*she now started to do her sit-ups.. as she had done before last night.. she held her hands by her head.. so she would get pulled up easier.. turned her whole body and started to do the sit-ups*
1*then those figures got higher and higher until she was done she looked up at the sky. it wasnt raining tonight. when Alley was done with her sit-ups she started to run the same path as she had been shown last night. she ran and ran for the same speed for 30min*

Amara came outside and began to stretch. She awaited Alley to join her.

*Alley came outside and saw Amara not far from her, seeing that she was stretching was a good idea for any fight or training.*

She watched as Alley came and stood near her. She smiled and finished her stretches. She unsheathed her daggers and placed them on the ground.
"Well, me littl' darlin', what be yee first warm up?"
She asked curiously as just unlatched her bow and quiver, placing them on the ground next to her daggers.

She smiled at Alley and peered at the tree she was going to practice on.
"Could be something meself can help yee with, me dear Alley. Meself has t'eyes of'a hawk and meself is very talented with a bow."
She looked at Alley, wondering if she'd like her help.

*Alley smiled and spoke to Alanna*
Even though you may think im blind.. im not
*she said and formed to spikes in her hands that she pulled out from her hand, holding them with her two fingers.. aiming for an ant of the tree*
See that ant?
she asked and let loose one of her spikes and pierced through the ant, cutting it in half*

Amaras eyes widened a little.
"Me dearest Alley, i knew yee wasn't blind but meself had no idea yee were that talented."
She said laughing a little and moving to pick up her bow and quiver.
"I be leaving yee t'yer trainin'."
She smiled warmly at Alley, her smoothe elven face was lit up by Alleys unexpected gift. She latched her quiver around her back and held her bow in her left hand. She walked to a tree and placed her hands on it. A small vine popped out of the bark and made a target for her. She walked away from the tree a great distance and looked at the target.

*Alley watched Amara but turned her head and toke her hands around the piece of glass in her hands,, it turned into her pet blue jay bird Misha. It flew up and rested on Alley indexfingers.. she lifted up her hand and asked Misha*
Misha get some berries
*Misha flew through the trees and came back with some berries in her mouth and claws*
So drop them, and you can eat one if you want
*Misha followed orders but ate more than one of the berries..
when she dropped them Alley was there with her icespiked and aimed for the berries that fell towards the ground.. let loose some icespiked,, that hit the berries to the tree...piercing through them,,*

Amara smiled as she saw the small bird in the corner of her eye. She pulled her arrow and aimed at her target. She made sure that everything was in possition and released her arrow. The arrow raced through the air, fast than the first arrow she had released in her and Alleys fight yesturday that had hit Alleys shoulder. It hit the target and the vince split in half then suddenly vanished. She did that a few times, hitting the exact same point with each of her arrows. She smiled a little with satisfaction and walked up to the tree, pulling out her split arrows.

*Alley smiled and made a nod to Amara, seeing Misha flying over to her,, with a leather strip around her neck the sat on Alley indexfinger and turned back into a piece of glass. same color as herself.. Alley pulled the necklace over her head and around her neck.. now she had to do something else*

Amara touched the tree with her hand once more, as if talking to it. The tree swayed slightly, as if replying and Amara walked away but stopped a little closer. She stopped and stared at the tree. Suddenly, a vine whipped out of the side of the tree quite fast. Amara released her arrow quickly towards the end of the vine then immediatly got another arrow from her quiver. The arrow she had released hit the vine at the very end and if disapeared, causing the arrow she had shot to fall to the ground. The same thing happened a few times, the vines shooting in different directions. She quickly looked at Alley and winked.
"Moving Targets, me littl' lady."

*she smiled and watched Amara shot down the vines.. seeing them come one after one. Alley thought it looked pretty cool when she what she did..
Wanted to try something big and special.. so she walked further to a plane ground and tossed her bustersword to the side and crouched down to the ground .. with her knee on the ground.. looking up.. holding her hands in a prayer position,,, closing her eyes.. contracted for her next attack.. gavering power for it*

Amara continued to shoot at the vines. This time though the vines were shooting towards her, making her move and shooting whilst running. She shot at the middle of the vine, cutting it in half and making the vine vanish again. She did it quest a few times untill a vine came towards her and she was out of arrows. She rolled to where to daggers lay and picked one up, running away from the vine she quickly jumped and turned, throwing the dagger at a great speed towards the vine. The vine dissapeared and the dagger fell firmly in the ground. She finished and the tree swayed a little, stopping throwing the vines towards her. Amara began to pick up her arrows, placing the back in her quiver. As she walked around, she watched Alley curiously.
