And yes, they should, why shouldn't they? Gaia is a free community, everyone should have the right to participate.

Yes, but that in itself is not a proper reason to not let people in. Giving freedom to the general populace means giving everyone the freedom to come in, even the people the majority don't want around here. Besides, most of the people you just described ARE the general player base that's within their mid to early teens. It's rare to find people as old as me here, well not super rare, but it isn't something that you find too often.
