We got some snow already in Finland (I'm dropping by here for a few months before coming back to Hong Kong in late January, 2007). Unfortunately all the now melted already. Hopefully we'll get some more soon - before christmas anyway.. nothing sucks like a black christmas. Actually, the only thing that sucks about HK is the lack of snow during the winter. Can't have everything though, I suppose - hot summers and snow during winter. Picking just one, I'd take the hot summer so I suppose I shouldn't be complaining. biggrin

You guys are lucky.. apparently the rest of Europe is pretty green still.. skiing is going to be terrible.. >__<;; we never get snow in England before the new year, anyhow. [and if we do, it goes away before Christmas gonk ]

We got some more snow just today but the forecasts say it'll all melt away before christmas!! sad
The thing is, I don't know how familiar people are with this, in Finland we have only a few hours of daylight during winters. If there's no snow here, it'll be pitch black 20 hours of the day and the remaining 4 don't really feel like much with the rain and crap.
Yet, when there's snow, it reflects whatever light there is and makes everything a bit more cheery!
Late autumn when it's already dark and there's no snow yet is the peak of Finnish suicide statistics - no wonder!! It's damned depressing here! confused
Well, on the opposite side we have a few weeks during summer when the Sun doesn't set at all and it's party all day/night long!! whee

Mmn, my friends went to Iceland in the summer and they complained about not getting any sleep at all.. xD
Suicide? That's a bit.. drastic.. o__0;;
I hope you get a white Christmas.. 3nodding [dunno about you guys, but our weather reports are NEVER right xD]
