((yay! Anne is liking Niah already...^_^ Is she coming to Home Ec?))
The class went by too fast for Anne. She could never get enough of that teacher. Not that she would show anyone she cared, mind you, crushes on teachers are for stupid, nerdy girls who couldn't attract boys, not for sophisticated young women like herself.
Leaving the class slowly, she checked the hallways to locate the gangs. As usual, way too many goths and way too many nerds. With a smile, she glanced at the poster announcing auditions to aspiring cheerleaders would be held that afternoon. She was, of course, already on the group, and on the juri, together with Star.
Suddenly, someone caught her eye. It was a black-haired girl, well-dressed, obviously wealthy, accompanied by a man in uniform who was carrying some bags.
"Finally, someone with style!" The girl uttered, and started walking decisively towards the newcomer.
"Hello there, my name is Anne. And you are?"
((eh eh...so, let me check: Diah is with Vince, and now Anne is meeting Niah...so, it will be a double-clash when the four stumble upon each other! twisted ))

When Nia comes across someone who isn't dressed like death warmed over or like something puked out geeks-r-us, she smiles with a sigh a relief. Lifting her glasses and setting them on her head, she tilts her head letting her silky black hair fall becomingly over her shoulder. "Alannia Pendleton. Fortunately, you can call me Nia. I was starting to worry that this school wasn't up to snuff. All I've seen are , Goths, punks and geeks. Oh my." Chuckling at her own wit, she tosses her hair back over her shoulder, "So Anne, I'm hoping you know this school fairly well. Because where can I find..." Lifting her hand again, she snaps her fingers; her Chauffeur quickly shift her bags, produces a cream coloured folded piece of paper and sets it in her upturned hand, "...((will edit when Star gives me a room... hopefully ^_^;; ))?" she asks after taking her eyes off Anne for the moment it took to read what was on the paper.

((seeing as there are 2 rooms with vacancies, both on the A wing, I'll assume it's over there))
"Sure! Going left from the end of this alway, it's on the first corridor to your right." She smiled, finally someone interesting had arrived "The school is turning into some kind of Zoo lately...it's a pity, really" Shaking her head slightly, Anne sighed "Anyways, are you heading for your room or to class? Or somewhere else entirely?"

Nia's smile broadens, "haven't given it much thought actually..." Turning to her chauffeur she slips the paper into his breast pocket and taps his arm. He responds by lowering the other bag and lifting his sleeve to reveal a stylish broad leather banded watch and a hint of his tanned muscled forearm. "Hmm, looks like I missed two classes already, oh well. Might as well put my things away and then go to class. It was only Biology and Cosmo anyway." She says with a slight laugh and shrug of a shoulder. "Home-econ will probably be just as boring as ever too..." School... how droll...

As Lily left the classroom, she began to get nervous while walking down the halls. THere were many people dressed in so much black and with so much makeup, you'd think this was either a freaky funeral or a vampire's lair. "Let's see...what class is next again?" she asks herself, as she tries to take out a copy of her schedule. Unfortunately, she was carrying so much that she tripped, and the paper flew out of her hand. To her horror, it lay between to preppy-looking girls.

((just a note, maybe you should go to class for now, seeing as you still don't have a room... wink ))
"Home-Econ is my next class too." Anne smiled at the girls' remark, and nodded in agreement "Yes, it's so awful that we must loose our time in this boring, good-for-nothing classes, when there's a whole world of adventure out there..." Suddenly, a paper flew in between the girls. Anne stared at it quizzically, and finally caught it between two extended fingers. "A schedule? Where did this come from?"

One of them had caught it. Lily knew to be very careful around the "popular" people, because they could kill a reputataion in about five seconds in one rumor. She ran up to them, making sure not to get in their personal space. "Sorry about that; the schedule is mine." she said, feeling a tad nervous around them. A couple of the other geeks gave her a "good luck; you're gonna need it" sympathic look.

Taking in her simple clothing and the things bundled in her arms, part of Nia wanted to put the girl out of her misery and give her a makeover. The other wanted to help her find the nearest closet with a lock and key. Fortunately for Lily, the former half was over-ruling the latter. "well well, look what the cat dragged in... you know that colour does nothing for your complexion."

Walking out of the classroom Mark saw the scene play before him with the two popular girls with intrest. Things like this didn't happen every day after all, but the third girl looked so timid for some reason. Sighing he leaned against the wall outside the door, crossing his arms as he did so. He decided to watch how this would turn out, he had time to waste anyway.

Lily let out an inner sigh; great, just what she needed, clothing insults. It took a lot of patientce for her not to retort back. Although she had more copies of the schedule, the last thing she needed was for them to have a copy. Who knows what they'd do. It took her a minute to find words; she couldn't sound rude, nor could she beg. It'd be pathetic, and this was turning into a lose-lose situation real fast.
"I'm not big on color coordination; I usually save that for events other than school." she answered; she really just wanted her paper back.

Anne gave the girl a hard look, from up to bottom and back ((sorry, I know there is a phrase to say this, I just can't remember it... sweatdrop )). She pitied the girl for her obvious bad taste, but more than that, she despised her nervousness and hesitation."Come on, is this a girl or a rat?"
"So, this is yours, is it?" Holding the paper on the tips of her fingers, touching it the least possible, she kept staring at the scared girl.

She felt very much as if she were in a X-ray room, or something of that nature. She didn't know why she was scared of them exactly, and she remembered her brother's insults from yesterday. Sighing, she looked right into hte girl's eyes, and nodded. "Yes, that schedule belongs to me."
((I know what you mean, but I can't remember it either. xd ))

Star walked out of her gym class, still smelling like cotton candy from her body spray. She walked down the hallway, messenger bag slung over her shoulder. A few nerds stared at her going by, and she just ignored them. ocks waved and she smiled back. Star made it over to Anne and some newer girl, and smiled once again. "Heya Anne." Star looked over to the girl who had tried to stop her from beating the crap out of Chris, and gave her a nasty look. "You're not actually hanging around her, are you?"

An almost serene smile curves Nia's lips. Giving the girl a thorough once over, Nia tilts her head and arches an eyebrow and replies, "obviously..." Shaking her head ever so slightly, she chuckles. Tapping her Chauffeur on the arm, she motions with her hand. On the silent order, he takes the paper from Anne, walks over to Lily and holds out the paper while slightly obstructing Nia's view of Lily. When Star comes to join them, Nia looks over at her. Ah, finally... the numbers are evening out. there is order back in this little world
