Koji frowned and tried pushing Pen away while not toppling the stack in his hands when Skotti's annoyed comment came flying out. He froze for a second. "What.. just happened..?" He asked to the absent space the boss had been in before storming out. "I swear everyone around here has ESP. I should just stop thinking. Yeah, that's it, I'll stop thinking.

Waffle looked at Luciano and scowled.
"It's been what, a single day since then? And you expect me to instantly forget everything right away, as if nothing ever happened?!"

Skotti looked at pen "You know pen, I can't pretend that we will all deal with this the same way, it's time we all did our own thing" said skotti.

Pen didn't think so. Everyone was dealing with the same loss, so why couldn't they see each other in need of support. "Do you really think that Boss?" she responded

"Everyone deals with death a different way, me? I am gonna go play with my band, waffle probably wants to be left alone. You are welcome to come with me, and so is the rest of the gang, I get the whole 4th floor of that hotel reserved for free, but everybody relaxes a different way" said skotti.

Obviously, Koji had missed something. I knew I shouldn't have taken that time off to go oversee things at the DEA. I always end up so out of the loop when I leave. Feeling that prying into things would only make matters worse, Koji headed up to his room to start hiding away the gifts he bought. Afterward, he decided it would be good to start working on his art commissions again. Something always seemed to come up to prevent him from finishing.

It still didn't feel right the group being split but Skotti had a point. Can't force a bonding party. I so miss our day at the beach.
Pen nodded and sighed, "I'll catch up with you if don't mind. Just need to get a pack ready and I'm dying to go on a bike ride." She shook her head and still somber left for her own room.

Skotti smiled "Well you are welcome to chill at the recording studio with Darkkelf too" he said giving her some directions and jumping into the car. "See ya there" he said.

Luciano calmly shook his head, "I'm not saying 'pretend it never happened'. . I'm saying just let it pass through you. I'm trying to say don't blame yourself, and that everything happens for a reason- My Grandfather told me once that when you go through all of this pain, that the universe allows your heart to expand and when it gets bigger. . . then it means that you've healed and you can experience something better."

Luciano wasn't in any was phased by what Waffle was saying or doing. So, he stood up and he said, "I will let you handle this yourself, then." he took his file with him and exited out of her bedroom.

eh...whatever. I'll just visit my parents for the meanwhile then.
Waffle rolled off the bed, got out a sticky note and a pen, and wrote that she was visiting her parents and didn't care if anyone else wanted to join.
She went into the hall to slap the note onto the door and briskly walked through the portal in her room.

Pen headed out on her bike with a mesenger bag with some change of clothes. She was a little depressed at the start of her ride but the cool wind and energy of riding brought her mood to a more tranquil state.
However seeing Skotti's car head towards her and back into Durem she became mildly confused. "Must have forgotten something."
None the less she headed to the recording studio that Skotti had mapped out and hoped some music would bring this tired elf up a little more.

Waffle walked through the halls of Serole's castle, not having seen anyone yet. She did notice that the air smelled of floral incense being burned, probably to cover the smell of decay and potions brewing nearby.
Wait....why are potions being made?
She stopped in her tracks and followed the strong smell all the way to the infirmary. There were still a group of healers around Sabe's bed, but Colbur was not there. Not wanting to disturb anyone, she walked to the bedroom reserved for her in the castle, but when she was almost there, she saw Gustav and Colbur come out from the doorway, moving some of her things elsewhere. Colbur saw Waffle and shot her a quick we'll-explain-it-later glance.

 Luciano sat in his room- Michelle was doing a Run Way show out in Gambino, so she would be gone for a few hours. This gave Luciano the chance to look over the assignment given to him by, both, the Kuros and Ricci. He sat at his desk, going through the paper work when his mobile suddenly began to ring. Luciano cocked his brow, not knowing who it was- and couldn't know because the name and the number both read 'Unknown'. He picked up and said, ". . . Hello?", the voice that responded was low, sort of monotonous but very masculine sounding. It said, " Mr. Aguierre-Cheverria. . .?" Luciano nodded and he said, "Yeah. Who is this?" the voice responded, " You'll see later. Listen. . we can't talk on the phone, so I want you to meet me by the docks in exactly ten minutes." Luciano cocked his brow; somehow the voice knew that the docks were EXACTLY ten minutes away from HQ, he said, ". . Alright. . . Who are you?" the voice responded, " You'll see- Come alone." and with that the individual hung up. Luciano hid the folder in a secret spot in his room and then grabbed his keys; leaving the mobile at home, so as not to disturb the meeting. Just in case it was a trap, he took his modified revolver with him. He tucked it behind him, so that his vest hid it. Shortly after preparing, he- out of love- stole one of Skotti's vehicles to get to the docks.
