Cassidy gripped Shadow tightly, fear coursing through her veins, more so than blood. She started to fire at whatever she saw and swore, this wasn't working. She quickly tossed the gun aside into the brambles and drew a short sword, she had changed to boots before she had dashed out to join shadow, and they made the perect place to conceal weapons. Cassidy snarled at the army ahead. She gulped and knew that this woulnd't work. "Sorry Shadow," she whispered to him softly. She leapt from the horse and looked up at him and said, "I'd only slow you down." She bit her lip and spun the sword in front of her, a look of shock was on her face. "Huh, I didn't know I could use this thing, must be some vamp perk." With that Cassidy snarled again and came blade to blade with a ghoul. She was spinning, parrying, dodging and slashing. Her footwork was quick as were her hands and she quickly cut him down. The fear in her viens was starting to mix with anxiety and adrenaline. She moved foreward into the onslaught twirling her blade and cutting down those in her way. Barely into this fight, she had already sustained a few cuts, but they were minor, she was a fast healer anyways.

Rajin stood at the back of the lines and cocked her head. "It seems as though it will take a while for me to get to the front." So instead of waiting she teleported next to Vicklyn. "Having are we?" She asked as she joined the frey.

Abel slashed at ghoul after ghoul, lopping off heads as he ran. He launched a few orbs of his dark magic at a group of them, nearly instantly killing them. He mumbled a chant a large cirle of dark smoke erupted around him. In an explosion, smoke filled the area. "guys now!!" he yelled to his friends this was a distraction/ an attack to the ranks so the others could get through. He stepped over the um-teen bodies and kept walking and laughed as he stepped over more and more bodies killed from his spell.

"Hahaha" I laughed as sinister as I could, "more fun than I could have imagined" I said as a ghoul jumped at me, I put my hand up to sheid myself and remembered the telekinesis as the ghoul stopped in mid-air. "Duh" I said aloud as I ripped it in two, it's disgusting blood and drool flew everywhere some hitting Rajin. "Sorry" I said to her cutting down a few more. "This is easier than I thought it would be" I said still laughing in that sinister tone

Rajin laughed along with Vicklyn, "Why sorry, the blood just adds to the fun." Rajin spun her sword around cutting three ghouls down in one swipe. Unfortunatly five more fill there place and rajin found herself surrounded. Smiling she waited till the group attacked then teleported behind on of them. Two ghouls had impared their buddies. Pin ran to join Rajin's side and burned a ghould to a crisp. "Yikes, i'd forgotten how scary battle was." As he took out anothe ghoul. Rajin cracked up, and as a result almost got her head chopped in two. "Don't distract me damn idiot." She teased him.

"Seems like I'm the only one having trouble here!" Cassidy called out as her small form slipped through the ranks. She quickly beheaded a ghoul with magically enhanced sword, dropped hers and grabbed his. As she grabbed it She was kicked to the ground. She quickly threw it over her and sliced it in half. She was covered in it's sticky blood along with plenty of her own. She had a long cut running down her cheek that dripped blood onto her lips. She was spinning her sword as fast as possible but it seemed like she was drowning in a see of them. She needed to be closer to someone on foot. She quickly cut her way to Abel and said, "I have to stick by you, or I'm going down. Can't be on a horse or I'm useless." She hadn't stopped moving her feet or sword for a moment as she spoke to him, her eyes were frantic as they scanned the crowd for her father. She saw him casting a few minor spells and blowing up some of their undead. "Damn it!" she said aloud.

Van's eyes open wide when the man had killed many of the ghouls that fast. "I need to get me some of that." He said after cutting the head off of one of the ghouls. He remembered what Shadow said and replied "Oh, and I didn't see this coming. It was not planned, spur of the moment thing. I did see the attack of the real people, but they have friends now." Van took out two pieces of wire and wrapped them around the end of the sais and started to kill ghouls ten feet away by swinging them around. Van was not use to the use of the sais this way but would live....or continue to exist. Then a ghoul behind him got on to of him and Van pulled out a fan of blades and started to destroy the ghoul. He stood up and said "Good thing I had these on me." He pulled out a second one and was able to throw these with a boomerang affect so they would come back. Several of the ghouls around Van were headless now and falling to the ground. "This will not be easy."

Shadow looked to Cassidy in horror. "Come back cassidy don't... damn it." he yelled as she ren into the battle. Shadow dug his heel into the side of his horse and forced it to charge forward. Shadow held his sword high as he entered the frey. He brough his sword down and cut the head clean off a ghoul. Shadow wasn't use to fighting with a sword on horse back, he needed a lance for the charge, he needed it to put an end to Marquis. "Won't someone deal with the wraiths, magic users through something at them." he called as he used his own skills in necromancy to re-raise his falled skeletons every time they fell but it was a tiering business.
Marquis had begun to feel the strain of keeping his army alive. He was loosing more ghouls than he could raise again. Lucky for him he had alot more to spare. Marquis grinned and sent in half of his reserves to join the battle. The ghuols swarmed out from behind the trees and charged in to reinforce the lines. Wraiths swarmed to the front and the daemons started to adavnce behind the ghouls.

Valaryia sat in the dungeon against the wall in a corner, passing the time by, with one hand, manipulating small objects around. In the other arm she held Neferata, stroking her hair. While the feeling of suspense was still strong in her gut, being with Neferata made things better. Knowing they were safe made it all worthwhile.

"Damn it!" Cassidy shouted eying her father. "Its okay. I got this, lemme show him up a bit!" she snicked as he spun his scythe and took out 5 ghouls. He slung his scythe over his shoulder and began to chant, his eyes eyes were closed and his voice was a low hum. A loud explosion occurred and ghouls and beast went flying. That would have gotten Cassy's father's attention. He snickered and hit the ground with the shaft of his scythe. Roots shot up from the ground and constricted 6 or 7 ghouls and a couple of the higher ranking officers horses, knocking them to the ground.

Rajin signaled to jared to use his lighting to strike at the wraiths. Jared pointed his katans at them and bolt after bolt of lightning shot at the creatures.
The tiger roared and jumped into the middle of the ghouls. "You call your selves fighters! Your weakling that can't touch me!" In fact, not many were touching the tiger. She luaghed again and tore more heads off.

Stefan Van Alystne saw the green haired child tear up the army that both he Marquis had spent so much time gathering and raising. Instead of lashing out in anger, he laughed. "That's my boy," he said with a proud smile upon his face. "You see that Trixie, he's one of us already, born to kill."
His laughter rang out along the battlefield. "Well done fair child, well done," he said with a sly smile upon his battle scarred face.

'They can handle this' I thought as I charged further forward, away from our ranks towards their officers. I cut down a few, then started tearing them to shreds with my mind. I started ripping them in half, making sure their heads were severed from their bodies. I was having so much fun with this I hadn't noticed one who hadn't died, he shoved a spear right through me, the point entered my body just under my ribs on my right side and exited near my collar bone on the left side of my body. I pulled Bettie's reins, she turned and stomped him until I lopped off his head. The pain was almost unbearable. I pulled it out and screamed in agony throwing it to the ground. "Dammit, that was too close" I said trying to recover while still fighting

Abel shuddered at Cassy's father. He was applauding him for killing off so many of his army. "Cassidy, do I have your permission to attack your father and Trixy?" A low growl escaped his pale lips. He slashed at a few more ghouls with out even realizing they were attacking him. He raised some more roots and it killed off a few more beast. He raised his hands into the air and wailed. A few surronding trees sprouted from the ground, their roots legs, and branches arms. He laughed as a they began to crush a few ghouls. Some blood spattered onto him, with a smirk he dragged his finger down his cheek, blood covering it before licking it off. His nose scrunched up at the foul taste. Horror filled his eyes as he saw a spear sticking through Vicki's body. Thankfully she ripped it out and kept going. That was close.
((Im going a bit of lord of the rings with the trees. I hope no one minds. Abel is a dark earth mage and I thought it would be a good idea *dont killme*))

Shadow pulled back from the battle for a moment as one of the zombies rushed to him carrying his old lance. Shadow sheathed his sword and took the lance, it was still as perfect as the day it was made... somehow. Shadow turned the horse and watched the battle. He saw ghouls fall only to have more crawl over their corpses. The wash of ghouls, Shadow wondered how they would ever win against such a large force. He watched as wraiths and spirits returned to their rest and he watched Marquis off in the distance, laughing. 'We need a mirical to win this.' he thought as the lines moved back and forth like the tides of the world. Shadow watched in horror as Vickilyn charged deeper into the army and right up to the officers, he saw what had happened to her. "Damn it... I must charge now." he said to himself as he dug his heels into the side of his horse, Smoke, and charged forward trampeling the ghouls as he passed. Shadowlowered his lance ready to strike as he got closer and closer to his foe.
The oposing army did not seas in its advances. The sea of ghouls continued thrie suicidal charge into the residents on the mansion. Claws swung at anything that wasn't a ghoul trying to rend the flesh from their bones. There seemed to be no end to the ghuols, nor the daemons that advanced with them. The generals body gaurds took Vickilyns presance as a great threat. They all turned to face her and advanced in.
Neferata coudl hear the battle off in the distance. "I hope they will be ok." she said to Valaryia as she leaned into her a bit more.
