Raubahn snickered a little bit"nice entrance.." the Anzan stated staring down at the masterr and kage duel to the death...maybe he should help for just a little bit...no....he didnt know the extent of the masters power...if he did...the war cursed Anzan would surely dance the waltz of battle yet again.Meanwhile....as the last member of the paniced civilian herd headed to the mountains passed the two ANBU stared down the street upon the scene soon both blurring from existence and reappearing on the tops of the roofs..both ANBU would watch the tumult and assess it...who knows..maybe they too will get to dance in this circus ring.

As the crowd paniced and fleed Shikaree wathced from an adjacent alley to the scene...should he stay or should he run?Should he go to the mountains or help his clan head to victory?No...he must run and survive! To fight in this fight would surely mean his own death...he stared up to his cousin on a nearby rooftop..."Shisui...dont...die"Shikaree whispered barely autibley as he ran off with the herd of villagers towards the mountains of oto in the distance

(( meh...have a good fight every one xD xD ))

Kurina looked from her place, it was serious, as much as she wanted to watch, she hah to run, to where the two Anbu said to.
....owwww, to hell with this... she cursed inside and ran outside, following the villagers to mount oto. she glanced back and saw the glaring man again, she gulped and got nervous.
oh no....not him again.... seeing him, gave her more reasons to run to the mountain .

she ran as fast as she could, leaving the fighting masters with each other.

Raine held tight around the sheath, his muscles hardening like rock as they went. A great weight was growing inside his gut. The small boy gazed back with his light blue eyes, the vanishing streets as they pushed forward, through with the crowd. Dash quickly taking the lead, to avoid chaos, he watching the bobbing heads filled with fright and effort as they ran. Tears bled down their cheeks as they went and their feet seemed to hold to the streets as if they never wanted to lift again. Soon enough there was only the thick, pressed dirt of the path. Leading up through to the mountains and far off in the distance lay the land of fire.

Raine let his head hang, even after 2 years of training, after becoming a genin, he still did nothing but run, he did nothing but hang on the back of a jounin who was working hard to lead a mass of people. Extra weight was all the boy felt he was.

Pi pulled his head out of the pocket, confused and disoriented with the movement, he couldn't comprehend the agony and dishonor that his friend was barring at the moment. Only that he could hear each painful breath, each stone like muscle, and through this denseness there was barely a heartbeat to be heard within the boy.

Dash broke into the trees of the outskirts of Oto, and came to the mountain path leading up to higher ground. Without the ancient passages, the village had no where to go in an emergency, and had therefore not made a plan. He stood before a mass of terror and confusion that moved and breathed as a mass of chaos as it went. Lukily there was one great quilay of humainty and that was to follow, so he lead.

The tiger was ready to respond, when the distant sound of the notes of a fife reached his sensitive ears. He immediately recognized the song as his mistress' - a summons, now of all times? What was going on? He was not certain anymore, it was...and with this whole evacuation business. He turned his great head towards the direction of the sound...from where the Kage's office was. Ah, so the people will have a brief gathering...at least the able-bodied, because the Jounin had already begun transporting the weak, the elderly, and the young because of the word the ANBU had so swiftly spread.

The tiger fixated large blue eyes upon the boy, and solemnly looked over his shoulder and towards his great back. A clear gesture from Kuro for the boy to get on: the fragile child who was not capable of running so. He looked to Rosie too, then lowering his great body to the ground, waited for her, and said: "And you too. It is not a problem for me to carry you both...we shall head to the Kage's building."

She took the flute from her lips, and replaced it in her robes.

Kuro will come.

There was no need to keep waiting.

She closed her eyes then, and felt for the largest chakra signature in the vicinity... Where was Kasuke? But she was only to be surprised when she felt not one, nor the second certainly to be accompanying - Raubhan's - there was three...four...five...no, six. A frown passed over her lips as she concentrated. Yokou-sama taught her to search for people by their chakra signatures...but without abilities like the Hyuuga, such chakra echolocation was vague, or blurry at best.

There.

...

The gates closest to the mount! What happened?

A soft 'tch!' left her lips, but she did not use the seal for the Shunshin. Speed was not a problem, firstly not for a Sennin and...Yokou-sama had definitely made certain to be exceptionally brutal during medical training (one would learn to dodge, too, had the risk been permanent damage to the chakra system and to the organs of the body as well). And...she had a duty to keep, and cannot afford to waste even the slightest bit of chakra.

...

She would arrive shortly after Kasuke, and crouched with her arm swept before in the traditional position before her breast. Yuumei noted with slight interest that she was certainly not late - but when she noticed that face, this time, she was not able to veil the surprise that flickered across her face. Memories from the past, and people, suddenly became as painfully real as the deja vu of meeting Yokou Hyuuga once again back in Iwa. Only this time...she surveyed Nakamura, the wolves, and when her eyes fell upon the Masters...

Ah.

And in that moment, everything clicked, falling in place like the pieces of a puzzle.

Rosie felt the great beast comfort the boy, no longer a doubt in her mind that this was her Akeru, wether he knew it or not.

"There is danger here."

Rosie looked up at the sky. She could feel that panic and fear that leaked in a plentyful bounty from the retreating citizans. This had not been the first time, nor even the second, Rosie had had to wait out a war. This time she knew better, she knew to get as far away as she could from the place where all the death would take place. Never again would she suffer herself to the feelings of life being snuffed out around her one by one.

Rosie looked down from the sky, her black eyes landing on the pair before her.

"We have to leave." Rosie reached into her pocket feeling for the purple fabric that was normaly wraped around her eyes. Tieing it gently her arms fell to her side. She would stay with Akeru. At least until her mind could no longer handle the shock. But she would much prefer to leave given the choice.
PostPosted: Sat Dec 05, 2009 8:12 pm

The tiger's icy eyes narrowed.

"Yuumei called." He said with a low growl.

But then, the great cat looked to the children, and sighed. Kuro knew very well...even if something had gone greatly wrong, his mistress will not use the fife again to cancel the summons: certainly not in front of the enemy, perhaps alerting to certain people they try to protect. And it was simply unacceptable...there was no way he could leave the children's side.

He reconsidered carefully, taking into account Rosie's words. "Perhaps it is indeed best if we do not go there...too many suspiciously strong chakras are present at the moment in the village." And then he made the offer again, once Akeru had climbed onto the tiger's huge back, and securedly wrapped his arms around Kuro's neck. "Come. The mountain pass is harsh." The tiger once again made what he wished clear: the children running side-long would only hinder quickly leaving the village.

And Kuro once more waited for Rosie to mount, before he would take the children from the village.

Rosie felt for the great beast. The she griped the fur softly in her hand as she found Kuro's flank. With a nimble jump for one without sight Rosie made her way onto the tiger, her arms wraping around the boy in fron of her. Her Akeru.

Doing this reminded her of the last time the village was under attack. They had been taking resedance in a hallow tree, it was very tight at their hidding spot. They had been positioned much as they were now, only instead to the feeling of fur there had been the harshness of wood.

"I do not wish to be a problem." Rosie spoke softly into Akeru's back.

Without a second thought however Rosie made herself ready for what she was sure to be a swift yet long and uncomfertable ride. For no matter how Kuro walked her body would heave in a way that made Rosie quessy. It was like swinging to her. She like the familiarty of the ground, anything but was just bothersome.

"Better now the never." Rosie said tightening her grip.

Kage glanced around the area for a long time. It was emptying out making a combat of this magnitude much safer but also far more disadvantages for them. With the streets crowded, the woman before them who was here on a mission of peace probably wouldn’t be so up on using massive jutsu where as Star and Rain probably wouldn’t care one way or the other.

Scanning the area even more, he noticed another force arriving before it made itself known. He glanced to the building top and knew they were outmatched. Star was a puppet master… she’d need time to get out her scroll to summon the force she needed for this kinda fight. Without setting up massive shielding jutsu, Star wouldn’t have the time, nor would she have the patience. She wasn’t here to actually fight, she was just here to cause a bit of mischief. Kage knew her well knew to know that this fight was beyond what she felt like at the moment.

Kage moved over toward’s Star and looked her in the eye’s. She could read his expressions through that. It was a testament to her skill as a craftsman as to how well his facial structures worked. His face was the most expressive of all the puppets she’d ever made, the most lifelike so it was just absolutely hilarious that he kept it hidden almost all the time.

Star felt the twinge of more people coming closer. She cursed under her breath and glanced over to where the voice of the Kage of this village came from. She scuffed a little to herself, even spat to the ground in annoyance. She wanted a bit of fun but not with this much. It’d cause to much trouble and be so much of a hassle to get out of here successfully. She would hear the sound of metal cutting into wood as the Shuriken tossed by the woman struck home but [and forgive this auto] she wouldn’t let the fight continue on in such a manor.

With a quick tug of her hand, Rain would be yanked from the path of the dragon and pulled into Star’s arms.

“Oh baby! I was so worried about you.” Tears began to roll down the woman’s face. Crock tears but still. She stroked and petted Rain over and over again as a mother would a child.

Kage turned from the spectacle and looked to the woman that Rain had threatened. He looked her over for a bit… she looked familiar but… oh well, whatever. He bowed to her, “Her child is a bit… overzealous. We mean no ill will and will leave you in peace if you do the same with us.” He spoke true enough, he wouldn’t bother them so long as they didn’t bother him. Although… he couldn’t speak 100% sure for Star or Rain.

His eye’s glanced down to Mistress as this sham went on. Her arms were crossed in front of her, annoyed by how Rain had acted and all the hassle it had caused. Whether she had wanted to or not, if Rain had started a full on battle, Star would have dragged Mistress in as well. This, in itself wouldn’t have been to bad but their bodies simply weren’t built for full on combat. Small time stuff, sure but a full Kage battle… no chance. This made Mistress yern for her old body again. If she had it, she would show all of them just what true power was.

((You'll repay me Carlos... twisted I'll be sure of that.))
*Roll for Spot = 14 + 110 = 124 DC*

Nakamura watched in silence as her jutsu seemed to miss it's target, but not by any normal means. The woman was pulled away from it. From behind her, she heard the man's welcome, and figured that the cavalry had arrived. Shifting her hands, the ice dragon seemed to burst into thousands of tiny snowflakes. She wasn't there to cause Oto's destruction... at least this was the case if they didn't try anything funny.

"You're late... and it seems that the situation is much worse than I had originally thought." she stated, bemused that this woman actually believed she could escape that easily from her. "Zenjin! After her! Someone's pulling the strings..." Nakamura began, but she was quickly taken from her thoughts when the voice came out from the forest. She took note of the bow that was being sent her way from a male, and what followed disturbed her greatly.

Zenjin immediatly followed orders, his white fur streaked through the impeding snow that came from the dismissal of Nakamura's jutsu. What he came upon, was different than what he was expecting, and quickly informed Nakamura of the situation at hand. Rain... was no longer herself... but a puppet. The shuriken still imbedded in the puppet's face, Zenjin's hackels raised as he became ready for battle.

Nakamura's eyes hid her suprise, her mouth parting for just a moment to let a single word slip out. However, it wasn't audible to those without enhanced hearing.

Regaining her composure, Nakamura thought to speak on behalf of these people. "Surrender the Puppet. If you do not comply, you will leave me with no choice but to take it by force, as well as to execute the puppeteer ." Nakamura commanded, wondering just where Amadeus was at a time like this.

[And now, for the random times]

The air was pretty tense. There was a bit more going on than people truely realized. Of course, there weren't to many 'people' around to notice things now were there. However, there was plenty of silence after the demand that Nakamura had just made. Demand/threat is better said but still. There wouldn't be a sound heard for a long moment as Star sat there still stroking Rain's head. Her strokes would go slower and slower till finally they stopped.

The popping sound of her removing the shuirken filled the air. Rain's eye's would shift to look to Star's face and she would see the same kind of twisted smile that Rain often had. This cause Rain to smile as well. "Mommy is happy isn't she?"

Star looked down to Rain for a moment then closed her eyes. Letting go of Rain, Star would begin to stand and spin around to look to the woman but she wasn't allowed to. Or rather, she couldn't help but divert her attention.

"Oooo... Intense..." This would come from a person that had almost appeared right behind Nakamura and her wolfs. It was a man with a naturally darker skin tone, closer to tan but still darker yet. He wore nothing above the waist but a scarf and a set of earphones that rested on the scarf. His pants were a bit baggy and arabian in design. He leaned forward a bit and looked back and forward between everyone present and smiled a bit. "Oh..... Opps. How do you do!" he spoke...but didn't go past that. No real manors actually.

He looked up to the rooftop and saw the Kage and a few of his men of this village. He waved very care-free to the man and smiled, "Yo!"

All villagers were suppose to be in the Mountains by now but this guy was just sitting on the sidelines like it was perfectly normal. Even had the audacity to try and pet one of the wolfs mumbling something like "Ohh, pretty apparition doggy."

Kasuke glared down on the scene below, now surrounded by people, their chakras pulsing with his own as it diffused through the air. He had no clue who have of these people were or what the hell they were doing in his village, at they had thoroughly ticked him off. His finger twitched at his side, the small latch of his pocket opening with a tiny click. He pulled one for each enemy he saw, including one for the newcomer who was now waving at the Otokage. Nothing like a warning knife.... even though Nakamura had already made her warning throw Kasuke wanted to make his own point that all below including Nakamura were not welcome in his village.

"Yuumei, I don't want a fight to death, I just want to get these people out of my village, and my villagers back in their homes." He stood still the small knives between his fingers waiting for answers and an attack of opportunity, not to mention he needed to coordinate with his own shinobi. Shif and shisui would be better off in the mountains than in a battle of such power.
PostPosted: Thu Dec 10, 2009 5:53 pm

She couldn't help more agree with Kasuke's words. "Not to mention, that person..." Added Yuumei, her arms crossed, giving an annoyed look over in the newcomer's way.

Oh, she remembered that person all right - especially that mad "historical" play of his mere weeks ago in that Eki Ate festival. Which Akeru somehow ended up getting involved in. A sigh left her lips, and she addressed Marcus: "Good afternoon, Mr. Tsuchikage. Not that you troubled to address us a fore-notice that you will grace Oto will your presence, but, as you can see, we are unfortunately currently of no position to accept your gracious visit."

Yuumei briefly wondered if that man was of the right mind, and notice that Shif and the others were trying to escort as many civilians away from the area as quickly possible...two Go-ryu Masters in one area was never good news. She hesitated, wondering if she should give her mentor away, but decided against betraying the fact that poor Shikamori was currently desperately trying to fill in the absent roles of his Sensei and teammate in the upcoming concluding ceremonies to the Chuunin Exam, as the two in question...have certain financial troubles to answer to at home. But of course, with members of Hyuuga around, even if Yokou had aided in the crafting of those particular Kage Bunshins...something just was bound to happen.

Though, who knows? This may be to Oto's advantage, if the puppets capture Taida Marcus' attention. Particularly the feisty, rather mean one who was ranting about a kitty - and something about a boy stealing the said kitty - the Go-ryu Master of Earth whom she heard rumors of taking out half of Iwa...

[[Sorry for not finishing the master puppets profiles but the stats needed for the stuff below are gonna stay the same anyway soooooo]

Marcus grinned at the girl and waved to her a bit. "Ohhh, I'm remembered. I like that! Hi...ummm... wow... no clue who you are but that's entirely my fault I'm sure. We'll exchange numbers later and talk ya know?" he laughed a bit and then looked over to the Otokage.

He seemed in a less than sour mood. Marcus hated all this up tight crap. So what if another Kage had showed up in his village... two techiqually but still. They weren't here to cause any trouble... then again, the chick everyone seemed to not like was a different story. Marcus grined up to the Otokage and gave the peace sign then turned back to Star.

Star looked around for a moment... taking slow, even breaths as she did so. She was assessing the situation. None of this looked to be in her favor at all and the new guy... he was random so he was a wild card. Would he stay out of the fight or jump in kunai's flashing as they say. She was getting a bit unease by this... but don't associate that with her loosing her nerve. On the contrary, this was pissing her off and marking each and every one of these ******** on her list of people who had to die.

She would glance over her shoulder at Kage, "What do you think baby... would any of them make cute puppets?"

Kage stood slowly and took an exasperated breath. Which was more so for show considering he hadn't needed to breath one single breath since Star placed him in this body. He turned to her slowly and looked at her out the corner of his eye, "Don't toy with the fates girl..."

Star smiled to her lover and then back to the people in front of her. She began to raise a hand to her forehead, "Bother... I really can't be troubled with you, my future children. But we'll play again real soon ok?"

Star's eye's would glint a bit as she looked to them. Soon she'd shot her hands down to her sides. Only those who could see chakra would see the strings fire out from her body to Mistress.

Mistress eye's would flash a slight bit showing the connection was made and chakra was now being fed to her. Looking up to the people in front of her, she scanned the area quickly. Soon her hands began to move quickly, far more quickly than a puppets hands should be able to move. Rapid movements that were on par with a Kage would blur in front of the people and soon the area began to be filled with a deep mist.

Sight was lost to those who relied on it but Mistress had a strong bet that those mutts of the girls wouldn't be basing their tracking souly on sight. If they did, they were probably some of the worst dogs in existence. But for that, she had another trick up her sleeves.

Her hands moved again quickly into another set of handseals and soon the ground would begin to rumble. Being that this would be harder to see thanks to the mist, many wouldn't probably catch it in time but a huge torrant of water came rushing into the area from behind the weird man meaning it was behind Naka as well.

It was now Kage's turn to add to this plan. However, his addition was a matter of subtraction. The subtraction of these entities from the area before anyone could counter.

Moving over to Star, Kage' latched an around around her waist. Rain would leap onto the shoulders of Kage and Mistress would be pulled into Star's arms after her second attack was underway.

"Hold On..." and with that, Kage and all those in tow would vanish from sight thanks to Kage's Body Flicker.

Star's CP: 864 - 2[Puppet Technique] - 10 [Mistress' Mist attack] - 130 [Mistress' Water attack]=722 CP
Star's Turn
Kugutsu no Jutsu (Puppet Technique)
Just like a marionette, the user controls a puppet using strings of chakra from his fingers. This skill is often prepared in coordination with Kawarimi no Jutsu (Change of Body Technique), so the user can quickly replace their body with the puppet when they feel the need to activate it. Another useful quality of this skill is the fact that the puppet can take the form of another person, object, or, more commonly, the form of the user. Puppets are fitted with various hidden devices, most commonly extendable blades, various projectile launchers, and poison, both in gaseous form and liquid coating their weapons. This technique can also be adapted to control humans as if they were puppets, or another puppeteer's puppets.
Cp cost: 2 cp per round the puppets are used.
Damage: Depends on puppet power.
Requirements: Puppet users only, Chakra Control 5, Perform Puppet Play 1.
Training: 2 days
Special: Must master this jutsu before attempting to fight with puppets.

Mistress' Turn
Kiri Gakure no Jutsu (Hiding Mist Technique)
This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, causing anyone within it to lose the advantage of sight.
Cp cost: 10 + 1 per minute the jutsu is mantained.
Damage: N/A
Requirements: Chuunin or higher; Water Affinity; Kirigakure only
Training days: 10 days.
Ninjutsu DC: 10* + 35{half attacker's level} + 45{attacker's chakra modifier} + 108{2 per 10 ranks in the attacker's Ninjutsu skill}= 198

Suiton: Bakusui Shoha (Water Release: Exploding Water Shockwave)
One can literally create water out of nothing. Kisame was able to cover a significant portion of desert while engaging Gai and his subordinates.
Cp cost: 130 CP
Damage: N/A
Requirements: Water affinity. Chakra 80+
Training days: 20 days.
Special: Creates a body of water in which to use other water jutsu. Also can make opponent lose footing. Footing dictated by a Balance check vs attacker's Ninjutsu DC
Ninjutsu DC: 20* + 35{half attacker's level} + 45{attacker's chakra modifier} + 108{2 per 10 ranks in the attacker's Ninjutsu skill}= 208

Kage's turn
Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.
Cp cost: 1 per ft
Damage: N/A
Requirements: Dexterity 20+
Training days: 3 days.
Special: When rolling initiation checks or racing, or anything that involves speed, add chk mod to the dice roll.

[not sure how escaping works though... I know mine would be cut in half since Kage's carrying a person and two doll sized puppets but still... anyone know?]
