Sam, I'm really glad to see an active poster! ^^ The guild is a little too slow i agree (i took a peek at your other posts). Also I'd love to do an art trade, but as I'm on hiatus aka busy with school, work (could i say part time? i'm not used to saying it a work/job yet ^^), overdued schoolwork and upcoming studentconcerts... = w = ;;
But I'll open the thread again some weekend and let's see if you're still here. ^^;

I completely understand! THats why I wrote "When you come back" although my space bar and P dont like to work (I have to slam down the keys!) so its a bit hard to read! I am excited for your returnthough! Hope you have fun with work and school!

yup ^^ But I've more and more gotten used to the thought that I have listeners.. took many many years to achieve this stage ;] now i try to think only about "i want to play it well for them, they have come to listen me play so why shouldn't i play well etc"
Drawing is impossible when some random person sees what you do, i agree~ i try to put my hand in the way.. sometimes it's me whose deliberately putting my drawing more in sight so they might get a glance at it~ (like when i know that someone likes manga but i don't know her/him) xD how about you?
and Jon is done! And this month we're having drawing and painting 2 heart
yays biggrin sadly we had to plan this months works ahead so it makes drawing less fun emo but we're still having this course we have been waiting a whole year~ <3 i got to enjoy it ^____^
yesterday i went to eat Chinese with some old friends~ : O i didn't even know this town had a good chinese restaurant~

also this is what i made at school when i was supposed to make my animation:
And the animations are done. But they're not presentable. xD I'm gonna make a better animation when i have time~ a real one, with anime look. And it'll last for 60 secs i think.. it'll be dramatic. cool

and yes i agree very much :u and yes when i used to ride the train to see john and such i used to draw a lot and sometimes i would wonder what people would say and i got some nice comments which made me smile C:

i'm trying to figure out what to paint/draw next~ tablet arts would be the better option but painting with acrylics would be nicer (the final result would exist, not only as a file)~

i'm painting my exhibition pieces atm, i have _two_ finished~ and the rest i'm not counting are on DA. 8]
they're not actually manga or professional looking art... it looks young me thinks?
we've been in several exhibitions (thanks, school) and i now can see if the maker is young or old/mature. yays.. i think that's as much as i got from the visits. :B
still many works to do for the course that will end in a week or two OAO ;;
