Sage shrugged and put the rest of his clothing on. He then gathered up yuki's clothes and made his way towards her dorm. As he walked, a small bit of healing energy surrounded the nail given wound upon his wrist. Once he reached her dorm, he set her clothes outside the door and moved back to the main room.
Once in the main room, he looked to iri and said, " something weird is going on with yuki...first she tries to jump my bones then she slaps me and walks off when I say 'no thank you'. "

And I thought only half-feral animal demons likes Psyche did that. What's with all the nudity around here? Iri thinks as Yuki walks by. Despite the cat woman's foul mood, nothing seems to be wrong. As a result, the air around Iri stops swirling and shimmering. "Huh."
Iri looks up when Sage speaks to her. She has an idea of what Yuki's problem might be, but she doesn't voice it right away. "Well, most women don't like getting rejected. Kinda embarassing."

Sage blinked, " really? I was under the impression that if you suddenly and without warning try to jump someone's bones rejection would be expected. I mean spontaneous acts like that are fine between a couple....but last I knew I wasn't in a relationship like that with her....and I think she scratched my wrist..."

"Well maybe she--Wait, she scratched you? Did she draw blood?"
Iri looks in the direction of Yuki's room. She said she would start infecting people. Viruses are easily spread through an exchange of bodily fluids. That could explain drawing blood or making an attempt at intercourse.
"Anything else seem strange about her?"

Sage nodded, " yes...she drew blood...and she was acting like a cat in heat or something....oh wait...that might explain things...hmmm. Why? is there some significance to drawing blood? some kind of bond of engagement or something? or mark for a 'hit' ?"

She got Sage! The first real friend I made here and he's been infected by a freaky virus.
Iri shakes her head and leans against the couch that Reeve is laying on, her legs and arms crossed. Her face turns serious. "That scratch doesn't have anything to do with sensuality or romance. Before you gave Yuki that poison, she told me something important. Seph infected her with a virus. Over time, it keeps you from sleeping and breaks down your immune system that way. Then is starts to do a kind of mind control. Eventually, you'll start to get the urge to infect other people."

Sage nodded a bit, " anything else? do you know where it stays? how it is carried from person to person? where did it originate? is it still in seph? do you know of any ways to eradicate it?"

Iri looks back in the direction of Yuki's room and narrows her eyes. Now she has to avoid Yuki and soon Sage. Iri had finally started talking to Yuki. And it hurts like hell to have to consider a friend as a potential threat. If such a thing were possible, Iri would rip that virus to bloody little pieces.

Sage nodded a bit, " thanks for what you told me then...if it's in the blood I might....no...that would require at least another healer or two to pull off...and it would be taunting death."

"The scratch on your wrist tells me the virus may be in the blood at the moment. Odds are it won't stay that way, though. It's a virus's nature to divide and conquer, both within and outside of the body. What weirds me out is that it can control the mind. Makes me think that it isn't natural..."
Iri tilts her head to one side. She suddenly resembles a curious little bird. Then she shrugs the idea off. "In any case, once you start losing sleep, it might be best for everyone if you avoid people."

Sage nodded a bit, " I see....or I could start right now and work on meditation to try and purge my system of it. If we could find Nyl...I might be able to fully drain my body of it's blood, then replenish it before my body died...but even then it would be highly unlikely that I could survive that..."

Iri shakes her head in disapproval. "I would advise against draining your body. Besides that, it might not even work. Certainly wouldn't help if the virus infected your body tissues along with your blood. And we don't know how quickly that thing works through the body. Might already have nestled in the tissues of your arm."

Looking over towards Saff, Tutsumi sighed and slowly got up once more...this time to his feet. As soon as he got up, he started to jog in place, bouncing with each step.
"Reeve...has them. Tis why he's such a mess, I'm guessing."
