Stimulate your brain / mental capabilities often.
Crosswords, puzzles, games, even reading!
Truth be told, I have not touched a novel since high school mandatory readings; more truthfully, I didn't even read the book - coles notes, cliff notes, shhh
@ Mint: I hope you're not too stressed with drawing!
Tell me, do you happen to draw differently depending on the emotion you're feeling as you draw?
I had soup, crackers, and vegetables!
