ENTER from New York City
One of the buttons on Fisk's phone started blinking, letting him know that the secretary on the lower floor needed him.

Fisk was about to reply to the woman when he noticed his phone. "Of course. Excuse me jut one moment though." he said as he turned towards the phone and pressed the speaker. "Yes?"

'There's a woman here to see you Mister Fisk. She's standing outside your office with one of the guards. A...Typhoid Mary?' the secretary replied.

There was a bit of a long pause, and Fisk stared at the phone for a moment. "Have the guard let her in...in about five minutes." Fisk finally replied, then turned the speaker off. Typhoid Mary? There was a name he hadn't heard of in a while. Though, knowing her, it might be best to keep Shadow in the room until he knew just what the woman wanted this time. He then turned back to Shadow a moment and gave her another look over. "The appartment won't be a problem. I simply need to know how big of one you need, and a preferred location."
"Nothing extravagant. But nothing real cheap either. Anywhere in the city would be fine." Shadow replied.
"Very well. Do you need to see a doctor or-"
"I'm fine. I just had a rather nasty run-in with someone. I've already been taken care of. Just going to be sore for a while...and in need of a new costume." she replied.
Fisk nodded. "Very well. Would you be able to stay around while I meet with my next guest?"
"As a body guard? Sure, I could do with some stress relief." Shadow replied.
// I've only read about half of the Typhoid / DD stuff. Still need to find the second volume to finish it. So for the sake of accuracy...I'm going to say Fisk only remembers about half of his employment with her. ...the good half. wink //

After a few minutes, the pager on the guard's belt began to vibrate, letting him know that he could let Typhoid in. Unfortunately, or fortunately, he was a little too preoccupied to pay much attention to it. Namely the woman pressed up against him with her lips locked possessively over his. She seemed to notice it though, and broke the kiss before pushing him against the wall. "Looks like it's my turn to see the big man." she said, strutting past the slightly confused guard and through the doors. She adjusted her metal shoulder plates and looked around the room as she entered. The room hadn't changed much since her last visit...whenever that was. The main difference she noticed, was the slightly battered looking woman standing by Fisk's desk. "My, my. What happened to you doll face?" she asked with a bit of a chuckle.

Shadow turned her attention to the woman as she made her way inside. She replied with a small grimmace. She was tempted to ask what happened to the woman's outfit. Ohhh yes....she wouldn't have a problem knocking this...woman....around. What on earth was she wearing anyway? She just step out of a time machine? Uck.
"What brings you back here, Typhoid?" Fisk asked.

ENTER from Lex Corp Typhoid had just opened her mouth to answer, but stopped and stared past Fisk a moment. A woman had suddenly just appeared behind Fisk's desk and to the side of his chair. Opposite end of Shadow Spider. Both hands on her hips, and staring down at Fisk with a smile on her face, but a rather annoyed gleam in her eyes, Gossamer tossed a bit of dark hair away from her face. "Sorry if I'm interrupting anything, Willy..." she said as sweet as could be. "But I do believe we need to either go over your math skills, or jog your memory a bit."Gossamer didn't even look up at the other woman, and was momentarily oblivious of Shadow Spider's presence.

Fisk glanced over to find Gossamer standing beside him. "Well, you seem to have recovered well." he said with a faint smirk.
Shadow simply stood where she was, silent and unmoving. Her eyes instantly fixed on the woman. Her face was calm, as if the other woman's presence didn't bother her. But her eyes...there was something almost unnaturally dark behind them.

”I’m feeling better.” Gossamer replied sweetly, then her face grew quite serious. ”As I was saying…even with the half cut…I do believe you’ve left out a few zeros from my pay.”

”That doesn’t matter.” she growled. ”A deal’s a deal. I can’t stand someone that…” she trailed off, finally noticing Shadow standing on the other side of Fisk’s desk. A rather darkly amused grin crept up the corner of her lips. ”Well…surprise to see you here. You clean up better than the blue bug.”

The ominous look behind Shadows eyes darkened. But she kept her gaze on Gossamer, completely still, and absolutely silent.
Fisk glanced back at Shadow, then back to Gossamer. ”Did you have something to do with whatever happened to her?” With all the apparent wounds, it didn’t look like Gossamer’s handiwork.

At that point, the area all around Shadow began to grow increasingly dark. As if a fog had just began rising from the floor behind her.
Noting that things were about to get rather ugly, Fisk turned his attention to Gossamer to try to get her to leave. ”Your friend already came and collected your pay. If you’d like the chance to earn the rest of it, I’ll contact you with a new job.”

”I’ll bring you the head of whoever you want, Will.” Gossamer replied, turning her attention back to Fisk. ”Just gimme a list of names.”
