The Kaiser would be whoever is the ruler of the Empire. For example, the Hohenzollern king of Prussia was called the Kaiser once Germany was united. 3nodding

I played again, and now, most of Italy is under the HRE except for Urbino, Sardinia, Sicily and the Papal State.

Oh, you started as Bohemia? I thought you were Austria. rolleyes
I've only made it to 1700 in my France game in EUIV, but I just recently dismantled the HRE and have been integrating all my PUs and vassals. I should really keep a list of all my PU partners and vassals from over the years. razz

I started as Austria. It's just that, at the beginning of the game, Bohemia's king was the kaiser. :O
I took out Venice and all it's colonies. biggrin
