Nyl had shifted from playing with fire to sitting patiently on the dojo floor, eyes flicking between Seph and Tutsumi.
~You didn't make him hold hot coals, either. Or was that just because I was being uncooperative?~

Seph nodded slowly, placing the mug on a small table. "Good job. We'll try again tommorrow." Probably the last words he wanted to hear.

Seph smiled at Neko. "Neek, I thought you knew your way in here." But his face turned straight again as he looked back to his student. "If I must tell you, then you have truely failed your lesson. Think over what I have said, and we will try again tommorrow."
Seph nodded, as if ending his Senseiship for the night, then made his way to the door, not even glancing at Tutsumi.
"I'm ready, now."

Tutsumi slowly moved up and off of the coals, following Seph slowly. His eyes ad turned icy blue, yet lacked emotion and lessened the beauty of them completely. His clothing made little sound as he moved, each article being well sized enough to not make sounds.

-=Neko watched Seph walk by out of the corner of his eye, but didn't turn his head from Tut and Zyph. He raised an eyebrow at Tut, gave the slightest of nods, then looked at Zyph with a grin, eyeing him up and down=-
The coal thing? I bet that sucked.
-=Neko seemed very comfortable in the heat. This was mostly due to the small aura of cool air around him, maybe sixty degrees Farenheit=-

At first yes. Near the end, I was so focused on a thought that I could block out most of the discomfort but my body kept trying to tell me my feet were being burned off. I don't suppose they have any burn cream in this dojo? *he looks around hopefully*

Even if they did, I doubt that you could use it. The point is really to become numb to the pain, so more power can be focused through you. Or, maybe it's not, I've never used Ho much before, and I could be lying. regardless, you have to deal with it.
Did you get any farther than that? Have you learned anything yet?

Yeah getting burned hurts even after you are aren't near the fire anymore.

I also learned I need to watch myself, I nearly transformed from the pain. Only Neko knows I can do that, and if Sensei wasn't told by Neko then Neko sama doesn't feel he is ready to know. So I will have to bite the bullet and learn to maintain this form even under pain and pressure.*
