I don't know. They we too high level for me to use them against her. Sucked. I was limited to my just evolved Gyrados and a level 17 Misdrivious. Damn my level 43 Torterra, level 34 Golduck, and Level 31 Starivia. And damn her level 22 lightning cat thingy! One hit my Gyrados and two hit my Misdrevious with Bite. ******** Dark move vs Ghost type.
But it was sooooo gay. That's how I lost my first Pokemon battle EVER! Oh well. Gyrados did get a hit in. And it did 3/4 of her HP bar. Then I had to use confuse ray and it had to not hit itself. sweatdrop

The blows. But wait, Gyrados should be water dragon right, or is it water flying? *been ages since I used a Gyrados, like way back when you got the red gyrados the first time*

I think it's Dragon and Flying. Or it's Water and Flying with dragon moves.

See, that always confused me, due to its heavy mix of moves.

Yeah it's a pain. I suspect water and flying due to my ability to one hit them with my strong grass Pokemon. But that still doesn't remove the fact the at high level Gyrados is deadly. Best moves for them are Hyper Beam, Dragon Rage, Hydro Pump and Twister. Slaughter. Vain, heres a good site on everything pokemon. http://www.serebii.net/diamondpearl/newpokes.shtmlThat links to the Diamond and Pearl Pokemon. I want a Gible.

I used a simular set up, though instead of twister, I had Fly (as a delay tactic, and to piss of Bardok whenever he used a grass one me).
Thanks for the link, but from what I have seen so far, these new pokemon scare me, its like their makign a baby pokemon for eveyrone now X_X

Yeah, and then Electobuzz and the rest evolve too. Many new guys from the old ones.

Oddly enough I always used Grass and Flying types, with the occasional Ground and Ghost.

I can't remember how many times my Gengar saved me from gruesome deaths from Mews. I always got lucky and the would use explosion when they used Metronome.

I rarely got a Gengar, due to lack of freinds wanting to give me back my a** kicking Hauntar... And I never really had to fight mew many times, due to not many of my freinds knew the unlock mew glitch.

Yeah, me and all my friends knew the trick and used it for the masterballs and rare candy. It was always nice to quickly level a Pokemon past it's bad stages. I miss Missing No. And I made sure to get my Gengar back after the trade.

Yea, it was good, but useless in the gold and silver, due to the pokemon dupe trick
