((Fast forwarding a bit....))
The sound of birds chirping and rustling in nearby trees could be heard as the first rays of light pierce through the overhanging foliage, illuminating the forest once more as morning arrived. A yawn could be heard as Dawn stretched, cracking his neck in order to get the stiffness out. He had been keepin watch all night, and though he wasn't really tired, he was feeling a bit stiff. He stretched his arms out behind him as he sat up, glancing over at his "companions". Neither had woken up yet, which was fine with him. Letting his legs dangle from the branch, he pulled out another one of his strange pastries and began eating slowly, letting his body relax for a moment....

Misukai blinked awake to sunlight falling on her face, looking around and taking in her suroundings to remember where she was. Spotting Dawn, she gave a smirk to the ideas going on in her mind and got up quietly. Using her ability to control wind, she walked on air over to his tree and hovered laying down directly over him. Leaning so close that their faces were only a few inches away, she poked him softly on the forhead with a happy grin, "Ohayoo Gozaimasu~!" Once again acting childishly...

Dawn blinked at the poke and looked up, only to see Misu hovering above him. Of course, this rational thought process within his mind did not stop him from falling backwards as he tried to move away from the overhead "threat". However he managed to hook his legs on the branch and swun g around so he hung upside down for a moment, staring up, or down in his case, at the girl. "Good morning to you too...." he muttered sarcastically, though there was a slight smile on his face....

Waking from the patch of grass she was sleeping on, blinking softly a few times as the morning light stunned her eyes a bit. With a handover her yawn she stretches as she sits up. Glancing around She leaves and heads the nearest stream. Brushing back her bed hair a bit, she glances down at the flowing water and sighs as she kneels beside the edge, and splashes some water on her face. the cool water fresshen her up, as a smile spread across her face. Gently brushing her hair with her fingers she just hums softly to the sounds of the stream.

Focht slowly woke up, mostly do to Sai getting up. He wasn't in any hurry to get up from the patch of grass, quite comfortable after a long nap. Stretching and yawning, he listened to her humming. His ears twichted as he listened for anything else in the area besides the too of them aswell, mostly out of old habits.

After taking a few minutes at the stream, she stood up and slipped off her heels and dropped them at the edge. She gently climbed her way on top of some rocks and sat at the edge, with her legs in the water. She tucked up her dress so that it wouldnt dangle too close to the water.

Focht waited a few minutes before getting up and following Sai. He was still partially asleep as he walked after her. His foot steps made little sound as he walked, his tail gently swaying behind him. When he found her, he stopped a few feet back and watched her, leaning against a tree with a slight smile.

Misukai gave a small giggle and sat down next to Dawn's dangling figure, grining down at him. "Gomen nasai. I didn't mean to startle you, but I just could help myself. Though you seem a bit jumpy today... Ogen'ki desu ka?" Sometimes she couldn't tell which language she was speaking, or if she was speaking it correctly.

Once she knew her dress was safe she leaned back onto her hands and swayed her feet in the water kicking softly to malke the sounds of waves against the rocks. She had nothing to do in particular but was sure enough enjoying the day. it has been a while that she had a good rest and time to enjoy herself.

"I'm fine..." came the mumbled response, as Dawn reached up and grabbed the branch before flipping over so he landed on the ground. He shrugged his clothing back into place as he stood there, looking at her for a moment before sighing. "Speaking of fine, how's our friend doing over there? Still alive?" he asked as he stretched his arms, getting the kinks out as he stood there....

Glancing over at the boy, she cocked her head to the side with a curious look. "Um, I'm not sure..." With that, she landed softly on the ground a walked over to Zack, kneeling down next to him and looking him over.

Dawn couldn't help but give a sigh at this, slightly discouraged by the girl's forgetfulness. After all, it had been her idea to take the boy in. Ah well, not that it really mattered. If he was dead they could just move on. If not, well, it became more complicated. He sighed once more, as he awaited her opinion of the boy's condition....

The human girl's presence startled Zackala awake, but he quickly flopped back down upon recognizing her. He glanced over to the man and then back to the girl. So they were still here even after his repulsive behavior. The har had to admit that this girls seemingly inquisitive nature extracted a sort of ambilalence from him. ((Agh.. sorry for being gone so long.. and additionally I'll be gone for an entire week after tomorrow... sweatdrop ))

Marius walked calmly through the woods, and though he lacked the well honed sense of where everything was that a true woodsmen may possess, he was sure he knew where everything larger than a squirrel resided. As he walked, his eyes seemed to shift subtlely between blue and green. His blue hair stood out in sharp contrast to everything and running a hand through it he considered his probable pursuers. With a sigh he shook his head and began looking, listening, and trying to smell any sign of water. A pond would be best, followed by a puddle, or even a river or stream. He walked quietly as he searched and contemplated the rumors of monsters and fighters that had brought him to this region. His heart beat excitedly at the powerful beings whispered of in the rumors, to some it was a terrifying thought, to him it was a path to growth, and possibly back.

Of all the things he hoped to find, Marius was forced to settle for a puddle. He shrugged to himself as he simply accepted that it had what he needed and kneeling began to alter himself in a minor yet effective way. He scooped mud up slowly and place it on his hair before essentially washing his hair with it. Finally when he could look in the much diminished puddle and see no more blue, he made a gesture and with a mumbled word, dipped his head into the puddle before raising it out and observing again. That had done the trick, all excess dirt was gone and what seemed to be even on close inspection to be dull brown hair remained. He smiled softly before removing a scrap of hide that proved to be a rough map from a pouch on his belt. He looked upward at the evening sky for several long moments before turning eastward and setting off once more.
