I slept on it wrong, so Bengay won't do much. A cold pack did wonders though and it only stings when I move my shoulder now.

But Bengay relaxes the muscle; I use it on my forehead when I get unbearable migraines.

I think it's just..twisted wrong. I took an advil (cousin of his actually, End..something) and the pain didn't go away, there was just less of it. I could turn my head towards the shoulder blade afterwards. I don't think we have Bengay in the house however. I grew up learning pain 'Will go away eventually. Even in death, will you part."..so we don't rely on painkillers.
