Sammy gave a small wave to Nero. "Yo," she greeted, nodding her head a bit. "What's up?" she asked rather unemotionally.

"I was about to break the news to Maddy but she ran off before I could. I think she will take it the worst out of all of us. After all, they went on a few dates together and all." he said then sighed alittle. He didn't get much sleep last night. He didn't call out his new Meowth yet because he didn't want to introduce it at a sorrowfull time like this.

Sammy shrugged. "I guess it doesn't matter either way, really. She'll find someone new and Mr. Ginji will be forgotten," she guessed, obviously trying not to think too much about the pain Ms. Maddy would be going through after she heard.

Maddy ran back into HQ. "Ok, now that that's done with. Ok so what's going on?" She asked, leaning back against the wall again. She was a bit flushed from all the rushing she had just done.

Sammy looked at Ms. Maddy and back over to Nero. "Can you tell her, please?" she asked, not wanting to break the news.

Christian stood up. he said,"Well someone has to. The Memorial Service on the sixth would be the worst to find out." Christian saw Maddy enter.

Sammy, still sitting, just watched for Ms. Maddy's reaction. She would probably be very, very, very mad/sad. "Oi vey," Sammy sighed.

Maddy peered at the 3 of them. "Uhmm... Ok?" She went over and sat down on the couch, still not feeling like climbing onto the wall or the ceiling. "What's up?"

Nero scratched the back of his head, "Um..." he looked at Christian and Sammy, "Well we all went on a mission yesterday. It went as planned until the end. Fact of the matter is, um..." Nero sighed, "Ginji's dead." he said looking away, the lump in his throat growing larger.

Sammy bowed her head, showing respect for the lost member. And especially for his girlfriend. "The funeral is coming up," Sammy murmured.

Maddy just blinked at Nero for a few seconds, trying to fully understand his words. She went ghostly pale. "Y-you... You're joking..." She merely shook her head. "No. There's no way he can be dead. H-he can't..." She went quiet as she tried to hold back tears, but no force in the world could stop them from rolling down her cheeks. She clenched her fists a bit and looked down into her lap. She didn't want to look at any of them. "Wh-what h-happened?" She asked, struggling to get the words out coherently.

Sammy looked over at Nero, assuming he'd be able to explain. If he couldn't, though, she'd step in in a heart beat.

"While we were all on the mission, fighting our future selves, Ginji went after his future self. Ginji put up a fight, but Future Ginji was too strong. Not even Arceus could bring him back." Nero said holding back tears himself. He was trying to be the strong one. For all of them right now. "His spirit came to us. But it was weak. He was in paradise. Arceus apologized for not being able to brin him back. But I guess, even gods have liits to what they can interfere with." Nero said as a tear rolled down his cheek.
