Kaito nodded. "Okay," he agreed, though he wasn't sure exactly how he felt about it. "But come back soon, okay? Kaito wait here like good neko, because Kaito good neko."
And he purred as if he were already being rewarded for good behaviour.
Elnara smiled. "We won't be long, I'm sure," she murmured. What with a newborn infant, Aliya would probably be easily tired anyways. She held her hand out to Lore. "Shall we go, then?"

Lore nodded at this as he rose to his feet, taking Elnara's hand. It had been quite a long while since he had seen a child that young, what little he knew about babies is what he had read... of course.
He let Elnara lead the way.

"Alright, be patient," Ryu replied as he made his way over to Adan.
He turned back a moment for his sister, who nodded at Aliya. If Aliya was sure after all...
"Okay," she agreed, "But take it easy okay?"
She hurried over to the boys before Adan could get too impatient with her.

"Well it's not like there's much that needs doing," Aliya assured Feng. "Shael takes care of things so well that even if I wanted something to do, there wouldn't be anything. Not work, anyways."
All ready to go now, Adan opened the door and waited in the doorway for Feng and Ryu to join him.
Ulani was a little surprised when Lore and Elnara stood up, and, breaking off her conversation with Kara, she asked, "Going so soon?"

Elnara smiled at Ulani. "We're just going to see Aliya, the two of us, if you don't mind the cildren staying here. It might be a bit much, taking all of them along."
"We be good," Kaito purred, slipping onto the couch and curling up comfortably, his tail wrapping around himself, spreading his wings like a blanket.

"Alright then," Feng replied waving a bit, "We'll be back later!"
Taking Ryu's hand, she went out the door with Adan, not wanting to make the little boy wait any longer.
"Later!" Ryu called over his shoulder as he found himself stepping out.
Kara's eyes lit up at the thought, but she was in the middle of a conversation here, "Say hi for me."

"We will," Elnara smiled, leading Lore towards the door.
Once they were outside, she took a deep breath and smiled widely. "So much more breathing space out here," she grinned at Lore. "No offense to Ulani, but her house wasn't meant for that many people - especially not all in one room."

"See you!" Aliya waved back. And once they were gone, she knelt to help Alyse and Adwin finish picking up the game pieces.
Adan grabbed Feng and Ryu each by the hand and tugged them off the porch, out into the yard.
"Where are we gonna go riding?" he asked them eagerly. "Maybe around the ranch? Maybe in the forest a bit?"
As he looked up at Feng, he noticed the two elves just coming out of his grandparents' house. "Who're they?" he asked, tugging Feng's hand to get her attention.

Feng looked up to see, much to her delight and surprise Elnara and Lore heading their way. She waved at the two of them.
"Elnara! Lore!" she grinned, but didn't raise her voice, she didn't think Aliya would like it if the baby woke up since they were still close enough she thought.
"That..." Ryu replied, "Would be Lore and Elnara."

Elnara smiled and waved at the threesome as they approached them, looking curiously at the boy between Feng and Ryu.
"Hello," she said warmly. "And who might you be?"

Adan grinned up at her. "My name's Adanedhel," he replied proudly, "but Mama calls me Adan. Are you gonna go visit Mama and Adonijah? I bet Mama'll like that. Me and Feng-chan and Ryu-kun are going riding, just the three of us! It's gonna be so much fun!"

Feng giggled and pointed to Adan, "He's Aliya's oldest, he also has his sister Alyse and his brother Adwin who are still inside."
She grinned looking back down at Adan.
"So, shall we go?" she inquired, "Who knows, maybe Lin is in her riding lessons by now or something.. at least.. I'm sure she's still taking them."

Elnara laughed at the boy, already taking a strong liking to him.
"Well, you have fun," she smiled, her eyes dancing with laughter, "we're just going to visit your Mama for a bit. She glanced at Feng. "Is it a good time?"

Feng nodded, "Aliya is up, and the youngest is asleep, so as long as no one is too loud it should be fine to visit. Besides you visit any later and she might be asleep by then."
Even though Aliya did say she would be fine, Feng was pretty sure that Aliya might take her own nap eventually.
