ArynChris Ruby and Cathy The queen of spades screamed out in surprised pain as her own dagger buried itself into her leg. She pulled the blade out of her thigh, and held onto it a rocky formation forming around her hand and sealing around the hilt. It would not be easy to grab this time. The wound on her thigh started to heal. The vines snatched at Acelr, with thorns and strength, intending to crush her as they had Sahira. Across the dome Ora screamed and grabbed onto her leg, feeling the pain, and eventually the wound as it developed into her thigh. The cloaked girl easily slipped free of the grasping vines, and found herself behind the Queen of Spades, who was attacking Acelr. She whipped off her cloak and threw it over the Queen's head. [10,5,50] The queen of spades was blinded and open for attack for a brief moment, but she pulled the cloak off and threw it to the side. She turned her eyes on the cloaked girl. A group of vines shot out at Cathy, this one had thorns, with shiny poisoned tips. ((Yay! A direct attack!)) Cathy leaped high over the vines, and toward the Queen. She aimed a hammer-blow - not at the Queen herself, but at the stone encasing her hand. ((And she's not cloaked anymore...)) [9,4,50] The stone covering the hand of the queen of spades cracked, but did not crumble quite yet. She turned, swingng her dagger in a line towards Cathy's throat. "You will die tonight, girl, I suggest you make peace with your gods now." Cathy bent back, avoiding the dagger, and brought her foot up in a Dragon-kick, slamming into the stone, and pushing the hand and dagger more quickly upon their path. [8,3,50] The stone coating crumbled, and as Death hit the ground the dagger clattered out of her hand. She screamed "No!" and a vine twined around the dagger trying to pull it back to her. Cathy snatched up the dagger, trying to pull the vine from it. The vine fought back yanking hard on the dagger, as it tried to pull it away from Cathy's grasp, while avoiding the blade...which would slice through it like butter. Cathy wrestled with the vine, twisting it this way and that, pulling against its pull, finally managing to force the vine into one of the many small fires that were burning all around the park.
"So... you want this little toy, do you?" she asked Death with a sadistic smile.Death's face wrinkled into one of fury. "Give me my dagger, you twisted little whore!"

Eulalia Danae Tom Myamoto "Sure am, but if I keep this up I'll start to go numb." He looked around the area. "When will this madness end." He muttered, he withdrew the spike back into his arm. He thought to himself amoment. " Amanada can you tell me anything about them." Marcos pointed out the two queens everyone was attacking. Amanda shook her head. "I don't know anything about them, I just know that one of them looks like me." She glanced up, seeing Batman head her way, and then the grapling hook. "We need to get out of here, she whimpered." Batman floated down to hover in front of Amanda. Amanda heard a voice in her head. I need your assistance. You are linked to one of the Queens. I wish to strike at her through you, if possible. I will not harm you, if the link does not transmit the attack, you will merely fall asleep. May I proceed?

Cloud was impassive. Somehow the woman dressed as Batman had gotten the drop on him and stolen the boy, and Cloud had been unable to act. Remembering, he knew exactly what had happened, but his own failure to respond still seemed impossible.
((As in, "Hey, SS! You're not a n00b rper, so please don't act like one. evil We're talking Cloud here, of FF7? Left in charge of a little boy and hiding him from sight under his half-cloak? He does not know of Batman Beyond or Silent, and not only would he have let you fly away without throwing a sword at you and/or leaping into the air in pursuit, he never would have let you take the boy in the first place. Please don't assume.))
Seeing Silent airborne once again, this time without the boy, Cloud leapt up and attacked her with his enormous pair of swords.

"Alright." Marcos scanned the area once more." Damn. I can't find anything. And all these people aren't helping." Marcos looked around once more and saw an opening, big enough for someone to hide in, in a wall a good ways away from the battle. "I think I found some where for you to hide until we can find an exit." he said to Amanda. Just incase anyone decided to get in his way he had right hand ready. "Follow me."

Daypaw Celledor grabbed ahold of the bushes of the hedge maze, using them for added support as he grabbed for Corellia's arm in an attempt to aid her in freeing herself. "We need to get everyone out of here!" Laurel Talbot Alice dropped her punch and ran over to Corellia, moving easily through the darkness, leaping over the vines as they sprouted. She grabbed Corellia's other arm and pulled.
The darkness lifted before Alice came over so Core could consentrate on some more pressing survival needs.

Laurel Talbot The Cheshire Cat cursed as he landed at the base of the tree, and then again as vines erupted from the ground, entangling him. He glared up at the Jinx, "That's it! Party's over!" He stood up, the vines passing harmlessly through him, and pulled a jackknife out of his pocket. The Cheshire Cat started climbing back up the tree toward the Purple Jinx.
A fire imp landed in the branches above her.
"Aiiii!!" she screamed, leaping out of the tree and over the Cat's head with panicked grace. "I do not like fire! I am not a marshmallow!"
She tumbled on the ground and ran off into the crowd.

Eulalia Danae Ruby paused, in the middle of healing someone and turned to look at the knave. She tore off her half mask and looked at the man, her face gone pale. "Where is he?! Are you sure he's here?! Where is my son?!" The moment she saw Aaron, Ruby jumped up and ran towards the flying two. She grabbed Aaron up into her arms, thanking Batman loudly as tears traced down her face. The Queen of hearts fell back and grabbed her stomach, she leaned over, and then started laughing. The wound started healing up quite nicely, and soon it was like it was never there at all. "I'm fine, I'm fine." She grinned, "but she's not." Across the party, the real Ruby screamed as her stomach opened up and began to bleed from a phantom dagger wound. However, being that it was Ruby, it quickly healed itself up. As soon as Ora finished her explanation, Blitz was on his way, searching for the others. It wasn't long before he had noticed the red headed child and the woman accompanying him. "RubyImsosorrybeforeIdidntknowIdstabyouifIstabbedherIneedyourhelpwegotta" He stopped to take a breath. "goseeOracuzshehasaplantokillthemwithoutkillingyouletsgo!" Ruby stared at him like he was mad. "An' who are you?" Drake takes off and comes up on Ruby and Blitz. "Ruby! What ever he said is true, but dont worry about it now, just come on we gotta get you to Ora!" "Blitz, famoussupervillain." He rubbed he quickly sent a spark out his hand to prove the point. "bad things happening" His voice returned to a normal pace as he caught his breath. "Cant kill them without killing you at the moment, and I dont wanna do that, so we gotta go see ora to go fix that problem." He looked to Draco "Yes. Lets go. I can piggyback if you need." he turned his back to her and dropped to his knee. Ruby handed Aaron to Drake. "Please, protect him with anythin' an' everythin' you can." She then turned to Blitz getting on piggy back. The large Dragon takes and sets the small red head child on his back and looks back to him. "Hey there little guy whats your name?" He asks him, wanting to try and get him comfortable with being iin the protection of a large dragon. Blitz dropped Ruby off next to Ora and Ayx. "Ora tell her what's up." He said quickly, scanning the crowd for the blonde girl, not wanting to leave Ora alone with Ora or Ayx... Because they're scary people to just get dumped off next to then abandoned. Aaron smiled at the dragon, not afraid in the least, he was accustomed to odd things after all. "My name's Aaron. What's yours?" Drake smiles and just how cool and collected this kid was in this current situation and he nods. "Its nice to meet you Aaron, Im Drake." he says as he brings his wings up slightly over to sheild his back and Aaron as he looked on from the front and kept an eye out. "Can you do me a favor buddy? Try and keep yourself down against my back, youll be safer that way, and tell me a little bit about yourself, what do ya like to do for fun?" Aaron shrugged, "I like video games" The Knave had been about to point Ruby into the fighting, but Silent dropped Aaron off before the Knave could speak. Now she was gone, lost to too many people, and only the boy and dragon were left. The Knave of Clubs was furious. Discarding the idea of killing her son with thoughts of the dragon and a look of disgust, the Knave followed after Ruby, hidden by the chaos of it all.
