Maddy appeared in HQ on the ceiling. She was sitting in her usual corner, resting against the walls. The shadows in that corner seemed to darken a bit as she sat down. "..." Her black hair fell in front of her face, hiding her reddened eyes.

Sammy looked over at Ms. Maddy, sighing. "Don't worry. It'll pass," she assured, talking about the sadness. "You'll go through hell before it does, but it'll pass."

Maddy just looked away from Sammy. The only thing going through her mind were her memories of Ginji. They were all she had to cling to now. Nothing else. She sighed and just held her head in her hands again, looking down (in everyone elses case, up) into her lap. "..."

Sammy shook her head, looking down at the ground. "No need to be sad. I mean, sure, there's no way of bringing him back, but if you kill yourself or others then you're not going to the same place as him. Well, not that I believe in that stuff," she said, having converted to atheism after Arceus couldn't bring Mr. Ginji back.

Maddy shook her head. "I'm going to find a way to bring him back..." She said. She then quietly added, "And if not, I'll gladly give up and join him..."

Sammy shook her head. "There's no way of bringing him back, Ms. Maddy. He's dead. And if you kill yourself, you'll be - once again, if you believe in this stuff - in different sides of the spectrum for all of eternity. No use in suicide," she pointed out, shrugging a bit.

"Doesn't count as suicide if you're killed by sadness..." Maddy mumbled to herself. "And if you're trying to make me feel better, it's not working. You've lost a loved one before and I'm sure you wouldn't appreciate it if I were to keep telling you you'll never get to see them again." She flinched slightly, Sammy's words were going right through her and it angered her slightly. She closed her eyes and took a few deep breaths. She was emotionally unstable right now. She couldn't let herself become overwhelmed again. She clenched her fists in concentration, her sharp nails digging into her palms without her really noticing the pain.

Sammy couldn't help but laugh. "I know I can't get my loved ones back. Hell, I've been dealing with that my whole life. It'll kill you inside, but as long as your still alive on the outside, everything's alright. And I'm not trying to make you feel better... I'm stating facts that I've come to by past experience. He won't come back, and that's the truth." she looked up at Ms. Maddy. "You're not the only one who misses him, you know. The most affected? Probably. But just because that's true doesn't mean we're all not sad..." she muttered. Mr. Ginji was like a protective big brother to her. While most of the Aquans were her "big brothers", Mr. Ginji had helped her through a lot... A whole lot.

"Yes, well, I think a life where you're dead on the inside isn't a life worth living. It isn't about what's outside, because you're nothing without what's inside. So you can go ahead and continue being your little empty shell of deadness." Maddy stood up. "I'm going to figure out some way to bring him back, because there's lots of things in this world we don't quite understand and until we understand them all, we can't say there's no hope." With that, she disappeared and reappeared up on her usual spot on the beach. She sat down on the rock and looked down at the water, listening to the ocean waves.

Sammy sighed. "Good luck," she said, hoping that she did find a way. Sammy wasn't usually this mean, but she wasn't in the mood for softening things for the sake of someone's feelings. She walked into the room, heading in for the night.

Christian walked in the HQ. He grabbed some raw eggs and uncooked bacon. He warmed the stove up and put the oil in. He sat on the table alone still sad about Ginji's death. Though he keeping it inside.

Christian added the bacon and eggs on the grill. he saw Sammy get in. He called,"Hey what's up? Want some bacon or eggs? I can add more."
