As the Nara began his gentle stroll back to his own home he took note of another new face slouching against the wall of another nearby building. He once again looked back at the Fujiko to see if he was the only one feeling rather odd about the evening thus far. He walked over to the girl in blue shirt and black pants and gave her a quick glance over. Finding no identifying insignia he tapped his foot against her own, "Um? Shinobi? Or are you just sick?"

They hardly moved locations before they both spotted a girl slumped against the wall. She didn’t know what was going on, but Konoha had gained some rather bizarre characters during her absence. Then again, getting out of the house may have opened her eyes as well. Either way, it was beginning to weird her out. When the Nara boy looked back at her she gave a calm little “what the hell is going on with today” face and let him, once again, take control. If the girl hadn’t known him in the past she would’ve sworn that he was some sort of personable humanitarian type person.

Feeling someone tap her foot. She opened her eyes while she yawning, not hearing the what the stranger said, Otome Rub her sleepy eyes, "Hmmm..." she replied "Is there something wrong sir?" she said looking up, Otome hope that he wasn't an officer of some sort which is something that she didn't really want to deal with at this moment. She was still tired and wanted to get some more rest before she can go explore more of the village.

Rhaim was actually kind of jealous of the girl's carefree ability to simply nap in the middle of the village right before curfew. However that didn't change the fact that if she didn't get indoors soon the night watch might hold her for the time being. At her addressing of him he turned towards Tenma, a fast developing theme, "Sir?"
While Rhaim was taller than his counterpart he was by no means tall and was still only thirteen. Not someone that he would think constituted being called sir. Nevertheless he brought his attention back to the girl without waiting for Tenma's response. His hands still held true in their home he noted her backpack, "Um yeah. You need to get home before sun-down. Didn't the Academy teacher tell you?"

Otome gaze at him very closely and notice that he was no adult. Well, she guessed people can make mistakes while not paying attention. Otome listen to him which this very much confused her. "Home? Academy?" she replied "Ah...what are you talking about? I've only been in this village for a couple of days and been looking for work and a place to stay." She stood up, dusting off the dirt from her bottom.

Rhaim listened to the girl as she continued to sit against the seemingly random building. Not much of her story made sense with the way the village was so completely locked down at the moment. However with the slow movements that she was making in waking herself up and standing to her feet, he figured that she must just be confused. The teen cocked his head back to look up at the girl as she towered over him. Scrunched up in a ball against the building she had not appeared to be near as tall as she actually was. He did not change his visage as he spoke though, "Huh? You mean you can't find the place where you're staying? Did you come in with that group from Kirigakure?"

"Ah..." thinking for the right answer to say "...yeah, I suppose so but that life." Placing her shoes back on and making sure that her bag was secured "I guess..." she replied "That the way things are going on it can be pretty busy and everything around in this village. So far, I've just be camping here and there." Otome turned on her heels and said from over her shoulder "Well...it was nice meeting ye. I'm sure I'll find a clear space to camp out somewhere in the village"

Rhaim felt a portion of him tugging to find the nearest night watch and inform them that there was an immigrant attempting to live on the streets. However that would cut into his time eating and he was already taking much longer than he had hoped to get home. Not to mention that the taller girl had said that she was perfectly fine as she was. If the village security had an issue with that then they would take it up with her, he was done dealing with unfamiliar faces. The Nara turned away from where the girl had been and gave a shrug to Tenma before starting out again for their own abode. Hopefully for the last time that day.

[enter from stage left to hopefully keep Otome from being locked up!]
Yarotai was making his way back home as he rounded the corner of a house and nearly slammed into a girl of five foot six. Being five foot nine himself, and given the darkness of the ever increasing shadows, it took a slight moment for him to register the individual as a child. The man was dressed in black cargo pants and a black hooded sweat jacket. Over top of which was the green combat vest indicative of higher ranked shinobi. The young man of nineteen years smiled at Otome and rubbed the back of his head, "Sorry kid. Didn't see you there! Actually I haven't seen you around at all. Who's class are you in?"

Otome felt someone cradled into her and noticed a man wardrobe he appeared to be a ninja. She bowed, quickly apologetic. There seems to be no harm done when the gentlemen ask her 'what class was she in' Blinking her eyes in confusing she said, "Ah...class?" replying "...I've never went to school sir or have the time. I'm far to busy and have to worry about important things."
Otome wished she hadn't had said that since it was maybe the law in going to school. She didn't want to get into trouble or worse get through into the slammer. Oh yes, Otome can picture it now. A young girl though into jail and the next thing you know, you have to fight your some crazy a** lesbian women who want a nice juicy piece of you like your some good new treat of goodies. Just thinking about it made her pale.

Yarotai stopped his grinning as he listened to the girl's answer. It was replaced rather with a confused look and the hand behind his hand went down to his hip instead. He leaned over conspicuously to inspect the girl's possessions and then stood back upright. The confused look still plastered across his face, "Something more important eh? What's that? I don't remember seeing you working any of the shops. You do work for your parents or something? Is that why you're out and about this late?"
The man's line of questioning in no way seemed overly intrusive to him. The last thing he needed was to find out later that one of the nomad tribe's spies had gotten in again and he had let her go without even challenging her.

Finally it was time for the two to head home as the girl turned to walk beside Rhiam. It had been a ridiculous night and they hadn’t even gotten a chance to work at the river. Now it was clear to her that Konoha was full of a bunch of crazy people, which was something she couldn’t admit to being fond to. However, that also made her appreciate the home that the Naras had provided her all the more. Though it was always busy and hectic, at least there was a sense of normalcy about it. Pulling back from her thoughts the child felt her stomach tugging at her to get her home so that she could alleviate the steadily growing hunger. Not bothering to look over at Rhiam, it would be obvious as to who she was talking to, the girl spoke calmly into the silence. “So is it just me, or do prawns sound like a pretty perfect finish to the night?”

I don't work at any shops since there no hiring at the moment" Otome didn't want to explain her story about her adopted parents. Just thinking of them and everyone else from the citrus made her sad, she made it this far and can handle things on her own. After all, she wasn't a baby or anything.

Yarotai was visibly stunned as his jaw dropped open and he ran a hand through his hair. With a shake of the head the man regained his composure and folded his arms across his chest, "Well now that is terrible. You're parents died in a mission and they took your house? Why did they do that? Didn't the village at least assign you to the orphanage? They should have signed you up with the Academy as soon as they got you. And what you need money for anyhow? I know the food in the orphanage isn't great, but it's free for you since your parents died serving the village."

"Ah...no" replying "My parents weren't ninjas, they were traveling performers which I'm pretty sure you can guess what they were" while listen, he mention about assign orphans and academy. This caught her interested and asked, " What is this academy your talking about? Is it some sort of school of learning? " asking

Yarotai immediately brought himself back to a mindset and facial expression of concern and inquiry. He wasn't so dense as to miss the fact that the girl had ignored any mentioning of the orphanage. Her lack of understanding about the Academy further solidified his suspicions, "How did you get in this village and why are you here? I highly suggest you tell the truth."
As his words escaped his lips the man made no attempt to hide the motion of drawing a kunai from the holster on his right thigh.
