over the other side of the branch to slam onto the ground flat on her back, her bag dangling on the branch innocently.
"Gah..." she grunted, her back on fire. Blinking, a little disoriented and her arm in a lot of pain, she blearily opened her eyes and asked wearily. "Who put that branch there...?"
((I love comic relief. ^_^))

Summer ran up to Sangre, "See you should watch were you go when you run. How did you jump so high?" she asked looking suspiously at her.

Kyle stood right over top of Sangre, where she say. "Hello" he said, exposing his red eyes and vampire fangs, "do you need some help?"

Travis walked outside, drinking his soda. He didn't notice the others nearby.

Summer looked at Kyle and said, "Hang on a minute Kyle i don't think Sangre is human. Look how high she jumped no human can do that." Summer glanced at Sangre suspiously.

((I'm glad you liked it. That scene in my head was just absolutely amazing. I love Sangre. heart ))
Sangre blinked as her mind clicked on again.
She laughed nervously, giving him a sheepish smile.
"Ah... no! I don't know what you're talking about! And I don't need help!" She replied, sliding her palm across the ground as she readied herself to leap away, distracting him by talking. "You know me! Clumsy Sangre! That's me! Don't worry about a thing, okay? I am OKAY!"
She grinned cheerfully at him and gave him a thumbs up with her hurt arm.
"So don't you sweat about ANYTHING, okay?" She stated, now sitting up.
There was silence for a moment.
"Bye!"
She yanked her legs out from underneath Kyle and swung them around underneath her, leaping upwards and using his body as leverage - leaping up by setting her feet on his thighs and pushing off - arching back over the branch and grabbing her messenger bag, twisting around in midair to land on her feet on the other side of the branch.
The move was done with practiced, fluid ease, as if she had been taking acrobats all her life.
Slinging the bag over her shoulder, she turned her head and gave Kyle and Summer one last fearful glance.
There was stillness for a moment.
Then she turned and began to take off running.
((You could see what she did, right?))

Summer leaped in front of Sangre and stuck out her foot to trap her.
(can summer trip her?)

((Well... how about this...))
Sangre saw the foot and leaped over it, spotting the gates.
Her spirits lifted.
HOME BASE!
But apparently she had jinxed herself by calling herself clumsy.
Her ankle twisting at an awkward angle as her foot hit the ground, Sangre tilted sideways.
Then she realized she was falling.
"ARE YOU SERIOUS?!"
She hit the ground hard, skidding forward a little on the soft, slick grass.
She grunted pathetically, just laying there for a moment.
Then she realized the entirety of her weight had fallen on her injured arm.
"Dammit..."
((That way we all get a laugh out of it. ^_^
Sangre: *sniffles* I'm being so abused!
Me: Shut up. It's comic relief.
Sangre: *rolls her eyes and looks away*))
