Riku let go of Aryza before getting hit by the jounin's jutsu. He hadn't expected such an action for something so simple. Paralysed he just stood there unable to move. The chunnin didn't even bother trying to break the jutsu either. It wasn't such a big deal.

Aryza on the other hand smiled mischievously with her brothers new state. With a stick, she found just milliseconds ago and who knows where, she made the mistake of poking Riku. The young girl was completely oblivious to the fact the jutsu would break upon contact. "He he he he" she giggled as she poked her brother while speaking. "What is big brother gonna do now that you cant move?" Another poke. After the 5th poke Aryza jumped backwards when Riku grabbed the stick.

Something sharp poked his side. Apparently Aryza had found a stick, though it was thanks to her the jutsu was cancelled . Faking to be paralysed longer then he was decided to scare his little sister and succeeded. "I would've stayed paralysed if you hadn't poked me..."

Rhaim was still sprawled out on his back with a questioning look on his face towards the Jounin. He slid his head along the pavement to a cocked position on the other side of himself to see if perhaps a new perspective would help him understand the man better. It did not. The boy gazed back and forth from the two Inuzuka to the new man before letting his hand drop. Though he completely disagreed with the guy he figured that arguing with someone so prone to using jutsu on people he didn't know wasn't the smartest route.

Finally the Nara somersaulted backwards to get to his feet and lightly brush himself off. He held up his left hand to Aryza and Tairu while placing his right in his pocket, "Well I guess I'll go be a bad example someplace else. See ya guys. Good luck."

The boy walked gingerly back down the staircase towards the street level. A bit of dirt still visible in the center of his back.

Okita sighed and raised an eyebrow. Just what exactly did the Inuzuka teach themselves? Surely it wouldn't hurt them to pick up a book once and a while. But alas, it seemed as though they were determined to keep themselves mired in the pitiable state of barbarism.

"I suppose you could have said it like that, if you wish to put it in simpler terms. Unfortunately if the orders are unclear, than it is the fault of the general. However if the orders are clear, it is the fault of the subordinate. Now then; if you two are done inciting a riot among the populace and ruining the reputation of your fellow ninjas, I would ask that we all move on."

Truly, Okita didn't care about what they had been fighting about. All that mattered was that they stopped causing issues in middle of town. People needed to thing that all ninjas were calm, collected, focused killing machines that would be able to defend the village without caring about their own lives. Anything else and they would show weakness, a fatal flaw for a ninja, but even more so for Konoha's reputation. They were on top, and it was harder to stay there than to get there.

Okita smirked as the girl spoke. He wondered if she actually had any idea of what she was saying.

"It is customary for one to provide their own name before asking someone else’s. Also, your problems became my problem when you decided to cause them in public. If you do not want people including themselves, then remove yourselves from the public's eyes. Also I did not ask your name, for names don't matter very much unless you are identifying a corpse on a battlefield."

He sighed again and looked bored at the two of them. How sad it must be to wallow in ones bestial nature all the time. It must be just as bad sitting around in the excrement of their beasts! Yet even illiterate barbarians had their uses; you just had to make sure they didn't know what they were doing. A little thought caused a lot of problems with those people.

"So, in the interests of the public, shall we take this somewhere else? Or will you return to your dens to continue fighting? Either way it should be away from here."

"My name is Okita Kagomori. I meant no disrespect to either of you. However there is no reason we can't always be civil. I am pleased to see that the fire that drives your clan is not lost in the two of you."

Okita cracked his neck and looked around. It wasn't like there was much to do around her now the two of them were done fighting.

"I don't care what you two do in the privacy of your own homes, but when you're in public please try to avoid causing disturbances. Shinobi have enough enemies without turning the public against us as well."

He looked over at the girl, wondering why she didn't take the cue from her brother. He at least seemed to have common sense. Perhaps they would train together one day. For now, Okita's attention was on the young girl. Wild as she was, it was strange that she didn't have some control over herself. Insubordination was always a threat to the village, and someone who wasn't wise enough to take control of their own emotions was always a danger. He would have to be wary around them.

Okita regarded the two Inuzuka with the same blank look that he gave everyone. His job had been done, and the man had learned some respect, or at the very least he had managed to pretend that he had some.

"If you are bored, than put your body to good use. Train yourself."

He didn't care if she did or not, but it wasn't his problem one way or another. Although training young students would allow him to show his competence as a leader...

"If you would like, i could help you train. I have nothing better to do today."

Okita was slightly taken aback that she had agreed so readily. Hopefully she was more than just a little firebrand that couldn't take orders. Those were always a pain in the butt to keep around, and he had no intention of leaving her like that. She would learn discipline, even if she had to learn it at the point of a sword.

"Where you train is dependent on what you train. What are you weakest in?"

He would start by making her more well-rounded before training what she wanted. Unfortunately this would not be too easy. Inuzuka were far too spontaneous for his needs.

"Before we begin, is there anyone else you would like to train with? Training in pairs is always easier for the kinds of things you will need to do."

If anything good could be said about the girl, it was that she was honest. Most people would have twisted the question and stated what they were good at, completely missing the question.

"Well let me rephrase the question. Which disciplines do you tend to be better at? Mental disciplines; or physical ones?"

Now that he looked around at the other kids, none of them had really said anything. One had, and he looked like a Hyuuga of sorts... But that didn't really mean anything. Young Hyuugas were like young birds. Never allowed to leave the nest except when the mother was watching. So where was this boy’s guardian? Perhaps he was an unfortunate accident of one of the males and a lower woman. It didn't really concern him either way.

"If I know what you want to do, I can easily create a regiment around what you need."
