Absentmindedly Mae nodded at Kino's reply not really hearing it. Instead, her mind wandered back towards her memories, or what was left of them. Looking at the lake, something actually changed about her memories, and one particular one grew clearer. There was a...lake...and what looked like....a person siting by the lakeside..... Now the memory went a grayish color, with no clear ending or beginning. There's two people...one has...a bandage?...something around...it's head...the other one.....looks...like me.... Then one word popped into her head, spoken by another, from the memory. Mae gasped slightly, and buried her head in her hands, not yet aware that Kino was watching her.

Mae's sudden actions took Kino off guard, causing him to become slightly surprised. Kino then motioned towards Mae in a curious but concerned manner. "Mae, are you ok?" His hand outstretched towards her, but stopped an inch away.

"Yeah...I think..." Not really in the mood to talk about it, she simply looked out the window again, but her memories didn't come back. "Are you still hungry? I've kinda lost my appetite." Gently she pushed the plate toward Kino, accidentally touching his hand on the way back, but didn't react.

Sitting against a fountain in the garden Isillidren has shoved his face into a book reading at a speed to were his eyes are naught but a blurr,he begin to argue with himself in a barley audiable wisper."Well if this...no that coulnt ever..well mabey if,nah."after a bit he stoped reading and lays back on the fountain,feeling a bit akward he steadily ends up falling asleep.

Kino now used his other arm to rest it's elbow on the table parallel to the arm holding his head up. Outstretching his hand towards Mae, his pinky pointed forward. "Let's make a promise." He'd say randomly before grinning lightly. "That, when we need each other, we'll be there." He paused before continuing. "er, well at the very least. If you need me, I'll be there when you need me." Random and Vague were the two things Kino had the habit of being, but the look in his eyes were both serious, and playful.

Ignoring the strangeness of the promise, Mae turned back toward Kino, grinning slightly. "Ok, sure. When you need me, I'll be there." Taking his pinky finger with her own, she accepted the deal or what ever you wanted to call it. But she still wasn't ready to tell him what she'd remembered, he had enough on his plate already. Both figuratively and literally. "Well, I'm full." Mae announced, standing up and stretching like a cat. "Come on then. Do you want to explore a little more?" She crossed her arms over her chest, and looked at him curiously.

"Lead the way captain!" He'd shout valiantly before shoving more food into his mouth and completely devouring the remaining food left for him to eat. Rising to his feet, he'd salute Mae in his humorous and playful attitude, then would follow after her with his arms crossed behind his neck.

Mae blinked several times, before fainting surprise. "Was..was there food there?" She looked down at the empty plate, then returned her gaze to Kino, and smiling playfully. "It's Captain Mae to you!"
Leaving the cafeteria, Mae stopped again in the Lobby. "Ok, where do you want to go now? As I said earlier, the pool and hot springs are in front of us, I believe there is a game room somewhere around here, and a teachers lounge. The dorms are upstairs. So. Where to? You decide this time."

Kino began to ponder on which place to go, taking only a few moments, he snapped his fingers to an idea. "The pool. I'm like a fish!" Kino then looked in every direction in an 'attempt' to determine which direction the pool area would be, but then gave up and gave Mae another 'lead the way' look. This time without saying anything, simply giving her a nervous laugh after his obvious attemp.

Mae laughed again. "I believe the pool is right there." She pointed, repeating herself again. "Come on." Mae drifted across the floor of the lobby, keeping in step with Kino. "So." Mae began, trying to break the silence between them. "Where is your dorm room?" Blushing slightly, she smiled. "Well, just curious." They turned down a corridor and the faint smell of chlorine reached her nose. "I think we're getting close." She squeezed his hand, as they turned around a corner, and came out onto the concrete surrounding the pool. "Oh wow. This is a pretty amazing pool, don't you think?" Mae turned to Kino and grinned encouragingly at him.
