Kuragari felt someone following her so she sped up and zigzaged through the trees getting behind the girl to watch her. 'Hmm it's that angel girl from ealier. I wonder why she was following me.' Getting a little bit closer but making sure to be still hidden Kuragari watches her sit against the tree. 'She looks kinda lost maybe I should help her. Hmmmmmmm.' A high pitched yes answers her from Chi. In a wisper Kuragari answers, "fine I'll go talk to her." Smirking Kuragari dropped down beside her and smirking up at her said. "Hello little angel why you out in the woods all alone."

Aqua jumped up and whirled round, recognizing the vampire from earlier. "what're you doing here?" she asked, red pointed tailing curling round her legs protectively. "and to answer your question, i was just going for a walk. its not dark yet... well, at least not outside the forest." she said pointing to the thick canopy that obscured most of the late evening light. "also, like i said earlier, im not just an angel. and i do have a name, ya know. how would you like it if i called you 'vampire' all the time?"

Kuragri puts a finger to her lips with an evil smirk, "well I'm hear because it's dark and there are plenty of things to eat here." Taking her finger from her lips Kuragari stands and goes to lean against another tree. "Now about the name thing. I don't really care what you call me. After all I've been called alot of different things before."
"So little part angel if you want me to call you what ever it is you or your parents called you then tell me what it is and maybe I'll tell you what my name is." Throwing her hand into a nearby tree Kuragari pulled out a squriell and slicing open part of it's little neck with one of her fangs. After taking a few sips she broke the skin on the tip of her finger and sealed the cut before dropping the squriell back into the tree. "Not to bad, but a deer will be so much better."

Aqua flinched as she saw the girl bite the squirrel, then apparently heal it. her tail twitched antagonistically, as the scent of blood reached her. She looked away, part of her feeling repulsed, but another experiencing a startling flash of bloodlust. Doing the mental equivalent of slapping herself, she pulled herself together. 'At least she'd not biting humans.' she thought, then replied "My name is Aqua."

"Well Aqua it's nice to meet you, I'm Kuragari by my own naming."
Scanning the trees Kuragari found another squriel and grabed it. Opening up part of her cloak she cut open it's neck and feed Chi some of the blood before ounce again healing it and putting the creature back in the tree.
"This here is CHi, a vampire bat that I feed my own blood to."
Looking up Kuragari saw that the trees had blocked out the rest of the sun and the woods were pitch black. "Finnally," sighing she pulls off her cloak and gloves. Throwing them at the tree behind her she watches Chi fly to a tree and hang upside down. "I hate having to where that thing all the time."

Aqua looked at the bat, and blinked. "oh..cool." she said, looking around the clearing. her pure white wings were folded behind her back now, and her tail swayed behind her.
She watched the bat fly into a tree and hang from it upside-down, then turned to look at the now cloak-less kuragari. her tail lashed a bit now. she could sense the demon in her was getting restless. normally her angelic side held it in check, but the dominance was constantly fluctuating. sometimes it was like she was being torn in two, with another piece, her elvin side, trying desperately to keep them together, but just getting stretched to the point where it felt as if it would snap. she looked around. "well, im gonna get going. see ya around, kuragari."
with that she walked out of the clearing, and, when she was far enough away, she broke into a run. she must have run for at least five miles until she felt spent. she sat heavily down on the earth, noting the larger gaps between the tree's 'i must be nearing the edge now' she thought, feeling much better now. using up her energy in any way seemed to be the most effective way of calming her twp side down, at least without resorting to bloodshed. she had once gone out for a walk in the afternoon, when her demonic side kicked in. she had woken up the next morning with blood everywhere and surrounded by animals corpses. it wasn't an experience she ever wanted to repeat again. she leaned back against a tree.

Rhm stared at her in wide eyed excitement. "Everything!" He said, "About Neyork and the buildings that touch the sky and teevees and seedees and the automobiles! And of course how you got here! In more detail, that is. Is it true that you guys have actually gone to the moon?" He stared at her, rapt with interest.
(( Since we already know about 'the human stuff', you could just say somethin like 'She told him all she knew about skyscrapers and rocket ships...'. Or you can actually explain some things as your characters knows them or whatever. ))

"Wow, that's a lot to say!" the girl laughed at his awe, and merrily chatted about the world she had taken for granted for so long. It was still kind of weird, thinking she was on a different realm; her past, her home, were close to her heart even though it had been years since she had last seen them.
Finishing an enthralling description of New York, where she had lived for quite some time, Anne sighed. "When I close my eyes, I can still review the city as I saw it from my building's rooftop; a near-infinite mass of pulsating light, with the cold, fogy air and the constant sounds...I used to stand there for hours, at night, with Gabriel - my mentor -, talking about life and discussing philosophy...everything was so amazingly new and fresh, back then!" Her smile warmed at the memory.

Kuragari watched as Aqua left and seemed to be worried. "I wonder if I scared her or she's just afraid of the woods. Oh well, prehaps she just can't control herself. Yes control, I was did like watching the young ones on there first or second feed when they can't seem to stop." Looking up at CHi she smiles and goes deeper intot he woods to find a larger thing to eat. Chi flies behind her enjoying the night air. The cloak and gloves are left behind for later.

((So, I'm back! I got back from a very fun trip on Sunday, but got immediately jumped by schoolwork, including the last stage of my Senior Exit Project. A big thanks to Selphie and Surf_dude for looking after things while I was gone. Keru, you can expect a post later tonight once I finish up the last remains of my schoolwork.))

Steeping up next to a lake Kuragari is crouched down watching the edge of the water as a deer begins to drink. Licking her fangs she slips aropund the lake silently and at as comes closer to the deer morphus into a wolf, (I saw it in a Dracula movie and it looked so cool). Getting ready she launches at him and uses her body to hold it down. Turning back into herself she begins dranning the blood till the deer has just enough to keep it alive. "Thanks for the meal, you shall live another day." Healing it she gets up and carries it to a berry bush so it can eat. "Time to go find another meal." Walking away the deer begins to eat.
Above her Chi is swopping about. "You hungry my dear," holding up her finger Kuragri cute it and watches as Chi lands on her finger. Slwoly she begins drinking up. "Yes my baby only the finest vampire blood for you. Your not like other bats my baby are you, no your a true vampire bat." She's says all this as if she were talking to a baby.

((Ahh!! I have no excuse!! So, so, so sorry to everyone: I've been slacking off, both IRL and here, but I'm back full time now! This RPG is not dying, not if I have anything to say about it! I'm going to post, then move the time forward to the next day. Intro post will be tomorrow. Keru: since this took way too long to get done, I'll PM you and we can finish this up flash-back style. I cannot apologize enough for my absence, and hope everyone can forgive a mod her mistakes!!)) Asako looked at Akerian. He must be fighting the battle of his life. He was in danger... she was in danger. Everyone was in danger. She had to do something; she had to face up to her pain. She had been running from it all her life...but now, she was going to stop running, stand, and fight. Asako reached inside her, searching for that hidden place where her spirit rested. She closed her eyes, and concentrated with all her might. Slowly, ( too slowly!) she felt her energy leaking through the wall she had built, like rivulets of water from a dam. I have to do this...I have to do this... she thought, focusing so deeply inside that the world seemed no longer to exist. Then, the dam burst. --"Mommy! Mommy!" the little girl ran past Asako laughing. Up ahead, a smiling human woman turned and smiled. "Come on, Juile, it's getting dark..." Asako pulled her overcoat tighter to herself. It barely hid the tail she could not seem to get rid of, and the streets of Chicago were cold.-- --"Did you see them yesterday? Tetsuya and Momo? I can't believe he would go for a plain girl like Momo!" The two kitsune walked, laughing, past Asako. "What, is that your type, Riiko? I never knew you were into nerds!" "At least I never slept with someone as bad news as Yukihiro, Fumiko!" Asako turned and looked at them as they passed her, still alone.-- --"How can you call yourself a kitsune?!" the boy looked down at her. "You have no family, you use vulgar human tools, and you're the ugliest girl I've ever seen. You think I could ever like a thing like you? I'd rather date a human!" Asako felt tears spring to her eyes; she had loved him since the moment she saw him...-- No...I'm not that girl anymore. I'm strong; I have friends; I'm beautiful. I love myself for who I am now; I wear my tail with pride--it makes up a part of me. I am no longer alone, no longer unloved. For them, I will give everything! And with that, she plunged her spirit inside Akerian.
