((Sorry, I thought it was apparent that I was aiming at the leg that was standing on the zanpakuto. I'll try to be a little more descriptive from now on. Oh, and I don't think those lightning blasts keep firing out like an energy beam, I think it's just a short blast of lightning.))

Ryou, seeing Revlis come towards him with his sword, quickly shot out his right hand towards the sword, hoping to change it from its course. The sword stabbed straight through his right hand, but it missed his left shoulder by inches.

Ryou gritted his teeth, trying to shake off the feeling of passing out. "I can't give up yet!" He screamed. He took his left hand and positioned it once again towards Revlis's chest, who at the moment had his sword stuck in his right arm and the ground, as well as had a badly injured leg, impairing his movement. "This time, I'm going to do it right!" He screamed, closing his eyes to concentrate.

"Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini!" He screamed, "Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat! Bakudo #9: Hit!" A red light shot out of Ryou's hand, heading straight towards Revlis, who was inches away.

((If you somehow find a good way to get out of this one, then I have no idea what other tricks I could possibly use.))

((I don't think moving so that it only hits your left arm would stop the attack, as it's description says that it 'Engulfs' a target in red light, completely paralyzing it, so it would still effect your whole body I believe. Plus, stating the incantation is supposed to make it more powerful.))

"Shatter!"

The dual hound pounded itself into Ryou's joint, but not before his shot fired towards his opponent's left arm. Ryou once again was sent into excruciating pain, his sight going blurry and his mind starting to black out. He once again tried his best to fight off the urge to pass out, his left arm lying limp at his side, and his right arm being pinned into the ground by the opponent's sword. He had realized how serious the friendly training fight had turned in just a short time.

The only weapon Ryou had left was a single leg, but using it looked like it wouldn't have much effect. Ryou decided to wait to see if his last attack had done what he was hoping it would do, or if it was rendered useless from the opponent's attack.

(Ah... well Even so, I'd assume that since the attack hit my shoulder, that portion of my body would be more affected then the rest would it not? Although yes I supposed the rest of my body would be paralyzed for a bit. Do you know how long it lasts?)

-= With the Bakudo #9 striking Revlis. Revlis's eyes would widen as he fell limp on Ryou with his entire weight.Revlis's rightrather spikey shoulder armor pieces pressed against Ryou's left shoulder. Ryou was pretty much held there by the sword pinning his hand down and Revlis's weight. Eventually movement began to stir under Revlis's scarf as he spook in a calm and less vicious manner. Rather cheerful accually. However the rest of Revlis was still paralyzed. =-

"So wise guy, what now? We;re stuck like this for some time... You know how long this lasts ?haha! How bout say we get you to Squad 4 after this huh? Nuff training for today? And one of my legs seem to feel a little stingy"

"Well... This shouldn't last too long... afterall it is low level kido... I supposed I could try to break free of it... or shorten its time span by raising my spiritual power/ pressure..."

-= Revlis's eyes closed as he slowly began to muster his spiritual pressure. Trying to slowly break down or break away from the kido's effects. Eventually Revlis was able to at the very least begin to twitch and shift his right arm. Revlis's left remained motionless. And Eventually he regained at the very least the mobility of his right side. Managing to drag himself off half way with his legs still limp and on Ryou=-

"Ya... I'm definately not going to get far like this... Mind if I pull that out of you?"

-=Revlis pointed to his Zapakuto that was still impaled and pinning You's right hand to the ground. Since Revlis was rather close, Revlis tended to leave the ever so faint smell of roses around him and wherever he went.=-

"Could I get that outta you?"

"Well... Mind you did get a possibly fractured leg... Definately got an impaled hand... make taht two impalements due to my Zapakuto having two blades... and a Broken elbow joint... Ya if i was in your possition i wouldn't beable to break the seal either... let alone even get up."

-= Revlis produced a half smile before he reached out for the hilt of his Zapakuto. Grabbing the hilt and pulling it free of the ground. However when he grabbed and tugged at the blade. The blade shook slightly as if wishing to stay soaking in Ryou's blood. However Revlis plucked the Blade from the ground and from Ryou's hand. Soon he was able to wiggle his toes on his other leg. =-

"Well... kitsune like me... were already partially spirits. Anways. Lets get you to Squad 4"

-= Revlis Still with only one arm able to function and one leg and a couple of toes still moving was able to seat himself upright. Tearing pieces of the long robe coat. Revlis fashioned a makeshift sling for Ryou's arm. And a temporary bandaid wrap for Ryou's impaled hand. Revlis used the sheath of his Zapakuto as a support as he tied it to Ryou's possibly broken leg. =-

"Now... I just need to get up"

-=Glacing to his Zapakuto. Revlis's eyes widened. The blood that was on one fo the two blades of his Zapakuto was clean of blood... There was no trace of blood on it. The blade had drawn in and as if absorbed the blood. One of the blades at the very least. =-

-= Revlis continued to stare intensely at the blade which was not stained. Then back at the blade that was. Oblivious that he was slowly completely able to move again. Snapping back to reality when Ryou called out to him. =-

"Oh! ya Sorry!"

-= Scrambling he grabbed the hilt of his double bladed Katana. Inspecting the blades for anything and the ground for any sort of clue as to where the blood had gone. As for where Ryou was stabbed. there was barely any blood on the ground. Revlis's eyes remained wide as he quickly shuddered. Sheathing his blade away and shunning the though and idea of his blade being capable of such a thing at this stage. REvlis had just noticed that Ryou was further ahead of him. Rather suprised how Ryou could walk and move at all without so much as screaming for pain. Revlis followed =-

"Ya right behind ya!"

"I'll meet you there then. "

-= Revlis quickly trotted up to Ryou. Grabbing Ryou's better of the two arms. Pulling him along, supporting Ryou. Making way towards Squad 4.=-

Seeing a visage of a man standing in the middle of the packed dirt ground of the shinigami academy training grounds aroused Xeion's curiosity somewhat. Going out of his way to see who it was, Xeion walked over. It was probably a new student, and as a member of Squad Nine, the Peace Corps of the Sereitei, it was also his responsibility to attend to those in need. Also, he enjoyed seeing new faces.

"Yo, how's his hanging!?" Xeion chirped cheerfully, waving his hand at the young boy who seemed to look so distant and impatient at what was going on before him. "Are you new here?" He asked.
