i just realized that the figure skaters' costumes would make gorgeous avatar edits. i rarely order customs, so i probably won't get any of those edits unless an editor makes them. boy, would i love to get my grimy paws on them whee .

Really easy. :3 Open photoshop. Make a new file. 100 x 100. Zoom in to 1600%. Grab the PENCIL tool on 1px. Make a diagonal line of 3 WHITE squares. Now, select the dots with a border of 1 pixel all the way around. Save it as a pattern. Then just fill it over the picture you wanna put dots on. Then, set it to soft light and play wwith the opacity until you like the look. :3
