I'm such a rebel. Yeah, I'm starting to think the guild needs a chatterbox thread. or a second hangout thread. So one can be for real conversations and one can be for gibberish and emotes. But i'm waiting till I get back from vacation to think about it.

I'm not trying to be that guy. It's just that I do stop in here and I see things that may have turned into a normal casual conversation but then get washed out by a wave of emotes or gibberish. There is nothing wrong with emote chains and gibberish it's just I think a seperation wouldn't hurt.

I think people are too quick to make new threads for every little thing when most of the threads we have now have little to no activity at all. Also, a lot of the threads could/should be consolidated into a post in one of the threads designed specifically for a certain topic. Someone comes back after a long time of being away..big ******** deal. Do we need an entire thread about it? I don't think so. That's what member news is for. Also, the picture threads. It's not so much a problem now, but it has been before and I'm feeling rather ranty so here it goes. Every random little whoreface with a camera doesn't need to have their own thread. That's why the Camwhore thread was created, is it not? And something else that's rather annoying. Some random little nooblet pops into the guild and posts in a thread that hasn't been posted in in forever and wasn't even popular when it was first created. wtf?

I was simply stating it's not utter chaos until we both have agreed. And we have. =[
I think making another chat thread is pointless. It'll be active for a while then slowly die like all others. Do we REALLY NEED another chat thread just because some people can go spam emotes? No. Not really.
It's not like anyone really has posts just with an emote anyway. It's not that big of a concern to make a new thread that'll probably never be used.
