His breathing was rough as he kept running, tears welling up as he ran. She lied to him...it was to keep him safe, but he couldn't stand and watch her die slowly and not do a thing. He finally found something to be happy for, and it would be taken away from him if something went wrong.
Tripping over a root, he skidded on the ground and laid motionless, save for sobbering. "She's going to die if she disobeys....and then I'm alone again..." He sniffed a little and cried, his vectors motionless unless something came too close.

Curling up, he waited in silence for Alley to come. The vectors stayed wrapped around him as he thought of going inside and getting her, but figured her master would order her to kill him.
'Would she really do it?' He thought as he looked out in the distance. 'Would she really kill me for power?' He didn't want to think about the question: the answer may kill him.
