No way. For once, I feel somewhat validated for harassing someone endlessly. I'll not bring it up (too often) here only because he's not moving on, but the instant I can be a douchebag to him, I'm taking it.
I understand you're doing what you feel is right Vintrict, I'm just on a serious note very insistent you're not seeing the full picture. Thus..
Why I'm going to not mention this any more but keep constant note of it until the worst and most inappropriate time to bring it back up, destroying Roen forever. Preferably when he causes more drama, or when one of his family dies.

Merely distracted by the EVO 2010 event at Las Vegas. Which isn't a bad thing cause a judge needs a break sometimes.

I wish my boyfriend got to go on Vacation while my Mother was visiting me from Australia. Maybe if he hadn't been around, taking judge calls and doing his job, we could have gone to Niagra Falls or the Jersey Shore.

and i agree with you, but you're also the host.
if you feel you cannot uphold to your judging duties, maybe you should not be an official judge for next year, and instead only make choice decisions if other judges cannot come to an agreement.
