A slight growl came from Maddy, a sound that couldn't possibly be human even though she was. She suddenly leapt at Dark, quickly closing the distance between them. Her hands were outstretched and aflame, claw-like nails glistening.

Dark hold up. I snapped her out of it before by talking to her. Maybe we can try it again." he sighed then returned Leo for safety. "Ginji your not making this easy are you?' he prayed again. Nero sighed, "Maddy, you don't want to hurt anyone do you?" Nero jumped out of the way when Maddy attacked, "Woah hold up." Nero said

MaddyMage A slight growl came from Maddy, a sound that couldn't possibly be human even though she was. She suddenly leapt at Dark, quickly closing the distance between them. Her hands were outstretched and aflame, claw-like nails glistening. Dark was unsure how to stop the flame, but he used Iron Defense so the claws wouldn't hurt him. He felt it would be easier to fight closer to his opponent.

She merely leapt back after being unable to harm him with her claws. A circle of purple flames formed around her, rising up and protecting her. She stayed in the middle of the circle, crouched down, ready to leap out if necesscary. The flames on her hands and arms was now surrounding her completely. It would help with incoming close-range attacks but it was slowly burning her.

MaddyMage She merely leapt back after being unable to harm him with her claws. A circle of purple flames formed around her, rising up and protecting her. She stayed in the middle of the circle, crouched down, ready to leap out if necesscary. The flames on her hands and arms was now surrounding her completely. It would help with incoming close-range attacks but it was slowly burning her. He knew to avoid the flames. They were hot enough to damage him. So, from a few feet away he spat a Water Pulse. "Can you really not control yourself?!"Dark shouts, hoping for an answer.

Maddy leapt away from the water, even though a good bit of it got turned into steam on impact with the flames. She didn't respond to Dark's question, it was as if she didn't really understand words anymore. She suddenly disappeared in a burst of purple flame and light and reappeard behind Dark, attempting to slash him in the back with her flaming claws.

MaddyMage Maddy leapt away from the water, even though a good bit of it got turned into steam on impact with the flames. She didn't respond to Dark's question, it was as if she didn't really understand words anymore. She suddenly disappeared in a burst of purple flame and light and reappeard behind Dark, attempting to slash him in the back with her flaming claws. Dark is hit and jumps forward, feeling the brush of flames on his back. Lucky for him, the fire wasn't there long enough to burn. "If we weren't in HQ, I could just Surf but...."He then Does a Dragon Dance, now trying to keep up in speed. "I have the cure you know! If you can't keep yourself under control, I will use it!"

"N-NOOO!!" She collapsed to her knees again, the flames on her body dying down a bit but not disappearing. "I-I... I can control it... I-I just can't... w-without... without..." She clutched her head in pain, and the flames began to rise around her again. "N-Nooooo..." She felt herself slipping away again. But she didn't want to.

MaddyMage "N-NOOO!!" She collapsed to her knees again, the flames on her body dying down a bit but not disappearing. "I-I... I can control it... I-I just can't... w-without... without..." She clutched her head in pain, and the flames began to rise around her again. "N-Nooooo..." She felt herself slipping away again. But she didn't want to. Dark walks over to Maddy and steps into the fire. He does his best to ignore the burning. "You contradicted yourself. Can you, or can you not control it? I've yet to see this ever happen before. I believe you can do it. I believe you can get through this."He sits down in the to be eye level, now starting to feel the flames full effects. "It may sound kind of cold but, life's a b****. Live, love, lose. It's just the way things are. You think we all want to lose you, especially after losing a friend already? Please, don't be so selfish."He hoped for an answer soon, he could feel his skin become malleable.

She knew he was right. The flames vanished completely, leaving Maddy just sitting on the floor. She looked at Dark, tears running down her face. "My powers are tied in with my emotions. I can't control them when angered... or depressed..." She looked down at her hands, which were covered with burns like the rest of her body. "I-I just wanna be with Ginji..." She sobbed.

MaddyMage She knew he was right. The flames vanished completely, leaving Maddy just sitting on the floor. She looked at Dark, tears running down her face. "My powers are tied in with my emotions. I can't control them when angered... or depressed..." She looked down at her hands, which were covered with burns like the rest of her body. "I-I just wanna be with Ginji..." She sobbed. He looked down at the molten rock drops on the floor, which were cooling down and hardening. "There's... Not much anyone can do about that. All I can tell you is that he's not gone, he's in your heart... Which would be incredibly corny."He throws away his now nearly burned to nothing coat. "Well he's probably in a better place now. I mean, if there's Arceus, there's an afterlife y'know."He rubs the back of his head, he's terrible at condoling people. "I'm sure he still cares about you. Which would be another reason to live. Live for him now too."After the last words he lights up a cigarette. "Something always has to happen when I visit..." He mumbles, almost inaudible.

Maddy just sat there in silence. She wasn't sure if she'd be able to handle the funeral on Sunday if she was like this.
Raine appaeared next to Maddy. The little Kirlia shook her head. "You'll need to go and rest up. We don't need you killing yourself." With that, Raine teleported herself and her trainer off to the hospital wing.

"You'll need to go and rest up. We don't need you killing yourself." With that, Raine teleported herself and her trainer off to the hospital wing. Dark waves a good bye. "OZ!" He shouts. After a few seconds his Alakazam teleports in. "I'm leaving. C'mon, back to New Bark."Ozzy nods and the two vanish.

Christian wondered, Am i the only Team Aqua member that doesn't give his Pokémon nicknames? Oh wait! That reminds me. I need to give one of my Pokénon a Rainbow Pokéblock so they could talk. First Christian waved good bye to Dark. He said,"Squirtle c'mon out!" The little blue Pokémon said,"Squirt, Squirtle?" Christian replied,"You won't be saying that."Squirte tilts his head. Christian began again,"Here take this RainBow Pokéblock." The Squirtle swallowed the Pokéblock and said,"That was great! Huh? I can talk!" Christian smiled.
