My reaction upon seeing this thing can best be described by the turret gunner.

Word has it that there will be a six-wheeled transport version as well. Well, only one way to find out for sure, this Saturday I'll ask Simon Egan, the man behind the Elysians, himself. pirate

fire - link Nice! where was that? and did you see Egan? do tell! It was at the Frenzy, the Dutch version of Games Day. As for Simon, I squeezed in a few quick ones, though he honestly didn't have much to say. Not because of secrecy, but rather because there wasn't much to tell. I did ask him about future Elysian releases and he said that the Tauros, seated Elysians and Valkyrie heavy lift were the only releases our drop troopers would be getting for this Imperial Armour arc. He would like to do stuff like the drop commissar and the other missing heavy weapons (autocannon and lascannon) but as of now those aren't planned. Lady Blodwynn No way! Every time I'm off something cool is previewed or released! gonk Next time you're tagging along, or I'll tag along to GD UK. wink

After seeing Mat's Wolf list I thought it would be fun to see how far I am with my army, which hasn't seen much action as of yet because of Space Wolves and Rogue Trader. sweatdrop

You've amassed quite an army, only your force is very light on anti-tank weaponry. Just three meltaguns and the rest is mostly anti-personal. Some lascannon teams might be handy, or maybe a Vanquisher with lascannon and if possible, Pask.

Some lascannon teams might be handy, or maybe a Vanquisher with lascannon and if possible, Pask. I might be getting either another battle force or a box of heavy weapon squads, whichever is best. Maybe another BF, so I can build both lascannons and missile launcher teams from the contents, chances of a third platoon are pretty slim. Conversion senses are tingling though, maybe I'll get classic metal lascannons with the gun carriage and convert my missile launchers into PIATs. I might also start work on a squad of SOE or SAS by then, who will double as veterans with the Demolitions upgrade. It would mean painting more Denison smocks. gonk

Because each one comes with all weapon with you do is build 1 on the Tripod, now there is the Bi-pod use this to build a Mortar team, then take the missile launcher and just have him stand and shooting.

You can make a few more if you do a bit of converting and have the two Guardsmen lugging around their choice of heavy weaponry, for example, you could have:
Lascannon: on tripod Heavy Bolter: On Bipod Mortar: tube slung on one guy's back, bipod on the other. Autocannon: Carried between the two Missile Launcher: One guy carries the launcher, other other lugs the missiles around.
