(Well for starters I'm more used to people feeling the pain before going into shock. Via coughing up blood, etc. As for the grab well I flash stepped right infront of you and thrustered my at your neck as you were getting up. As for the last move, well, it's well within my power, however I'm not experienced enough to deliver more then one cut, so thats when I used the tails.And making it more then friendly?... Well it happens when my opponent steps up their game, over empowering themselves you could say to an.. unjust point. I'm simply returning the favor however it's well within my character's power. And the excessive force? Well Someone has to stop you cause I may have misread but Kin or was it is intervenening with Rio's actions? So Revlis has taken actions to knock rios out, if that didnt work, pain would work perhaps. Seeing as how your character too was threatning my character's life. )

((I'm just going to put a stop to this right here. Rios, do you honestly think that your able to make a clone, first off. And second, do you even think you can fight a third seat? I mean, I don't know your seat, but I know it's not 3rd. Your showing power vastly beyond your capabilities, and I'm going to go ahead and say this...
It's annoying. This is about the third...or fourth, or any number of times the crew has had to warn you. Honestly I would've thought that you would have realized by now to clean up your act.Your power level is out of control. Your pulling skills out that aren't even on your profile. And please don't try to say that they're on your profile and try to add them. A number of people have looked on there and have seen no such skill.
Now, I'm going to say this, as well. Whether or not he's doing something out of hand, Revils, that does not count for godmodding. Well, hitting him anyway. Dodge, avoid, but do so that is in your characters power, and if this happens, then by all means avoid what he should not be able to do. BUT, do not hit, push, or otherwise touch his character without his permission, or unless he lets you. If someone is being overpowered, then report it to a higher up. It's good that you haven't done any more than just cut him, but the fact still remains.
And now, Rios, I'm going to say one last thing. Get your act together. This is not a question, and not a suggestion. Not only am I getting annoyed with your actions, but a majority of the crew are as well. Revlis is a third seat, and can take you pretty easily. Do not pull out skills you do not have. And if your getting attacked, describe whats happening, and in detail. Don't fault someone for something that you've done on your own. You said you were in terminal shock, but then went to something completely different about attacking. What was he feeling? Was anything broken? Was he bleeding? Do all those things. And then if your opponent is unable to understand, then, and ONLY then, can you fault them.

Sojiro tripped due to the staff being held by Raw's tail. As he fell, he turned it in to a roll and skidded to a stop on his knees. Slowly standing on one leg, he put his hand on the kneecap and pushed off of it, quickly standing with his other leg. Now that he was fully standing, he faced Raw and sheathed his sword. Tying his Zanpaku~to's sheath to his Obi, he gave a light bow. "That was good, Raw. I am grateful you didn't land a blow as I tripped. I know you could have. I appreciate your kindness. Thank you." Sojiro's mood was solemn, and something seemed to bug him. He plastered a smile on his face as he raised his head from the bow.

"Ah, sorry. I am just, not feeling it. Ever since the invasion, I have felt like I needed to do more than just what I was able to in Squad 4." Rawtoon explained.
He thought back to the 'arcane incident'. He used his staff to absorb the arcane that was used to attack 2nd div. captain Rhia. Though he spared her, that was the most he could contribute since the wide-streak of attacks began.
"I am merely feeling like I could be putting my skills to use in other areas of the sereitei, than our own." Raw bowed, inboth apology and respect.
"Besides, once they are gone." he tilted his head and flicked one ear, "there is nothing to stop you from showing me what one with your title can really do!"
Raw knew ther was not a victory here, he had merely gotten lucky. If it wasn't for Sojiro slipping up on that last maneuver, Raw would have probably been the one under a finishing blow, or worse.

 In regards to the roleplay between Rios and Revlis, Revlis is the winner since Rios has violated enough guild rules through blatant and repeated godmoding, ignoring orders and suggestions to improve, and just being all around a poor roleplayer, even when instructed on how to be a good one.  Fiey is going to show him how it REALLY is to be fighting a god-level character and then he is no longer a member of this guild.

((heh heh heh heh... and its about time I get to actually kill someone again. Oh, how my blades thirst for blood long past due to quench their thirst.))
Feiy had loomed forth from the shadows, giving off the feeling of appearing from nowhere as she she had slipped through a garganta. There was no wind to announce her presence besides her malicious aura, feeling more malevolent than usual.
"Its about time these Sereitei dogs call me in for some closer to my fancy. Where are you, Rios? Don't try to puss and flee from me! I want to enjoy your execution!"
She unsheathed her release zanpakutou, caressing the short blade along her fingers, she could feel it almost cutting into her.

-= Just as Feiy entered Revlis Quick stepped back before out stretching his right arm, plucking the large glowing yellow claymores from the ground and the air, removing the cage that contained him and Rios. Hopping back a few steps putting a large gap between him and Rios. Letting off a little sigh as he reverted his Zapakuto to its sealed form. Quickly resheating it. The claymore's dispersed, fading away. Revlis allowed his Left arm to slide down to his left thigh where his 2 foot long mechanical kunai was sheathed. =-
"Rio's Execution?..."
-= Much still puzzled Revlis with what was going on. Also the Fact that Feiy was a stranger and with little information of who she was and why she was exactly here was a mystery to Revlis. =-
(Gotta play along, Although no hostile actions will be taken )

Daven's hand reached out and grabbed Revlis' arm and pulled him back a little further. "Don't get involved. Rios has pissed me off for the last time. I asked this person, a Vizard named Fiey, to come here and recycle the spirit that is Rios. "Just watch."

(*Face melts due to the amazingness* I will also play along, but I wouldn't expect Rios to reply to this at all. If he does, I'll be surprised. If someone's getting kicked out, the last thing they'll do is pleasure someone by letting them kill their character off while they are still using him/her. But anyway...)
Sojiro smiled, then gave a final bow to Raw. "An interesting sum of events. Then, Raw-sama. Show me, when that day arrives, what someone in your position can do!" He flashed him a grin, but it disappeared as Feiy appeared several yards away. Their battle had ended relatively close to the last fight. Sojiro shuddered as the one named Feiy drew her blade and approached Rios. He couldn't hear what was being said, but it didn't look like anyone would move to save him. Sojiro wouldn't try to either. Feiy's reiatsu almost made him take a knee. It t'was his forceful pride that kept him standing still...

Raw silently stood, tall in size, but was nothing in comparison to the air that Feiy's aura simply covered. Her scent was that of a true warrior, the sweetest of darknesses and blood could be detected, tainting the atmosphere with memories of what she is about to do.
All Rawtoon could do was bow his head in respect for thin newfound individual which he honored now. He then stepped backwards slowly, leaving the place.

((Poor Evil, I'm confused at to what to do with her. >.< ))  ~* Evil Wolf*~The fur along Evil's back rippled, her hackles standing up. She half stood up, then sat back down again. She felt very sorry for Rios to deserve something like this. Her ears flattened, and she licked un consciously at her right front paw, waiting to watch the events unfold. ~*Captain of Squad 10*~

A rift appeared and out stepped Ezru. "Hmm... I was hoping to see the end of Rios, but it seems I was too late..." Ezru said sighing slightly "Ah well, it is fairly ironic to see this happening, especially under orders of Daven." Ezru grinned wolfishly, his eyes glowing with a demonic glee.
