Streamjumper How to phail. By Streamjumper 1> Make an AMV less than 4 minutes in length with more than 30 seconds of credits... before and after. 2> Put your AMV on AMV.com and neglect to mark it as containing spoilers. 3> Make an AMV consisting of straight clips from a show without any kind of clever tricks such as parodying or lining it up with some other music or dialogue. Just 15-40 second clips set to music. 4> Make an amv with absolutely no connection between the song and shows involved, whether it be lyrically, melodicly, or rhythmicly.... 5> Make an amv and upload it 4 times with no visible differences under 4 different titles. 5.5> Bonus points if you don't even note in the description that it is the same thing. 5.75> Partial points if one is a later version of the other and not noted as such. Been browsing AMV.org, I take it? xd Now, what phails worse; that or any generic LinkinBall Z music video?

My list of phailures... at least people who make LinkinBall Z amvs take every goddamn chance they get to tell you that its DBZ and Linkin Park... I swear, there's probably someone out there who not only manages to note one or another of those facts in their name, studio, title, anime choice, music choice, and description, but if you take the exact filesize and resolution you can apply some Khabbalistic forumla to them and get both Dragonball Z AND Linkin Park, as well as Toriyama...

I couldn't care less about forests and things like that...well, as far a scenery. Forests aren't my things. Beaches are. We've got those too. This is Santa Cruz with all the gnarly surfer dudes or whatever. But yeah, I know So Cal isn't all smog. My granparents live down there, around two blocks from the beach and they almost never have smog.

SgtSosukeSagara Tsukasa Elric SgtSosukeSagara Wasn't very good, in my opinion. I managed to make if through the first disc or so, and it felt very lopsided. Might I reccomend Getbackers, GTO, or (unsurprisingly) Full Metal Panic? I'm open to suggestions at the moment. The deciding factor really is whether or not I can find it in the store. sweatdrop And as it happens, MVC isn't really known for it's J-anime. But hey, when study leave starts (13th May) I'ma be looking around during weekdays (when I don't have exams, obviously) for places of employment, so then I'll have cash to check out more new series. heart Well, GTO is just goddamn funny. Don't expect anything particularly revolutionary with the art, but the story is hilarious with little bits of drama and romance that serve to nicely accent things a bit. Also, if you're hoping for a slightly longer series than the usual 26 episodes or so, this one runs for 43 episodes. I'm sure that other people will back me up on its quality. GTO is an excellent series, along with the above the music is great and the storyline is just all around great. A bit perverted at times but it doesn't go the extremes. If you can find the DVDs then by all means pick it up.

She's trying to press her beliefs onto me and calling me closed minded to religion because I choose not to believe in it. I keep telling her she can believe what she wants but it's only fair if I can believe what I want to as well. She said she would leave me alone about it then today presses it onto me once more and criticizes me for my beliefs. That and the fact that the contact with the person closest to me is now limited due to her parents taking away her phone because of a ridiculously high phone bill in which I warned her about. I'm very upset about this as is she. I'm at a loss. This all happened yesterday, and by the end, I was a mess. I had to force myself to sleep early in hopes of sleeping it all off. I know it isn't hormonal things because uh, that's not possible at the moment. [/emo rant] Well, I dunno what exactly I can say to help other than I hope that things start to go better for you. I mean, it's never good when parents get on your case about something, especially something as subjective as religion. All in all, just remember that you only need a bit more to be able to transfer to a slightly more northern section of the surface of the sun, farther away from said mother. I'll try. Then I could hang out with you nor-cal freaks. surprised Oooh! Do I count as a nor-cal freak? surprised *loooooooooooves on you forever and ever* Don't be sad, Kimi! gonk heart No...you're a so-cal freak. But not a pure one.
