We finished fighting Kaazar and that one other Uchiha kid in the cloud yesterday. I'm the guy who told Kaazar that you killed him with your diamond bones because he didnt summon his phoenix. As for the other meeting, I just remember saying hi to you and agreeing with you in an argument. Remember?
Let me introduce myself to you properly then, I am Chaoticavenger, but you can just call me Chaotic. I've been here for about three or fourth months, but have been a member since like a year ago. I used hold a Rinnengan position, the first person to have it, when I joined a year ago, but I went absent for an extended period of time due to school. Now I'm back. @Chaotic: i just left the Raikages office. lol. everyone is there and im just not really into asking the Kage for something to do seeing as he isnt on too much and getting a reply is taking too long...

rusbob13 lol you can upgrade jutsu's? Yes its a unique concept in my Guild, Once a jutsu is learnt by training it more you can make it more powerful.. Mapish trust me it wont be like that for much longer we are getting more member's plus alot of updates As well jon and Mis i need your Advice on this idea. Guild Wide jutsu's i know each village has there own hidden techniques realtating to there village but wouldnt it be more fun if each village held the right to there Elemental Jutsu's Taijutsu styles and genjutsu and other villages that wanted to learn that type of Jutsu had to send there Nin on misson's to ask for these teachings and each village could not just throw a scroll with certan element's on it... What do you think?

But it could cause controversy over the styles that are already open to people.
So unless you or someone else would take the time to create new fighting styles for each village it could end with a lot of controversy.
