I"m back. Play?
And, team 7 sounds weak, but they're actually good. Chidori is underrated, Rasengan+Chidori is an OHKO, and Sakura can stun stun stun you straight to hell.
The cheapest teams I've ever played or encountered, ever, plus some very strong and common teams:
HakuTemaTen
InoSasuSaku
ShinoKibaKank
KabuHinaNeji
TemaShikaKank
So, Tiger. PLay?

He ish my favorite character in the whole series surprised
