And I really don't want the tournament to be ruined because one person decided to make me out and my actions as bad through opinions. And now look at this: people are leaving because the fun is being spoiled. I don't want that. And I'm not going to let it happen.
Please, for a moment, would you step away from your computer and ask yourself "in what context were these statements made"?
Because the people that are leaving... the people that have left already. It's because of how you're handling this as an administrator.
The attitude problem, well that's half and half. That's half them being unprofessional when they see something they don't approve of, and it's half you for not handling things in a way that the rest of the staff approves of.
There is not
one person saying that you make bad decisions. You
make bad decisions. That's why you have a staff. Yet when I bring up the
concept of a staff vote the thread spends a page laughing at the idea.
Do you see where I'm going with this?
So tell me: How do you plan to 'not let that happen'? Are you going to
mandate that people have more fun? Are you going to make a rule that says that the rules are fair? Tell me what you're going to do to fix the problems that we're seeing here.
Or ban me. But if you do I'd hope that at least my opponent gets to advance even though I'm sure that it's not what will happen... because fairness is not in good supply here.
I'd prefer not to jump on the bandwagon of "you're a stupid-head and smell funny" but when there is very clearly something wrong with how you are running this tournament and you refuse to acknowledge that, then the only words I have left are "
may god have mercy on your soul".
