Jake reached the gym but heard the sound of a basketball hitting the wooden floor. Slowing in his walk, he crept up to an open door and watched Liriale shooting a few hoops. A grin tugged at the corner of his lips but he held it back as he stepped forward into the building finding that everything had been cleaned.

(( I am so sorry! )) (( I was on a vacation at Tennesse for the weekend. ))
Chyna left the class room and headed down the stairs to lunch. The water incident left her speechless. She walked through the doors that led outside and stopped by various stands to pick up her meal. She couldn't wait to finally start her elective class. After yesterday, she had to wait a bit before it was possible to attend Mythical Creatures. She sat down on a bench and picked at her food, thinking about her new class and things to that effect. She sighed and her head lolled to the back of her neck as she closed her eyes. Her hair partially covered her face and she took in the outdoor air.

Liriale bounced the ball on the floor and listened to its sound echo in the large room. Bending her knees, taking aim and shooting the ball which was accompanied by a ‘Yes!’ as she made another basket. Eight out of ten, not bad for someone who hasn’t played in over four years. Retrieving the basketball, Liriale sensed that she was not alone anymore. Picking up the run away ball, she looked around and spotted Jake entering the gym. “Ah, man of the hour.” Liriale commented then tossed the basketball in his direction before adding, “How does your wound feel?”((Welcome back : ) Hope you had a nice time in Tennessee))

((Sorry internet was down for the weekend. I could only get on for a few minutes at my friends house.)) Akira laid down on her bed and looked up at the ceiling. "I wonder how Jake is doing." She mused. It had been a couple hours since she had seen him. She thought back to seeing him strung out on the bed after the accident and winced. Akira was still confused as to why she took to him so quickly. Normally she doesn't click with someone the way she did with him. Akira leaned back down and silently wondered. Does he feel it too?

Amaya...Amaya was outside, by herself for that was all she really could do. The only people she knew in the school were her students and the headmaster. She stood in the shade of a large tree, she shadows dancing as the wind blew threw the trees. She was doing tai-chi, focusing on the silence around her. Even though she was used to the silence and the fact she was always alone, Amaya was still lonely. She was human after all, and even anti-social people needed company once and a while. But instead of seeking out people like a normal person would, she continued in her solitude and began to take her mind off the world by doing some relaxing tai-chi. ...Rayvan of the Shadows

The bell rang, indicating that students and teachers depart to their second-period classes. Following the bell was this message in the Headmaster's voice, though the voice was dull and low.
"For the students unsure of where to go for second period, there are signs posted throughout the school with classes and their respective rooms and teachers. Feel free to explore around, as second session classes will not be permanent until Monday." The announcement ended without anything more.

Amaya...Amaya was certain that no one would show up for the ninjutsu elective class, but just in the rare case that someone did she posted a note on the doors of the training room and her classroom that said 'ninjutsu, outside...'. Her tai-chi had calmed her down significantly, but there was still that dull ache that she could not answer for. It was in the depth of her chest and was quite painful, but then again, when wasn't her life painful. She knew that she could not safely meditate anymore, and it was bothering her. 'maybe I should talk to the headmaster,' she thought to herself, but decided against it since she didn't really know what he would say if he knew about her past and her curse. ...Rayvan of the Shadows

Jin slowly made his way outside and took a seat on the small hill overlooking the school. He quickly ate in silence, watching the other students do their thing. He was never really up for anything but his training. He wanted to pass the test. It was all that was on his mind. His determination was great, and his dedication was strong. But few thought that he was spending too much time training. That he needed to go out and enjoy some time with people. It was a good idea, but who were his people and who really talked to him? Who could he hang out? Thus, he trained.
Sitting crosslegged on the hill, he rested his hands on his lap and began to concentrate. Slowly, he levitated off the ground about a foot and held it steady for as long as he could. It helped him work on the stress he got doing his techniques. The more he held it, the longer he could do it the next time he tried it. So far, on the weekends, he had managed to float one foot of the ground for almost a full day. It wasn't a drain technique, unlike his other moves. It just helped with the stress and helped him increase his power slightly.
Sadly, after about 10 minutes, the bell rang, and the announcement was heard. Sighing, Jin floated to the ground and stood, picking up his backpack. He walked down the hill and made his way to the back entrance of the gym from the outside. He opened the door and entered, seeing Jake and Liriale. He merely leaned against the wall and closed his eyes while he waited for the second bell to state the start of the class.

Jake answered as he went to the rack and picked up a basketball of his own. From there he shifted his footing slightly and tossed the ball into the air and made the basket easily from his slightly-farther-than-the-three-point-line position. "You're pretty good...reminds me of this one chick I knew when I was coming to school here."

Liriale dribbled her basketball as she watched Jake toss his and score. “I see, seems you are recovering well or you wouldn’t have tossed that basketball very easily.” She then took her place at the free throw line, took aim, and pushed the ball off with one hand. Score! “Thanks, I used to play basketball during electives and had a little team going during lunch when I went to school here. We had some very good players back then.”

Jake chuckled. He had been slowly working over where he had seen Liriale from before, and his mind had raced back to school. "Too bad you couldn't make me join...rather...none of the "little" teams here could make me join." The young man picked up another ball from the rack and walked out into the half-court line and tossed the ball up like he did from the ball rack making it in with a Swish!
