He had struck a nerve in her. Sekain was her only family. That was all she had other than Matachi and the boys..She turned back around takeing the book from him. "Thank you." She wouldn't say more, saying more ment letting him know how close he had gotten to her.. she didn't want that. "I will read it here then if you do not mind." She spoke looking around for somewhere to sit since he wasn't going to allow her to leave with it.

Matachi looked at him "We came to protect her." Matachi said retorting back to the man "Let her read." Matachi said as a guard found a old looking chair for the queen dusting it off for her setting it beside her bowing abit as he sat it down by her

Ruben and Jonas who had followed Aldon since he left rhina looked at him with dissapointment he knew what they wanted. Aldon simply turned away and said "you can go no ones forcing you to stay" he said as he walked away as Jonas and Ruben followed Katherine hoping she'd let them in her ranks.

"Do you think you are justified in makeing me?" She said just as saddly. "You know well enough thats what your doing is makeing me.. I never said you were wrong but now i will have no choice. Soon i will have no choices left to me at all with the rate you are going at." Her voice wasn't anery it was a mix of fear and saddness. She turned away from him heading towards the men that had her horse not seeming to notice that Sekain's men where there.

Katherine watched him go. She brought her hands through her hair. She had never ment to push him she had ment for him to understand. He didn't he was still threating her with her children.. did he not understand that the fear of him grew worse, the dread grew worse. They conversations he would only get mad at her for would only grow worse. She had tried though. She noticed the two men then. They had witnessed all of that. "What? See me as a monster to? Want to kill me?" She had no clue they would want to join her.

Matachi would arrive a few hours later at the castle, she was so naive, so stupid to just wander about putting everyones lives on the line. She would get mad when Matachi did something like that but its perfectly fine when she does it, she would send him away for things like that. Whatever..Matachi wasn't going to leave for the estate since in the end he would just get yelled at more from her. Matachi caught wind though as he walked in that the boys were playing around in the halls with wooden swords they evidently got someone to make. Matachi wandered through the halls hearing their laughter and the sounds of wooden swords smacking against one another made him smirk. At least they were having a good time

(Enter Paradox)

The land of the flowing rivers, had been lucky all these years, but that luck was about to change. A dark shadow made it's way onto the land, making for the town that the Flowing rivers was known for. It was a dark figure that passed without a sound, but left a pall of fear wherever it went. For the people of the capital, this figure was known as Paradox, but for people who didn't know him, This figure was death incarnate. He passed rivers and roads to get to the one he was looking for.

Paradox had one goal, and it would only be discussed with Aldon, and it would be discussed. He would wait until tomorrow, but no later, as he neared the gates of the mansion that was owned by the lord of these parts. That was where he would stand, more unmovable than any statue, until dawn, until Aldon awoke. Seven feet of metal, weapon, and unhuman grace. He would not budge.
