There is no animal control in or around my town. If something happens we are supposed to call the police.
When we had a bat flying around our house in the daytime I had to call the police. I told them it was swooping down at me and doing figure eights and acting all non bat like. They told me it was fine, it's normal for bats to come out during the day and do that.
And of course later on we have a bat crawling around our house. Bat has to be killed and the dogs needed to get there rabies vaccinations done a few months early.
What I really need is a good pair of snake tongs.....

I think my younger brother will help me get it... my dad is terrified of snakes so... yeah, he's no help. But I think I found away I can get it without hurting it or getting to close. My mom might help me out... she has off from work tomorrow and it is supposed to be nice out... which means the thing should be out on the front steps sun bathing again.

I'll be careful mrgreen I used to catch snakes all the time as a kid and bring them home lol. I would just leave it alone but I don't want anyone or any puppies getting bitten.
