Chances of the Lion ever coming back are very slim. If that happened then most Primarchs would return. Plus, for that to happen Cypher would first need to reach Terra, have a tea party with the Emperor, reforge the Lion Sword and then bring it back to some very vengeful Dark Angels.

Yes but who else would come back? Corax, Russ... I can't think of any other Primarch's that just went poof, the rest to my knowledge died.

Well, you have, out of the Loyalists:
Lion- Comatose Khan- In the Webway somewhere Russ- In the Eye of Terror somewhere Sanguinius- Dead Ferrus Manus- Dead Dorn- Dead Guilliman- In stasis Vulkan- Not a clue where he went Corax- Eye of Terror somewhere Alpharius/Omegon- One MIGHT be dead, their loyalty is up for grabs either way.
So yeah, there's 4 that are still possibly around and 'FOR THE EMPRAH'-ing, potentially up to 5-7 with some fluff miracles taking place.

Jason Kharo Lady Blodwynn Vulkan is dead, he has been killed by Fulgrim during the drop pod massacres. He got nuked. Decapitated actually. His head was given in a box to Horus.

He got a bomb dropped on him, survived and went to disappear like Russ did. I thought it was Ferrus's head that was given to Horus.

Dorn isn't necessarily dead either, as far as I know. Rumor has it that he is the leader of the Custodes now, silently watching over the Emperor.

Dorn is dead, his skeletal hand was all they found of him after he boarded a Chaos vessel.

Quote: Dorn's skeleton without his hands is kept within a chapel, and embedded in clear amber contoured to the body form of the Primarch himself. Dorn's skeletal fists are kept within two shrines, the bones intricately engraved with the heraldry of all the Chapter's previous Masters. Only the Chapter Master has the right to engrave his name upon the bones. From Lexicanum. He seems to be pretty darn deaded.

I'm 100% sure Guilliman is dead too. I seriously doubt he'll come back unless the Emperor comes back and does some mojo to Guilliman and heals him.

Sir Kyle Aziz I'm 100% sure Guilliman is dead too. I seriously doubt he'll come back unless the Emperor comes back and does some mojo to Guilliman and heals him. Eh. If the Emperor so willed it and was to extinguish himself to make it happen, he could bring back all of the Primarchs.
