I'm going to make myself a milkshake.

That or hope Greg gets me one tomorrow...or some custard. heart

Culvers is love. heart

However, the Madison-based chain of Michaels has custard that spanks Culvers anyday. ninja

I've seen Michael's, but never actually been in one.

How are the prices?

About the same for Custard, might be a little pricier. If it is, it's never been noticable enough to deter me from buying there when I'm home.

I wouldn't recommend the burgers and other food: they don't taste bad but both my sister and I get ill if we eat them there. There's something they use that just doesn't agree with us. Culvers is definitely the way to go for a burger but if you can find one, Michaels is better for Custard anyday. (Yes, I love Custard so much that it gets capitalized like the proper noun it should be. <3 xd ) They also have fantastic fudge sauce and the rootbeer they use is great too.

rofl Dangit, first thing I do when we get up there in May is hitting Michaels.

I had never seen a Culvers until I moved up to Wisconsin. I'm from Maryland.

Michaels you won't. wink

Culvers started as a Wisconsin chain but has been expanding throughout the midwest and I think is continuing to do so.

Just wanted to ask if anyone knows anything about the new lolcat items. Are they donation items? How long have they been around for?

I'm going to save up for the Longcat scarf. It's so cute! biggrin

They were in the cash shop, but the item isn't in it anymore.

I was bit by the Spring Cleaning Bug.

I have 5 bags of clothes that don't fit D, Lily, or I that I'm donating to Good Will. People gave me clothes that I would have had to hold onto for 4 years or more before it fit Lily. I figured donating them would do far more good.

Ahhh ok. Thanks for letting me know. biggrin

Do you guys know where to get the little rubber ducky that goes on your head? I checked the shops but couldn't find it.
PostPosted: Thu Apr 24, 2008 11:58 pm

See I'm the opposite. I preferred people to give me clothes that they can wear when they are older. I used those space saver bags and had them stored in a closet. Mind you, I don't have a heck of a lot of storage space, but clothes I make room for. blaugh That and I never know if something were to happen.

Then again, I get overzealous in my planning sometimes.

The duckies are in the Casino shop. I think about 1k tickets for one.

Almost all of the clothes that I got for Lily were 2T and up. Some of the stuff I did hold onto, but for the most part I bagged it for Good Will. Especially since it was taking over my living room. I got boxes and boxes full of clothes that wouldn't fit her for years. I went through 5 boxes that day and only found a couple of outfits under 12 months in size.
