~Smirking, Damian placed a sign up within the village, pointing towards those whom hadn't fled yet, "Leave... or take up our cause. If not, I'll kill you too." All stepped aside, knowing the power of the Sannin.~

Velar walked off of the boat, freezing cold. "Brrrr, I wish I had brought a jacket or something besides just this cloak." he said with a grimace as he tried his hardest to fight his way through the cold. "T-Th-This sucks." he said as he continued to walk, slowing down as he moved forward. "G-Great, I can fight any opponent with out fear, but I am going to die by the hands of cold." he said as he let out a sigh, seeing his breath as he did so.
1/8 black dragon blizzard
Velar was unable to take the pain anymore from being seemingly frozen solid. "Heh, I guess this is it then." he said with a small laugh as he felt another cloak being put onto his body. He tilted his head upwards to see Bone staring down at him. "B-Bone?" he said with a small chuckle, staring at his friend. He could already feel his body getting warmer from the cloak. "Thanks man." he told bone as he forced himself back to his feet, knowing that now Bone had saved his life like he had saved Bone's in the past.
2/8 black dragon blizzard
"Heh, thanks again Yin." he said with a grin on his face as he turned around again. "Well, I guess we now go our separate ways." he said with a grin as he looked forward again. "I still have someone that I need to find before I can go back to leaf village anyways." he said with a small laugh as he continued to walk. "I wonder where he is though."
3/8 black dragon blizzard
After a while of walking Velar ran into the person he was looking for. "So, you are dotou I presume." he said with a slight grin on his face. "I am here to train under you; I wish to learn your Dragon blizzards." Velar said with a serious look on his face. "Please, you must train me."
Dotou looked at Velar for a minute before he nodded his head. "Alright, I shall teach you my Black dragon blizzard, but be warned, these techniques are far more difficult then you may believe." he said as he stared at Velar, wanting to figure out if he knew just how tough this would be.
4/8 black dragon blizzard
Velar nodded his head at Dotou's words. "I have learned several attacks that were supposed to be difficult and I have come out of them perfectly fine." Velar said as he continued to stare at Dotou. "I think I can handle this one too."
Dotou chuckled lightly at Velar's words. "Well, you seem to have some spirit in you." he said with a light laugh as he turned around to face an icy cliff. "Now, in order to do this technique, you have to focus your chakra into your hand and launch it outwards. The more chakra you use the darker the color."
5/8 black dragon blizzard
Velar nodded his head after he heard Dotou speak. "Alright." he said with a slight grin on his face as he turned to face the icy mountain. He began to focus his chakra into his hand. He clutched his palm together tightly as he stared forward. "Raaaaahhh." he shouted as he could feel his chakra flowing through his hand. It began to glow a deep blue as he focused.
'Hmmm, this kid is actually doing pretty well for his first try.' Dotou thought to himself as he stared at Velar, watching his every step to see what he would do next. 6/8 black dragon blizzard
Velar continued forcing his chakra into his hand. "Come on." he shouted in frustration as he was not going to let this technique slip away from him so soon. His hand seemed to be brimming with lightning as the chakra began to turn a dark black color. Velar began to grin as he looked at his progress.
Dotou continued to watch Velar as he was getting this technique down so quickly. "Hmmm, I see you got the black chakra." he said with a grin on his face. "Now you just focus that black chakra into the shape of a ball in your hand." he told Velar.
7/8 black dragon blizzard
Velar got a small scowl on his face as he continued to concentrate.Hee then heard Dotou's words and nodded his head as he began to swirl his chakra into the shape of a black ball in his hand. He then shot his eyes forward at the snowy mountainside. "Black Dragon blizzard." he shouted as he thrust his hand forward. Almost instantly the chakra began to shoot out from the ball, taking the shape of a dragon. It seemed to dance to whatever Velar’s wishes were before it ran into itself into the snowy Cliffside. "Heh, I did it." he said with a grin on his face as he passed out on the snowy ground.

While Velar was passed out he began to hear voices again. The same voice that he heard before when he fought Yang at the valley of the end. "I like you kid, you always push yourself to the brink of death when you train." the voice said as he grinned. "Who are you, am I just going crazy?" Velar asked as he looked at the gigantic metal cage that seemed to be housing a shadowy figure. "You should be lucky I am here Velar, I am one of the strongest beings alive, I am one of the legendary tailed demons, and I have been inside of you your entire life, I merely awoke when you traveled back into the world of the living." Velar looked at the gigantic eyes of the demon with a look of slight fear. "A demon?" he asked as it began to make more sense. "So, this whole time I have had you inside of me, and you came out to help me fight with bone?" "Yes, that was when I made my presence clear to you, I felt that you needed my help so I was only able to give you a little bit of my power, due to this seal on your body I am unable to unleash my true power yet." he told Velar again. "Well, maybe after a while I will be able to help set you free, so I can use your power at my will?" he asked, realizing the potential of having this demon inside of him. "Yes, unleash me unto the world, and then you will have my full strength at your disposal, I will no longer need to be locked up in this cage, I will see the world through your eyes, and I will give you all the strength I have in exchange." he said with a grin on his face. "But we cannot do it now, I am still weak, and you are not strong enough to unleash this seal yet and free me. So awaken now and gain the strength it would take to free me from my prison"
1/12 twin dragon blizzard
Velar nodded his head to his demon and proceeded to walk away from him. "Alright then, I will make sure I get the strength to set you free inside of my body then." he said with a grin as he began to come back to consciousness. The darkness in his eyes began to slowly fade away as he crept them open again. "Wha?" he said as he looked up to see Doshu standing there, staring at his fallen body. "Oh, I guess you decided to stay here." he said with a slight laugh as he continued to lie on the ground.
2/12 twin black dragon blizzard
After a while of laying there in the cold snow Velar forced himself back up to his feet. "Well, I feel much better now." he said with a small laugh. As he began to look at himself noticing that his body was still remarkably warm, even though he had just been laying in the snow. "So, what will I be learning next?" he asked as he looked at Dosu, ready to learn his next technique. "It’s good to see that you are still alive." he said with a chuckle as he looked at the mountain in front of them again. "Now, you may have mastered the last attack quickly, but this one will be much tougher, so tell me, are you ready?"
3/12 twin dragon blizzard
Velar thought about it for a minute before he heard what his demon had told him. "I never give in, I will rather die before I quit." he mumbled to himself as he stared at his hand. "Yeah, I am ready to learn the technique, so long as you are ready to teach me it that is." he said with a light grin on his face. Doshu grinned widely as he heard Velar say that he would be willing to be trained. "Good Velar." he said with a grin on his face. "Now, this technique is just the same as the black dragon blizzard, except this time you do it with both hands."
4/12 twin dragon blizzard
Velar listened intensely at the words that Dosu was speaking. "So, it’s the black dragon blizzard with both hands then?" he asked as he looked at both of his hands, unable to believe that he could create such power from his hands. Dosu nodded his head as he heard Velar speak. "Yes, this technique is quite a powerful attack, and very difficult to master." he said with a light grin on his face as he turned around. "Now, let me show you how it is done." and without wasting any time he created two black balls of chakra in his hands and blasted them forward, crashing into the mountain side. "Now, you try and do it."
5/12 twin dragon blizzard
Velar had a speechless look on his face as he looked at the technique that was just unleashed. "Wow, that was incredible." he said as he just stared forward, unable to even move his hands due to what he had just seen. "Ok, I guess I will try it next then." Velar said with a slight smile on his face. "WEll, first I say you should try and learn it with your left hand now so that way you will be able to use the technique with both hands, and once you get that done then you will be able to do it with both of your hands." Dotou said with a large smile on his face.
6/12 twin dragon blizzard
Velar looked at Dotou as he nodded his head. "Right, I will learn with my left hand first then." he said with a light smile on his face as he looked at his hand. "Alright, lets get this done." he told himself as he began forcing his chakra into his hand just like he had done before, to the point where his hand began to glow a deep blue color from the chakra being stored in his palm.
7/12 twin dragon blizzard
Velar’s chakra in his hand seemed to begin to discharge as it seemed to begin turning into lightning in his hand. "Come on." he kept saying as he stared intensely at his hand. The chakra began to get erratic as the color began to slowly shift into a darker blue that seemed to begin to rise off of his palm. Dotou watched closely at how well Velar seemed to be at wielding chakra into both of his hands. "Hmmm, he may get this technique quicker than I expected." He thought to himself as he stared intently at Velar.
8/12 twin dragon blizzard
Velar’s chakra began to get darker and darker as he focused more and more on his hand. "Come on." he kept telling himself as the chakra began to turn black. A small bead of sweat began to trickle down Velar’s face as he began to swirl the chakra he had in his hand. After a while he had finally created the sphere of chakra that he was looking for. "Heh, I did it. Now for the other hand." he said with a grimace as he then turned over to his other hand to do the same thing.
9/12 twin dragon blizzard
Velar concentrated as hard as he could on the first ball of black chakra that he had in his left hand so that it wouldn’t go away. "Ok, now time for the other hand." he said with a grin on his face as he lifted his right hand and began to flow the remaining chakra into that hand as well. "Now, this had better work." he said to himself as he gulped hard, hoping that he would be able to get this technique down.
10/12 twin dragon blizzard
Velar moved his left hand down to his side as he lifted his right one up so he could look at it. The chakra on his hand began to seemingly rise up from out of his hand as he began to grin widely at it. "Heh, this might just work." he said with a slight grin as he saw the chakra began to darken in color on his hand, and began to seemingly begin to spark on his hand as well.
11/12 twin dragon blizzard
The chakra in Velar’s hand had finally turned black as a small grin began to grow across his face. "Heh, I guess I did it then." he said as he began to complete his final step of the technique. He began to swirl the chakra in his hand into the shape of a ball. After a while he had two large black balls of chakra in each of his hands. "Twin Dragon blizzard." he shouted as he thrust his hands forward, launching the two dragons into the air and soon crashing into the mountain side with tremendous force. "Heh, thanks again." Velar said with a large grin on his face as he turned around and began to walk away. "Hopefully I will be able to come back here sometime, but for now, I think Diedara has a few more techniques to teach me." he mumbled as he headed back for the docks

Kakuyoku Fubuki was supposed to be the most capable teacher for Hyuuga Natsumi. She had pursued Fubuki totally out of her own interest for the only Snow technique she had heard of, Tsubame Fubuki. Now, Natsumi was standing on a plateau of ice, was awaiting the arrival of her new sensei under the warm layers of a white cloak and long pants.
~~~~~
"Fubuki-sensei?" Natsumi looked questioningly at the woman walking towards her. She had no idea what her sensei looked like, but she could only guess that this woman was her sensei.
"Hyuuga Natsumi. You seem fairly skilled for a child of your level, so expect to be pushed to your limit. I've heard you want to learn my Tsubame Fubuki technique. Let us begin then." It was now obviously Fubuki, as she formed five untraceable hand seals, and out of the air surrounding Fubuki, bird shaped pieces of ice materialized out of the air, all of them flying directly towards Natsumi. "Show me how you defend yourself!"
[1/5 Tsubame Fubuki]
Natsumi didn't know what to say to this attack, so all she could think of was run. It wasn't long before the ice birds were catching up to her. Not having been paying attention to Fubuki, the kunoichi appeared right in the path of Natsumi, catching the girl and the sparrows simultaneously flew off into a nearby protrusion of ice.
Fubuki let Natsumi go and smirked at her as she scrambled away.
"You now realize to what effect my jutsu has on opponents. They can fly around and follow my opponents until they find some way to defend against the attack. You see, if you had properly defended from that attack, you probably would have thought my jutsu were weak. Your chakra, however, is particularly weak, so I hope that my training can change that. After having mastered all I can teach you, you can expect full well that you will need to test it all against some of my other comrades, since I've already recieved word that they want to test you as well."
[2/5 Tsubame Fubuki]
"Now, let's get on with it, shall we?" Fubuki was still smirking a fairly intimidating smile, yet Natsumi could tell that she meant her no harm. Without waiting for a response, she described the hand seals. "Pay attention, Natsumi, so I don't have to repeat this. The hand seals for this technique and the order in which they must be performed; Ox, Hare, Dragon, Serpent, Bird."
The words were fast, almost as if they were meant to confuse Natsumi, but she followed intently and ran over the hand seals slowly as she recalled them. Not seeing Fubuki's grin, she started to move them faster and faster. For the rest of five minutes, she practiced to move them as fast as Fubuki had. She looked up at Fubuki, and she recieved a joyful ruffle of the hair.
"Good job, Natsumi, but that isn't everything to it. You should know by know which way you have to form chakra for which seal, and that without the proper chakra being released correctly, the technique will not work. Now work with me as we work to release the chakra into the jutsu correctly."
[3/5 Tsubame Fubuki]
Natsumi and Fubuki stood adjacent to each other, facing the same direction, as Natsumi awaited Fubuki's directions.
"Ready?" Natsumi nodded intently. "Alright. One, Two, Three, Begin!" The pair flared off the hand seals simultaneously, hitting each one at the same time. Immediately following, the birds appeared above Fubuki's head and sped towards a pillar of ice. Natsumi's own creation was not as successful. There was a beginning of some possible bird forms, but they were mere crystals, about an inch long each, and they all just fell to the ground in front of Natsumi.
Feeling utterly disappointed, Natsumi looked to the pitiful mound of ice, as if looking for some moral support. An unexpected hand landed gently on her shoulder.
"Don't go beating yourself up about it, Natsumi. I know exactly why it didn't work properly, and it can be easily fixed. You focused too much on getting the hand seals perfect and performing them fast that you didn't use enough chakra. The first step is making it so you can perform the handseals as if it were second nature. So let's just drill on the hand seals without chakra, alright?"
Natsumi agreed, and for the rest of the long hour, the pair trained heavily on the hand seals.
[4/5 Tsubame Fubuki]
The hand seals were perfect and Natsumi could do it almost without thinking. Now came the difficult part. Using her limited chakra system to create this astonishing jutsu would be difficult, but if she wanted to advance her skills as a shinobi, she would have to stick it out.
"Now that you know the hand seals, we come to the more difficult part. There are a couple key points you need to have in mind when you use this jutsu. The first is your target, and it would be better said that you have to see your target. This was likely a reason your crystals of ice didn't fly. Second, you need to make sure the amount of chakra you use is precise and the same with each hand seal. Are you ready to try this again?"
Natsumi looked at Fubuki, knowing that completing this on the second try would be a good start on their training. She nodded silently, and formed the hand signs one time before actually applying chakra, moving them slowly.
"Alright, here I go." She focused her chakra and formed each seal incredibly fast and looked at the pillar that was already impaled with Fubuki's ice sparrows. At the last seal, she practically yelled.
"Tsubame FUBUKI!" At this, all the chakra she released at the end formed almost one hundred, fully formed birds above her head. Fubuki crossed her fingers with the hopes that these prepared birds woulf fly. For a second, her hopes sank as the sparrows seemed to fall, but they seemed to catch themselves. Instantaneously, the sparrows shot ahead at the pillar, each one drilling into practically the same spot each time.
"Great Natsumi!" Fubuki was ecstatic as she saw a crack begin to form on the pillar. It didn't fall off, but the crack was enough to make Fubuki happy. "You've got this jutsu down. We'll meet tomorrow to discuss the next one." [5/5 Tsubame Fubuki]
Natsumi felt that she had proved herself the previous day, and she couldn't wait for the day's new jutsu. She didn't know what to expect, but she knew that whatever it was, this jutsu would likely be incredibly useful. Anxious to begin her training, Natsumi pulled her cloak over her as she exited her room and headed off to where she had met Fubuki the previous day.
~~~~~
Fubuki was already waiting at the area, an incredible cliff behind her, as Natsumi walked towards her. Fubuki had suggested to her team mates, Kazahana Dotou and Rouga Nadare, to watch Natsumi and Fubuki's training that day. They were standing at the peak of the cliff, invisible to any unsuspecting eye as they wore their white clothes. Natsumi was close to Fubuki now, and she decided to speak about her current assignment for Natsumi to learn.
"Natsumi, I would like to first test you on what you learned the other day. To make sure you recall everything I taught you, I ask you to attack me with the jutsu you learned." Fubuki stood unmoving, awaiting Natsumi's action. Natsumi formed her hand seals quickly, as fast as Fubuki had, and released the correct amount of chakra, and the birds took form and sailed through the air towards Fubuki.
Just as quickly as Natsumi, Fubuki formed hand seals and slammed her hands down onto the frigid ice. In that very instant, a huge pillar of ice sprung up and all of the fast flying sparrows slammed into the unmoving block of ice, not able to maneuver in time to avoid hitting it. Natsumi was surprised, yet knew that she had just witnessed the technique Fubuki planned to teach her.
[1/6.5 Hyourou no Jutsu]
"Fubuki-sensei... What was that jutsu you just used? Is that what you plan on teaching me?" Natsumi knew the answer, but she asked the question anyways.
"Hyourou no Jutsu. And yes, that is what you are going to learn today. It's a very effective jutsu. Though you haven't seen it used in that form yet, it is a very offensive technique. In that sense, the pillars can trap enemies within them. It's fairly deadly, since one could leave their opponent in their until they suffocate or freeze to death. Whichever comes first. The form you just witnessed, however, was it being used to block attacks. In most cases, the pillar is just that, a pillar. It can't cover anything except in front of you. Now that that is covered, we'll move through the same process as yesterday, starting with the handseals."
Natsumi decided to test the one ability she had known for a while. Forming the Tiger seal, she activated her Byakugan.
"Allow me to train my eyes, Fubuki-sensei. This is my bloodline limit, and I should be able to identify your hand seals at top speed, so please form the hand seals as fast as possible." Natsumi was determined to learn as much as she could, and would make sure to do so.
Fubuki had not known of Natsumi's bloodline limit and looked to it enviously, knowing that not many existed, and practically none in Hidden Snow. "Alright." Fubuki smirked an inquisitive smile and ran the signs as fast as possible.
[2.5/6.5 Hyourou no Jutsu]
"Horse, Bird, Boar, Rat." Natsumi saw the signs as any Hyuuga would. Following this, Fubuki slammed her hands to the ground, making sure to not release any chakra, as Natsumi was well aware.
"List 'em." Fubuki almost seemed to demand them in an attempt to prove her bloodline limit wrong.
"Horse, Bird, Boar, Rat, followed by slamming your hands on the ground." Fubuki smiled as wide as she could without laughing. She was utterly impressed. Hyuuga Natsumi still showed promise. "Would you like me to form them just as fast? I practiced my hand seals all night, and I'm sure I can do this just as fast."
"Actually, no. I'd much rather continue to use your special eyes. If you could instead stand back a bit and watch the amount of chakra I release, that should make this training advance much faster." Natsumi agreed, and jumped back about 20 feet with all her might, her cloak fluttering with the movement.
[3.5/6.5 Hyourou no Jutsu]
Natsumi stared at Fubuki just as keen as before, possibly even more determinedly. The two spectators watched from above intently, amazingly impressed with Natsumi's bloodline limit. Working just as fast as before, Natsumi had to watch for the amount of chakra as well as how much chakra was released with each seal.
It made the matter quite difficult, but Natsumi knew she could replicate it. Fubuki's hands slammed on the ground, and Natsumi witnessed an amount of chakra that was extremely unexpected. Previously, each hand seal had utilized minimal chakra, each concentrated efficiently, but when Fubuki slammed her hands on the ground, she witnessed the strangest change in chakra. Fubuki had released a remarkable amount of chakra, possibly double the amount she had used among all of the hand seals put together.
Fubuki was well aware of the shock Natsumi was experiencing, but she was now shocked herself. She was worried as she saw pillars rising more and more, getting themselves closer and closer to Natsumi's position.
Did Natsumi not realize the danger she was in?
[4.5/6.5 Hyourou no Jutsu]
Natsumi's amazement at the amount of chakra had gotten her wondering about the jutsu enough to get her almost fully distracted. Why was the control over chakra lost at the end? Did Fubuki mean to do that? Natsumi's thoughts were disturbed by a yell of worry directed towards Natsumi.
"Natsumi! Get out of the way of the columns! You're going to get caught!" Natsumi snapped to attention and let out a cry of help as she jumped as high as she could, the pillar a hair length away from swallowing her into it's icy prison. The pillars continued to move towards the area that she was about to land on. Forming the five hand seals, she focused her chakra into her newly adopted jutsu.
Sparrows flew through the air towards the moving pillars. Natsumi fell at almost the exact same speed. Fubuki reacted by jumping from the ground to the height Natsumi had reached, grasping her and falling safely towards a landing away from the pillars. Over Fubuki's shoulder, Natsumi saw the birds of ice fly directly into the pillar, getting swallowed by the slowing ice.
With a thump, the pair landed and Fubuki began a rant on how Natsumi had been an idiot by endangering her own life, whether she was in any real danger or not.
Ignoring her words, Natsumi opened her mouth timidly to mutter her newfound knowledge. "The pillars... They move for as long as... Your chakra... carries them...." Looking up with her Byakugan, she exclaimed the last sentence louder. "I know why you used all of that chakra! It makes sense!"
[5.5/6.5 Hyourou No Jutsu]
"Of course it makes sense Natsumi! The more chakra you release when you slam your hands down, the further the pillars will travel. Is that why you were just standing there like an idiot?"
Natsumi couldn't help but nod. "But at least I figured out how to do it." Fubuki raised an eyebrow suspiciously towards Natsumi.
"You know how to do it? Alright then why don't you-" Fubuki was interrupted by the loud crash of one of the onlookers making their appearance.
"Show us how to do it?" Dotou finished off Fubuki's suggestion. "Why don't you use your technique against me. If you don't I'll kill you." Dotou said every syllable with complete intention of doing so. "Prove to me what this bloodline can really do."
Natsumi, not knowing that Fubuki knew this man, decided that, since he was obviously more powerful than her, that she had better do what he said.
"O... Okay...." She looked to Fubuki, and she returned an encouraging nod. "Alright. Then I'll prove to you that my bloodline limit is extremely powerful."
She formed the hand seals as fast as she could, while simultaneously releasing controlled amounts of chakra. As she formed the last seal, she released an incredible amount of chakra as she slammed her hands onto the ground. With just as much force as she had used to slam down on the ground, the pillars rose steadfast and sturdy, moving to capture the dangerous man.
She didn't see what happened net, but she felt the impact of another chakra source, this one much stronger. She didn't know what had happened, but she didn't want to know what was going to happen to her.
Fubuki tapped her shoulder to get her to stand up. "Natsumi. There's nothing to be afraid of. You did it."
Looking up hopefully, she saw about half of the pillars she had seen rise up in pieces, and the man still standing there, intimidating as ever.
"Natsumi, I am Dotou, a friend of Fubuki. She requested that I test you to make sure that you are capable of using your jutsu when your life is truly in danger. You are a powerful child, and I do so hope that you use your Byakugan wisely." Natsumi felt weird. She did not know how Dotou knew the name of her bloodline, nor what jutsu he had used to defeat her own jutsu, but she did know that she was ready to return to Konoha for now, to train her Byakugan and all other skills she could manage.
Fubuki spoke after Dotou. "I hope you can take what I've taught you and utilize it. For now, however, I think you need some rest. Why don't you return to Konoha from whence you came and come back to learn something more. Dotou, I know, is quite anxious to teach you. However, you are not quite powerful enough to handle it. I await your return soon."

As Sayuri looked around at the fellow passengers on the boat headed for the Hidden Village In The Snow. Realising she was the only one on board, she wasn't surprised. "If I don't die in a homicidal death, the cold'll finish me off" she thought as she pulled out a blanket from her backpack and wrapped it around her one-inch thick cloak. "Even with this woolen cloak, I can't feel anything below my neck!" she exclamied, tightening her grip of the blanket. Sayuri was, once again, wishing she had never left Konoha. "If only Neji hadn't been a total jerk and ordered me to learn two new techniques before he taught me some more bloodline jutsus...... I swear, if I live through this, the first thing I'm going to do it murder that moron!"

Looking at the clock on the wall, it read; 10:30. "Dammit, still got half an hour before we reach the Hidden Snow". As Sayuri wondered how she was going to survive through the harsh weather, she felt a black cat rub against her legs. "What the hell?..... Well anyway, at least I'm starting to feel my feet" Sayuri thought as the cat weaved in and out between her two legs. "There's a good kitty", Sayuri exclaimed as she bent down to pat the black cat. As she looked at it, she realised that it had been in one too many battles, as a scar across on its left side diabled it from seeing through its left side. There were also a few bloody wounds on its right thigh.

After examining the fresh, bloody wounds on the old, battle worn cat, Sayuri picked the poor thing up and placed it on her lap. After some more close examination, she found out that it was a male. Making up her mind to heal the old rascal, she placed her hands just above his tail and whispered, "Mythical Healing Hands" as the shining, green chakra worked it's magic on the old animal. Sayuri was quite surprised when the animal didn't react to her chakra. Most animals fled at the sight. This gave her the idea that this animal understood that she could heal his wound, or felt quite at home around chakra.

After the Mythical Healing Hands had done their work, Sayuri sat back and stroked the old cat across the neck. "Hope you feel better old, wise one", she joked in her mind. And to her surprise, the cat replied, "Thank you there young missy". "You talk" Sayuri exclaimed. "O' course I talk...... well, if ya count telepathy as talkin'", he joked. His harsh laugh made Sayuri's heart skip a beat. A telepathic cat...... How strange. "Would you mind telling me your name old one?" she asked the cat, feeling quite stupid. "The names Ryo," the cat replied. "Now tell me Ryo, how ever did you become telepathic?" "Aye..... Now that's a long story" "Well I'm not going to be going anywhere for a good half hour," Sayuri replied as she lay back on the seat.

Ryo bared his fangs, probably trying to smile. Giving up, her lay his head on his paws and started purring deep in his throat. The sound made Sayuri fell surprisingly warm. Realising Ryo wasn't going to start his story for quite some time, Sayuri thrusted her spare hand into her backpack and rummaged about. After finally finding what she was looking for, Sayuri drew out a chocolate bar. Gently pulling her hand out from under the old cat, Sayuri opened the wrapper and took a bite out of it's rich, creamy texture. As the chocolate melted in her mouth, she felt like she was back at the Main House, sitting on one of the elders' knees, listening to one of his stories. One of her favourites was the one about how he and a young Uchiha woman tricked a bunch of Sand ninja into falling for their ambush.
Destruction Dragon Firece Tiger 5/9
The story started when the elder and his comrades were summoned to the Kage's office. They were introduced to a pretty young women known as Uchiha Shuuko. She was an expert tactitionist that was going to help them slay a group of Sand ninja camping a few miles off the borders of Konoha. Using the Sharingan, she had created a very strong Genjutsu with another Uchiha and had hid by the side of a high cliff overlooking a meadow. The used this Genjutsu by creating an illusion that the cliff was just the same as it's flat landscape, also hiding the waiting Leaf ninja. As the sand ninja had come closer towards the disguised cliff, the Uchiha had dropped the illusion and before the poor Sand ninja knew what had happened, they had already passed on. It was then when they discovered that the group were just chuunin on their first mission. No wonder they had fallen for the trap layed by the two Uchiha.

The look on the elders face was sheer grief as he described just how young the group of Sand nin had been. They were disgusted with the Kazekage for placing such inexperianced shinobi so close to danger without a second thought. Before Sayuri could here more, the elder started coughing uncontrolably. A few Hyuuga Jounin had heard him and ushered Sayuri off of his lap as the picked him up and carried him to the hospital. The young elder had died a few days later. Sayuri had felt so horrible she had locked herself in her room for three days and three nights. The elder had almost been like a best friend to her, despite the age difference. She'd always confided to him about her deepest, darkest secrets, which were at that time; the picture of her mother and father on their first date.
Destruction Dragon Fierce Tiger 7/9
Her parents had looked so young and innocent in the photograph, it brought tears to her eyes. It was the elder who had carried her on her shoulders and listened to her weeping. The photograph was the most important thing to her back then, and it still was. After her mother had died, her father had seen to burning all of her belongings, anything with her name of memories in it. At one point, he almost threatened to burn the entire house down! He also burned every single photo of her, even the ones that had her back in the frame or even a whiff of her hair in the corner. That was why this photo was so precious to her.

As Sayuri was lost in her trip down memory lane, she heard a voice shouting at her, "We are now anchored in the Hidden Snow. Would all passengers please exit the vehicle. I repeat, would all passengers please exit the vehicle." But the voice was washed away by the tears that were now forming in Sayuri's white eyes. "Excuse me miss, would you pleas exit the vehicle, we're about to head back to the Hidden Leaf," said an elderly manas he placed an old, wrinkly hand on her shoulder. It was because of his presence that Sayuri didn't just burst into tears then and there, but one lone tear did escape and slid down her porcilin cheek. As she grabbed her backpack and hurried off the boat, she completely forgot about Ryo. As she truned around to look for him, she realised he had left quite some time ago.

As Sayuri left the dock, she stopped to gaze at the large gates that guarded the entrance to the Village Hidden In The Snow. The small town didn't really live up to it's name though. It was more of a village-town, and there was no way that this village-town was hidden in the snow, as it was the largest structure in sight for at least a good ten miles. What surprised Sayuri the most, was the architecture of this huge village. As Sayuri walked through the gates, she let out a sigh, ignoring how her breath appearded to be white. It had never snowed in Konoha. But here, here it was a different story......
Twin Black Dragon Blizzard 1/12
As she walked through the gates, the snow had stopped. Out side, there was a horrible blizzard going on, while here, it was a bright as day. The architecture did the whole village-town a heck-of-a-lot-a justice to the whole place, no, the whole country. The roof of the town was protected by a dome-shaped roof, that completely protected it from the harsh winds and snow fall. Not only that, but it appearded to be spring inside the large dome! There was lush, dewy-green grass covering the land, with an occasional flower popping up here and there. Infront of Sayuri lay the most beautiful carnation she had ever seen.
Twin Black Dragon Blizzard 2/12
As Sayuri gazed at the carnation, she began to wonder, "The snow........ is such a beautiful place....... Why is it that no one ever comes here though? Is there something..... Something horrible that tarnishes it's beauty?" As Sayuri thought about it, she remembered passing by a ramen store once, and this tall, blonde haired guy had said something like, "It's a shame people don't visit the snow. With such few visitors, the word of the villages beauty doesn't really spread. If only the world knew........ The village has got quite a few good jutsu's to offer as well........." "So that's it..... No one spreads the word about the snow's true beauty"
Twin Black Dragon Blizzard 3/12
As Sayuri finished gazing at the lush meadows, she turned towards the village itself. If not for the fact that the only thing protecting this beautiful place from a blizzard was a thick, snow dome, you would've mistaken the Hidden Snow for the Hidden Leaf. The only downside was the fact that there was barely anyone in sight. At first, Sayuri thought that everyone was inside their houses, but then she realised that there wa barely any people her at all. Their entire population was less that one fourth that of Konoha's!
Twin Black Dragon Blizzard 4/12
Infact, when you ignored the population difference, the Hidden Snow seemed to have been created to be almost the same as The Hidden Leaf. Sayuri realised that was probably because their country had been saved from the evil rule of Daimyo Kazahana Dotou but team Kakashi. It was also said that Naruto had become quite good friends with it's current ruler, Kazahana Koyuki. Compared to her uncle's rain, Koyuki had done wonders on the whole country. Sayuri smiled. "Isn't it amazing what people can do when they put their minds to it?" she said to no one in particular, which was why she was quite surprised when she got an answer.
Twin Black Dragon Blizzard 5/12
As Sayuri turned around to find her answerer, she was even more puzzled when all she saw was the open plains. "What the heck?" she wondered. "It's just me little one," replied the ruff, harsh voice. Looking down, she found herself staring at a cat. Not a normal cat though. A black cat. "Oh Ryo, it's just you," Sayuri replied happily. She was always looking for some more company. "What do you mean 'It's just me'?" he replied, sounding annoyed. "Oh sorry old one, now tell me, what ever became of you on the boat?"
Twin Black Dragon Blizzard 6/12
"Aye, the boat. I saw you looking at the plain white walls of the cabin, sighing. Seemed like you were going to burst into tears any minute. Decided it would be best to leave you alone to ponder on your thoughts," the old cat answered. There seemed to be a bit of wisdom in his words. "That was very thoughtful of you Ryo, but you could've atleast told me you were going, that way I wouldn't have looked for you," Sayuri replied, sounding a tad bit annoyed. "Tell me little one. If I had toldyou I would be heading off, would you have heard what I was saying? 'Cause it seemed to me that your were lost in thought," Ryo replied, doing the same deep purring he had done on the boat.
Twin Black Dragon Blizzard 7/12
Sayuri kept quiet. She knew the old cat was right, it just pained her to admit it and give in. As she sighed, the old geezer took that for a 'your right', and bared his fangs, trying to smile and laugh, only he suceeded in frightening the poor girl. "His fangs...... There so large. More like a tigers then a cats!" she exclaimed. "Something wrong there missy" Ryo replied, he appeared to want to be picked up, as he was clawing her leg. Ignoring the unusual feeling of the cats' claws against her pale skin, Sayuri answered his plee and picked him up. "Tell me old one, why is it your fangs are so big?"
Twin Black Dragon Blizzard 8/12
The old cat seemed to smile, this time not baring his fangs, much to Sayuri's pleasure. The silence between them widened to five minutes. The black feline seemed to be weighing her questions and the ways he could answer. It was only after twenty minutes went by and Sayuri's legs started to go numb did she realised that the cat had grown so bored of weighing her question that he had fallen into a deep slumber. Sighing, Sayuri carried her numb legs, her heavy backpack and the sleeping cat in her arms to the nearest bench she could find, which, thank the gods, wasn't that far away, or her legs would have given way, droping her and her precious cargo on to the ground.
Twin Black Dragon Blizzard 9/12
As Sayuri took a seat on the bench, she felt the weight being taken off her shoulders. Laying Ryo down beside her, she rummaged through her backpack. As she pulled out her hands, they were clasping a book titled 'Snow Wars, a written recount about the History of the Hidden Snow by Kazahana Koyuki'. Putting the book down, she once again placed Ryo on her lap and started flicking hrough the book, picking up where she had left off. All she could hear was the deep, nullifying sound of the black cat's purring and the words, racing infront of her eyes. She had always been a fast reader.
Twin Black Dragon Blizzard 10/12
After reading the novel for two minutes tops, Sayuri put it down and sighed. She'd much rather just sit there and enjoy the nature around her. WHich is just what she did. She lay her had back against the bench and stroked Ryo soflty on the back. She loved the way her hand just slid over his body. It feel as though she was being touched by and angel. "No," thought. "This feeling was much better." Sayuri began to think that she should get a cat of her own. After coming home after a hard days training, she'd feel so much better after stroking the gentle yet lethal feline just once.
Twin Black Dragon Blizzard 11/12
Still stroking Ryo, Sayuri closed her eyes. She could hear the howling of the wind as it crossed the lush, green meadows. It seemed frightening, yet somehow devine. Unlike the Leaf, there were barely any animals here, apart from the lone wolf howling in the distance, calling out to it's mate. There came no reply. Sighning, Sayuri gently left the sleeping Ryo on the bench and walked off. She was sick of this Village. Sick of it's silence and seemingly deserted streets. She longed to go home. And that was just what she was going to do. Ryo would have to wake up to a Village without Sayuri. She hoped he wouldn't feel too lonely.

Jason reached the village with Bone standing behind them. The warmth from their bodies were wetting the snow surface and that was making them absorb it and possibly freeze faster in the temperature that was always constant in Hidden Snow. Making the wood molecules vibrate a bit, Jason and Bone were able to heat up the body so that the wood wouldn't freeze on them. Continuing their walk through the mountain ranges to get to the castle that held the four ninja that he wished to train from since he heard they got new tricks.
