Closing the door behind her and turning all of the locks before doing anythign else, Rell gave a small nod to the first questions her Aunt had asked. But before the necromancer could open her mouth to say something, good old Iz was already on a new subject. And this one caught her off guard.

'What the hell are you wearing? We are not going to go out when you have your gorgeous face covered!'

Rell's eyes widened as she looked down at her garments. Was there something wrong with her clothing? Was there food or any other particles one it that she couldn't see? And then she was shoved further into her room and onto her bed. Everything was moving so fast, apparently it had been some time since Rell had actually spent time with Izzy, otherwise she'd be used to this. Her expression turned from worried to a bit shocked as the punker threw what little clothes she had around. All of that organization and work gone to waste..

'Seriously woman, you have practically nothing! Do you ever go out?'

"G-go out?" She managed to choke out, suppressing the need to start cleaning her belongings from the floor. Instead she pushed up her glasses. "I.. I travel a lot, if that's what you're asking. I don't need much when I'm on the road."

Yes, Rell seemed pleased with her answer.

"I.. I travel a lot, if that's what you're asking. I don't need much when I'm on the road."

“...”

Facepalm.

Clearly this was not what the punker was talking about. Standing back to her feet, Izette made her way over to the necromancer and slowly moved away the cloth that was covering her face to reveal her soft pale skin. They were now eye level with one another and the punker could only smirk. They woman before her may have been younger than her by a few years, but it was hard to believe that she was this naive.

“I wasn’t talking about that kinda going out, Rellybean.” There was a little bit of a chuckle to her voice but she still continued to smile. This would probably be familiar to the woman seeing as it was the one that she would give Rell when she was growing up. It was kind, warm, and supportive, but there was still a bit of mischief in it that Izette was practically notorious for. Giving the woman a pat on her shoulder the punker laughed as she folded her arms across her chest.

“I was more talking about going out with your friends for fun...or strutting your stuff with perhaps a boy of somesort.” All of Rell’s clothing didn’t seem to fit this category, they were all travelling clothing that were meant to protect her from the elements. This was no good, especially according to Izzy’s books of fashion. With the mention of the boy Izette spoke of, she proceeded to make a kissy face and chuckle. She had no idea that this was actually an element of seriousness.

“You know, stuff that makes you feel hot and sexy.” If there was one thing this dimwitted woman knew, was that every woman deserved to feel this way. Whether they were all work or all play, every woman deserved to feel that way. And this was probably a lesson that Rell was well used too, especially seeing as Izette was an aunt by association.

The palm to Izzy's face made Rell's long ears pin back on her head a bit. The sudden movement spooked her. But just as soon as she was spooked, a familiar smile eased her anxiousness. A little. As Izzy kept talking, the mention of 'strutting her stuff with a boy' made the Abhorsen's cold cheeks flush a deep red. If that wasn't obvious enough that she had a certain someone on her mind, she didn't know what would be.

"I've never felt-" Rell cleared her throat with a bit of unease "--sexy before. I.. Don't have conventional friends. And the extent of me going out was with my family for picnics..."

Looking down, Rell fiddled her thumbs a bit, mostly out of embarrassment. She knew that she lead a sheltered life, but most of it couldn't have been helped. People avoided her, it was the sad truth.

"El wanted to take me to a club once, but I refused.."

Well their conversation went from cheerful to banter to depressing.

“Don’t worry babe, you got me now.”Clearly this was time for a Izzy moment. Grabbing the woman’s hands, the punker continued to smile. Although this woman had been alone and sheltered for a good time now, she had now met probably the biggest change in her life. Rell had now met the punker woman.

“Now come on. I think we should go for a shopping trip!” Practically dragging her towards the door the punker laughed and was ready for their new adventure. “I refuse a woman your age not feel sexy once in their lives.” For some reason, Izzy sounded rather passionate about this for some reason. Clearly, Rell’s behaviour required her to have a confidence boost.

And this was something that Izette Asis Prechtl was actually decent as.

“We’re going to make you not just look hotter, but feel hotter as well!” A loud cackle left her lips as her boot made contact with the door and practically knocked it off of it’s hinges. Maybe leaving now wasn’t going to be such a good idea seeing that Izzy had traditionally broke the door down and left it unlocked. But than again, a shopping trip may have been exactly what Rell needed.

Rell smiled. She looked prettier when she smiled, though many never had the chance to see it. Only close family and friends. Them and Omi, she could never stop smiling around him even if she tried. Tucking a tuft of hair behind her long ears, the Abhorsen nodded a few times hopefully.

"I um.. I actually have a date later tonight." Her eyes looked up to Izzy shyly. One would be able to tell she was nervous about it. "He-he's um.. He's the first person to ever make me feel special. I have a place set up for a late night picnic up in the hills. I'd like to think it looks rather romantic, really.."

HonoRaven

John was sitting in his hospital bed, chomping down on a big, fat, greasy burger. The type that had wilted lettuce and a big fried egg in the center, the type you get from a street-side vendor, which was where Hono'o had gotten it from when he begged her to find him some 'real' food.

He'd been kept in 'observation' for almost three days now....three more then he wanted, but after skedaddling so quickly last time with nothing to show for it but more strokes, he figured it was best to stick around and let the egg-heads poke and probe him.

It had been interesting. They had taken samples of every type of fluid he could imagine of, biopsies of his brain and spinal tissue, even took a sample from his eye, and everything came back saying he was absolutely healthy.

Except he kept getting headaches. Excruciating headaches. The type that stops you in your tracks and makes you want to double up in agony. At first the doctors thought something had gone wrong from the surgery, but after more CT scans revealed nothing else out of the ordinary besides the insane amount of scar tissue within his brain, they concluded that the surgery, though unorthodox, had proved successful.

Then they figured it was some type of outside source....but that was quickly dismissed. Hono'o and John lived a clean life - John specifically because he knew what having a dirty home and environment did to people. And besides - his Asgardian genetics gave him a well boosted immune system. Poisons and rotten food barely bothered him, let alone infections.

There was only one other problem they needed to talk about...

John heard a knock on the door, and looked up a little guiltly. "C'm in..." He said with a mouthful of food, switching off the television and sitting up a little more as the specialist walked into the room.

"Hello Mr. Tomorrow. How are we feeling today?" The man asked John, approaching the end of his bed to read his chart. "...Where is Miss Raven?"

John jerked his thumb to the door on the side of the room, where the shower and the toilet was. The sound of the shower came out clear through the thin wooden door, and the specialist nodded knowingly, before looking to the entrance to the room...

Where a long, slender white cane first entered, followed by a golden blond woman with large dark sunglasses... Dr. Vera 'Ndi was dressed in a soft yellow sundress over her long white lab coat... apparently she was really playing up her human persona today, because she even had a clipboard with page after page of scrips and braille detailing John's tests thus far. "Well, as long as.... Raven... is occupied lets have a nice little chat!"

The taller redheaded woman who followed after the blind woman actually rolled her gray-green eyes. "So John... how are you feeling so far today?"

John's smile faltered as Verandi entered the room - she rubbed him the wrong way, sher seemed so strange...but it grew a little brighter as Dr. Grace entered. "Not bad, considering I keep having these damn migraines..." John said, his voice a little strained as he felt himself staring at Dr. Verandi for some reason, another migraine seeming to creep in behind his eyes as his sight settled on her shape...

As everything froze. Time seemed to stand still, grinding to a halt from Verandi's perspective...John was frozen on the bed, pushing his fist into fist into his forehead, his face perpetually scrunched in pain like a statue...Grace and the specialist were standing stock still...

As Verandi felt two hands, broad and hard, the hands of a warrior born, slip over her hips slowly, as if appearing from within her doctors coat itself...and a voice, thick with age and wisdom, spoke softly into her ear, wisping into it like smoke.

"Hello dear..." The voice said as something smelt her hair, the thick voice shuddering in ecstasy. "...Oh, you smell divine..."

The voice was alluring to her, for some reason, as she felt one of the hands begin to slowly stroke over her hip in gentle circles. "...Do you remember the times we had...dp you know who I am?"

There was a smile on her face, and oddly enough she looked absolutely gorgeous while smiling. Almost on cue, Izette returned the smile as she watched the young necromancer become a fair bit more nervous while she tucked her hair behind her pointed ear. Considering how sheltered Rell was, she was definitely a cutie. A small part of her was jealous knowing that this midnight beauty was as deprived as she was.

“I um.. I actually have a date later tonight."

“Ohohohohoho!” Izette’s face beamed with delight as the woman fell shy. She almost looked like a kid at Christmas witnessing all of the gifts. Sliding up to the woman, Izette wrapped her arm over her shoulder casually as though she were willing to listen to all of her secrets. Being the same height almost made it practically convienent in comparison to her trying to sling onto other individuals. Their movements were now down the hallway as they made their way onto great adventure.

"He-he's um.. He's the first person to ever make me feel special. I have a place set up for a late night picnic up in the hills. I'd like to think it looks rather romantic, really.."

“Sounds like we gotta find you to make yourself feel DAMN fine now!” Removing herself from Rell’s shoulder, the punker wound her hand up and gave her a good smack on her a**. Perhaps it was a confidence builder, either that or it was one of her weird antics; it was practically impossible to say the least.

“Rellybean, We gonna shop til we drop! I am bound in determined now to find you something for your NEXT date!” A dramatic pose seemed to follow Izzy’s words as her hands fell on her hips as another valiant laugh filled the hallways. Without warning, again the punker moved herself closer to Rell once more and wiggled both of her eyebrows quickly and suggestively. “And perhaps, we’ll get you a selection of attire to guarantee that he won’t keep his hands off of you.” Grin.

Izette had a quest now!

Verandi could pull the same trick herself with time, but all the same her eyes widened in surprise behind the dark glasses. "Oh my.. oh my, oh my, oh my!"

Her head turned ever so slightly from side to side, her free hand moving to her hip as if she would clasp the hand there... "I remember you, although I was quite a bit closer to the mortal the last time we had a chance to chat... I thought you were gone, faded away like so many of the others!"

She actually leaned back against that ghostly chest, eyes closing again with a smile. "I wasn't sure I could really be surprised anymore, but you managed it all the same!"

He wasn't real... he had no willing host, no hand made avatar, hell most of the universe had forgotten him when he lost the great battle, and yet he was there! Not just wishful thinking on the part of Blind Fate... he was really there!

He was real...he was as real as the feeling you get when you walk into a holy place...as real as the tingle you get when you step over a grave...as real as when you feel sometimes eyes upon you...

The hand she put hers over linked fingers with hers as the other began to slowly crawl down from her hip to her thigh, caressing her leg through her thin dress. "I've been floating on the ether, deep in the cosmos...he drew me back to Midgard...he called out to me..." The regal voice whispered into her ear, his breath hot on her cheek as the fingers upon her thigh began to slowly drag the sundress up, bunching it in the palm inch after inch...

"There are great things being set in motion... Things that will restore our glory...but I will need your help, my dear...yours and the boy's..."
PostPosted: Wed Jul 13, 2011 9:29 pm

A hiccup escaped her as Izzy smacked her behind, only to have er hands hurry to her face at the mention of Omi not being able to keep him hands off of her. It was a compelling idea, one that had been sneaking about in the back of Rell's mind. Since that morning and their wonderful, yet accidental meeting, the necromancer had been mulling over just how to say what she needed to to Omi. About the timeline, and perhaps their future together.

A gentle sigh.

Her life was always complicated.

Reaching out, Rell grabbed a hefty bag of coin from her nightstand, only to hand it to Izzy.

"I have the funds.. But.. I really don't know where to start. I'm afraid I'm a nineteen year old lost cause..."

Fixing her glasses as such, Rell ran her hand through her long, combed locks, letting it fan out a bit before it fell back to her shoulder. Her mother had always dressed the Abhorsen up when the time was needed. A banquet here, a sealing ceremony, some other something that was probably important. But Rell was so partial to her traveling cloths. It covered up her body perfectly, hiding what she didn't want others to be seen.

"Shall we go then?"

"I have been working on it... but I am bound even tighter by my purpose these days My Lord." She leaned back against that body, smiling almost drunkenly on the feeling of his presence.

"So the prodigal son called you home once more... I can work with that." Her almost drunken smile faltered slightly as she reached back as if she would stroke the strong chin that would surely be just over her shoulder. "I didn't see you... I still see the possibility that the lost prince holds, he is a pivot point for the fates of many if he can be positioned correctly... but you are still lost to my sight."

For a moment Verandi, the new incarnation of Fate itself struggled with herself, with what she had once been and what she had become... she struggled against the ghost of a man that was apparently trying to sneak his hand up her skirt in broad daylight and his oh so alluring presence. "Why can't I see you?"
PostPosted: Wed Jul 13, 2011 9:57 pm

She would feel his chin, the strong jawline, the thick, course beard that flowed from it as her fingers caressed his sun-browned flesh...

"Your purpose is to position him proper, my dear..." The thick, strong voice whispered as the hand holding the skirt began to gently trail it's fingers up and down the inside of her thigh, the knuckles gently grazing the white, soft, smooth flesh, up and down, slowly, ever so slowly... "...I have been guiding him, but he will need you there...Fate, after all, is what binds us all..."

"I didn't see you... I still see the possibility that the lost prince holds, he is a pivot point for the fates of many if he can be positioned correctly... but you are still lost to my sight. Why can't I see you?"

"Because, my dear..." The voice whispered into her ear as the hand still upon her hip slowly traced its way up her body, running over her smooth belly and between her soft breasts to gently caress her chin, turning her head to the side as the other hand, trailing within her thigh, moved slowly upward to disappear beneath her skirt.

"...In the land of the blind, the one eyed-man is king."

She would feel his lips press against hers, his tounge...he tasted like the cosmos...and his touch....his touch was divinity incarnate...

"...I shall call you when the time comes, my dear...but know this..." He whispered into her lips as the kiss came to pass. "...Your quest will be over soon."

Then he was gone, in the blink of an eye. His taste lingered on her lips, his touch stayed with her body...and John lowered his hand, squinting in surprise.

"Wow...that was weird. I just..." He murmured. It was like a great, intense flash of pain - then nothing. Blood dripped from his nose suddenly, and he reached for a tissue from the box beside the bed, cramming it against his nostril. Time was flowing properly again - it was like Verandi's visitor had never even existed...

They had funds!

They had the mission!

Everything was set!

“Oh we shall go, Rellybean.” Izette made her way through the halls with her grasping onto her friend’s hand tightly. There was a bit of a smile to the woman’s face as she almost seemed too excited about this. If there was one thing that Izzy knew best that would definitely have to be spending over people’s money.

“Don’t worry, I’m a professional.” Izette tossed her head slightly back towards Rell with a slight chuckle in her voice This was definitely a fact. According to a great deal of her financial supporters; fashion consulting would have been the perfect job for her if she wasn’t lazy at all. Grinning, she seemed to provide a bit of moral support to the young woman. Nothing like having a trip shopping with your favourite “aunt”!

“Now the question where you wanna go? I know some cheap places, but if you wanna really wow him I know of a nice shop that costs a pretty penny. I think it’s called Morsel’s on Center Ave.” They had so many options! The only difference was the fact that they weren’t shopping for the punker, it was time for them to make Rell glow.
