not that i'm condoning any of this... but a calendar has 12 months, and there's only 4 of us. i'm almost afraid to ask what's going to be pictured in the other 8 months... redface

So anyhow... how goes your night and do ye have any plans for the weekend? it's rare for me to be home on friday nights. i was supposed to meet up with honh tonight but since i haven't eaten all day and work was bananas, i was pretty woozy by the time i got out of work. so i headed home instead and here i am. as for the weekend, got some friends coming over tomorrow, 4 meetings on sunday capped with a birthday dinner for a friend in san francisco.

busy busy boy... I'm going to go see Sweeney Todd again, I have a taisomethinganotherdo testing to attend for a friends daughter tomorrow... and then sunday I'm just going to study.

... back to the ultimate foot-in-mouth moment. i was at a house party a couple of years back, and the folks who lived at the house were all college girls. anyway, a night of endless possibilities ended with... well, i don't remember. but what i do remember (and where things went downhill for me) was when i proposed a toast. mind you, i've already had a few drinks in me. so trying to be slicker than i really am, i wanted to toast something to score points with the ladies. however, it kinda went out like this:
"here's to liquor: the more we drink, the better you look!"
of course, what i meant to say was, "here's to liquor: the more YOU drink, the better WE look!"
the whole house went silent for what seemed like an hour, and the ice was finally broken when my homeboys started laughing. i'm pretty sure i saw every girl roll their eyes and we all took the shot. i was pretty sure that there was no possibility with all the girls in that house, and i was right. good thing some other girls came later... wink

Sarai-san I have such stories but I try to repress you know? meh... it's a learning experience and i just take it with a grain of salt. it's always an amusiing story... not that i use it as an breaker or anything, but i don't really mind sharing stories and whatnot. keeps people from pigeonholing me at least... hahah.
