((She wasn't concentrating on the wall, if anything she was concentrating anywhere but the wall.))
"I don't suppose it does," Dorenel said, "but I don't really know what you should expect." He relaxed back into his chair.
Alexa kept looking around she felt that something was askew. She just couldn't tell what it was. As she continued to look she saw a stack of papers that looked out of place. She tried to recall what she remembered. Then it came to her and she blurted out almost without thinking, "Didn't you have a box there before." At the same time pointing at the stack of papers.
Dorenel didn't need to look at where Alexa was pointing to know what she would have been pointing at a week ago. "Yes," he said calmly then his expression darkened, "how much do you really want to know?" The question was mostly directed to Aidan.

It was early, yet Jigantro was fully awake. He didn't want to stay in his apartment so he strapped his sword to his back and hid it and himself under a cloak. He headed down the stairs and out the door. He had to go see a top mage for he wanted to checkto see if his version of the story was correct.
It had been a while since he had heard the name, but he remembers it so vividly, Doronel. He figured that if the mage was as good as people say, he could tell Jigantro was coming a mile away. But just to test the mage, he lowered his vampiric aura to where it couldn't be traced at all. It would also be beneficial to him if nobody sensed him as well.
With his cloak on, nobody could see any part of his body. He was entirely shrouded. To some, he looked like a vagabond, to others he looked like a freak. He had never been out this early and hadn't seen so many ugly people.

Yuuki looked down at her friend with shocked and wide eyes. No...that couldn't happen at a time like this! Her hands started to slightly shake. Closing her eyes for a moment, she tried to sense Destiny's aura, reaching to feel the familiar purple. She opened her eyes once more in shock. Two aura's were in place over Destiny, one light purple overshadowing Destiny's usual dark. No two people had the same aura, and it's impossible to have two. That means another personality has surfaced, from either a past life or a possession from the pages itself, Yuuki thought. I need to figure out who this is and see if I can get Dest back.
"My name's Yuuki, and you're in a city called New York in the United States of America. The year is 2008 ((I'm guessing its the current year... ><)). Who are you?"

Taking a deep breath she slowly sat up and looked around. "The year can not be 2008. My name is Trena and if memory serves me right this should be the day before my father and beloved wage the biggest campaign against the nightdemons." Looking at Yuuki she smiled slightly. "I do not remember alot, nor do I know you, but please tell me where me father and husband to be are." The thick Romanian accent still clung to Destiny's throat.

Looking at Dorenel who was now back in his chair Aidan shrugged. "If it means saving lives then what ever information you are willing to give me, I will gladly recieve."

Jigantro knew the way. He had been given directions prior and was going straight there. It wasn't too far from where he was, about ten minutes. He hurried along and was soon outside the mage's door. He pounded on it four times with his fist. He wondered if the mage actually knew he was here.

Yuuki's eyes narrowed slightly, a spirit from the past, that much was sure. The nightdemons... possibly an older word for the vampires. If her memory served her correct, then the last big campaign was at least a couple hundred years ago, but if she recalled, the human's forces were decimated and all killed.
"Trena, I am sorry to tell you, but this is far in the future from the time you lived in. I think your spirit has for some reason resurfaced into my friend Destiny. I need you to tell me the absolute last thing you remember, and what year you possibly lived and died."

Dorenel knew what was at the door if not who. He felt it was kind of ironic given what he was about to talk about. He kept the noise from entering the room so that he could continue without interruption or distraction, at least on the part of his guests. "Do you remember the history of the Night of Death," Dorenel assumed they had and continued, "That was the beginning of end of the vampire's reign of control. The hunters of the age fought the vampires on that night and managed to force the vampires back, though with many losses, into smaller areas. Thats usually when the histories leave off. The problem is if thing had continued the vampires would have crushed the hunters. This is what made the difference. In secret a kind of poison was created that would severely weaken the vampires. This poison was put into the water supply of the areas that the vampires were forced into. The poison remained dormant in a human but would eventually kill them. So in essence the the main assault was just to get the vampires into those areas so that when they fed they would ingest the poison. Many died because of that, quite a few because of the lingering poison. Far too many died to achieve the objective. The point of telling you that was that I have been gathering and protecting many plans that would have had a similar or worse effect on the world. I kept them in a box of seals and it is that box that was taken. When I told you that I didn't know what you should expect it was more a matter of too many possibilities rather than having no idea of what could happen."
Alexa listened intently to what Dorenel was saying as he got to the end she nearly let out a gasp. She had known that Dorenel collected what had come to be known among Dorenel's primary assistants as the doomsday files, but to have them stolen. She didn't want to think about it, but that was all that was on her mind. They had to be recovered. Where were they? Who has them? She wanted to ask but she didn't. Dorenel had said that he was already working on recovering them. She wasn't going to defy him on his judgment and what help could the hunters really give.
((Jigantro if you wait, Dorenel can talk to you when this conversation is over.))

Standing patiently outside of Destiny's office, Iana wondered if she had indeed made it to the right door. Maybe she really was lost. Knocking a second time she vaguely wondered if this delay was because something really was wrong. Dread began to rise in her throat, but yet she didn't want to give in. No she wanted to believe that she was simply overreacting and that her first few knocks weren't heard. Straining to hear any signs of life beyond the door, she found her attempts futile. This was the slayers headquarters after all. Why wouldn't the rooms be sound proof. Iana continued waiting, hoping that her knocking would soon be noticed, or else she would have to call Yuuki to see if she had maybe misunderstood the older witch earlier.

((If anyone can recall if I said anything about a year earlier. Please remember me what it was. I can not find it if I did.. But I would rather just stay on the same page.. so for now I am just going to guess.)) The bright blue eyes met with Yuuki's and were still full of questions. "My name is Trena. The last night I remember is in the year of 1476 (the year vlad the impaler died supposidly) and my father along with the king and his son who I was promised set out with an army to kill the demons of our land. We were to bee married the following spring." She jumped slightly at the forceful knock on the door.

Aidan was not impressed with the information and non to happay about it either. "So forgive my youthful ignorance, but why did you not destroy these findings of ideas that could lead to the distruction of human kind?"

Alexa already knew the answer to Aidan's question so she went over and leaned against a nearby table.
"Youthful ignorance would have to be an understatement if you do not see the most obvious reason," Dorenel said, "all that I kept were protected in one of two ways. They were either protected from destruction, or they were connected to a dark creature that would be summoned if it was destroyed. Since it would be extremely tiring and possibly life threatening to fight one of the creatures that could be summoned, I protected them. I destroyed all that I could, but as a rule the more dangerous they are the more protected they are. I'll give you an example, the plan for the Night of Death is still in my possession it is on the top shelf of that bookcase," on the word 'that' Dorenel extended his hand toward the bookcase in question on the top few shelves were scrolls, "Along with it are part of the other things its author wrote. Now watch." Dorenel created a flame in his outstretched hand. The flame then started to drift toward the scrolls. When it reached them it spread over the scrolls. The fire grew in intensity. It was soon white hot and the bookcase was already burning. You could still see the scrolls under the flame. The heat reached them and would feel like you were standing too close to a large campfire. Dorenel let the fire burn on for a second or two before he used his power to put it out. He had been protecting the lower parts of the bookcase but the top was completely charred. The scrolls looked untouched.
